My technician is great. Always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get rid of mice and I never see a bug in my house. He’ll come when I call and I never wait long. Definitely worth it to me to have a contract and no bugs or mice!

Pleasant experience. I made the call because of a mouse problem. The appointment given was pretty quick. It was a 2 step process, first an inspector came and did an inspection which was followed by a service Technician visit who sealed some holes outside of our home to prevent rodents from entering our home. He also set some bated traps before leaving. So far, 2 mice have been caught and we are no longer seeing mice in our home. Within a week, we received a follow-up call from Terminix to see how things were going and if we are satisfied. We are satisfied.

Accounting Issues continue. They cannot seem to bill correctly. Increasing one monthly payment by 45 %; Another Payment missing for March, then April increases by $ 100.00. Termites had gotten into my walls can caused considerable damage to my bedroom walls and rear walls of my house. I called on a Monday and a sales person was out to my home that day and a tech the following day. Naturally I was unsure and alarmed at the extent of the problem, I was put in contact with Dan, a service manager who provided excellent service. We exchanged several emails back and forth, discussing my problems and he was very helpful in answering my questions and setting up additional follow-up appointments. I couldn't be more happy with the service I was provided.

We have been Terminix customers for many years. Miguel, our technician demonstrates the reason why we have kept with Terminix. He shows professionalism coupled with a friendly, positive demeanor. He is efficient and thorough in his application work. Miguel notices issues and listens to our obervations and responds with appropriate action for a solution. He is dependable and absolutely reliable. I especially like that in all our years with Terminix, we have had only 2 technicians: Miguel and prior to him, Neil who retired after many years. That is amazing consistency in personnel servicing us. I do not care for companies that send different people all the time or keep changing our service tech. Terminix provides a strong base for building a relationship of trust and satisfaction on our part and authentic pride of accomplishment on Miguel's part. If we have a problem and call them our technician well schedule an appointment as soon as possible.Our technician David Ziegler sends me a text to remind me when he is coming. And if we do not have any issues inside and we are not available, he will do what is needed to do on the outside and will text when exactly what he did and will also send pictures.

I seen two mice. Wasn't sure if they were passing through or not. But I knew I wasn't having it. Terminix came out the next day did an inspection. I scheduled an appointment for them to come back and handle the situation. Traps were laid and a spray was done. Caught two mice... Didn't see them but heard the traps go off. Didn't have to look at the dead mice. The tech came back a week later and replaced the traps. Haven't caught anymore... Not did I see anymore. Terminix did a wonderful job at protecting my home and family.

I have had Terminix pest control since 2005. They come out on a quarterly basis and will come out if needed after your quarterly visits. They are accommodating to your needs and time schedules. My technician calls the day prior to remind me that a visit is scheduled and so I can adjust times with him if I have to, especially if I want the inside of my house treated.

He keeps our home free of the critters that share space in our country setting. Not only does it make our day to day more pleasant (no spiders!) My experience with Terminix over the past few years has been outstanding. I feel that I am making an investment in my property by having a Terminix expert treat my home quarterly. I also have the Termite Protection plan, which also provides an additional level of protection for my home. The technicians are always pleasant and on-time within the scheduled window. I appreciate the pre-calls and the immediate receipt for services performed sent to my email. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wishes to keep their home free of insects, and the value of their property in tact!

Stephan M. Is an awesome technician! He’s always prompt and provides me personalized notification via text ahead of the appointment. He is usually able to accommodate my schedule too. The actual service definitely works too..haven’t had unwelcomed critters in what seems like a few years! I did not give it a perfect 5 however because of 1) we don’t initially get to choose an appointment, we are just GIVEN an appointment and are then not notified until 1-2 days prior (Stephan always accommodates tho) 2) the service cost slowly creeps up year after year. I feel like as a loyal customer this shouldn’t occur as drastically as it seemed to have

Paying for the ultimate plan, they have no problem taking my money but refuse to come and service us. Was told they would contact us to schedule a service visit... over a week and no call. Called corporate today and they stated I would get a call back today..., no call. They also refused to cancel my contract even though they are not honoring it... kept passing me around to various departments on the phone for two hours. UPDATE: Moved the review from two stars to three stars. Angel called and came out and was great to deal with. Corporate still needs customer service and training . Thanks Angel! Corporate should have you come in and train the customer service team!

The ability of finally being able to open my windows without worry about the pests was priceless. The rep listened to my concern and addressed it promptly. Expensive, but their employees, I have had to call and have them come back out and it was free of charge, and they respond immediately. He was a very diligent worker, very focused on getting the job done but all while being friendly and informative. I'm looking forward to having him come back for our quarterly visits and would gladly recommend him and Terminix to our neighbors, friends, and family. In addition, we had a second Terminix representative (Tony) perform a free termite inspection. Fortunately, none were found, but he was fantastic at explaining the benefits of having the monthly termite coverage plan. After listening and having a very nice back and forth dialogue regarding the product, I was sold.Both gentlemen, Rick and Tony, were phenomenal. They both knew so much about their work, their company and the community, it was evident they really cared. My wife and I were really impressed, both mentioned they have been with the company for 20+ years and they seemed just as enthusiastic as the first day they started working.Excellent!

Nationally they have their moments as a corporation but they are locally responsive to any complaints and have provided excellent service over the years with a few exceptions. The good local service is because Technician Enrique (Rick) is by far best tech they have in this area and probably the whole company. He’s been doing the job since I was in high school and knows it like no one else.

Miguel Melendez has been my technician for years. He always calls in advance to see if I have any concerns. He does a thorough job treating my property and explains what and where he has treated. He has excellent customer service and communications skills. I am the only one in my neighborhood that does not have a major issue with ants because of my service with Terminix and Miguel.

Was supposed to have mosquito service monthly starting May 1st but the technicians reschedule me without notifying me. They call the day of to let me know they are on the way, except they may have been scheduled 2 weeks prior.

But why I only gave 8? because every time I make appointment in Saturday，will be rescheduled. I think maybe people don't like working on Saturday. Well, if not,company should tell us, can't work. It has been my experience that Terminix service technician have been professional and cordial when visiting my home for inspection. I truly like the fact that I most often received the same representative on each visit. This helps the client feel comfortable and also helps to establish a good and trusting relationship. The results of my inspections have been excellent thus far and that I am pest free and my inspections have resulted pest free findings. I particularly, like that I have a termite guarantee that covers my home in the event that termites are discovered in the future. Dillon is the only reason for this rating. I have had a lot of back and forth and frustration over my mosquito treatment plan being auto renewed without any notice or consent. Dillon's prompt and efficient work however has made it easier to mend the relationship. Let's see how it goes from now.
