We’ve been using Point for years and they have been wonderful. They use dog friendly materials. They show up when they say they will. The technicians are friendly and courteous. All that, and the pests are very much under control with our regular maintenance service.

Technician was pleasant and performed interior spray as required. He was not able to identify the insects/pests that were present in my home. He took photos and sent them to his office technicians (he was sure someone with more experience could help) for identification but received no response so was never able to identify what was infesting my home. I was disappointed that the technician could not identify the infestation or provide any information on where they were coming from or how to avoid a recurrence. I could have bought an insect spray - I expected more professional help.

Pointe has provided excellent service from the first treatment (countless) years ago. But this service call was for a particular newly found pest. The service tech was able to identify and describe the pest simply from their nests, and he responded to our call within 72 hours. He then proceeded to treat the entire property despite that the pests were mostly confined to a 4 square foot area around our mailbox. Pointe always goes above and beyond, and we have never been less than highly satisfied with their level of service.

Pointe Pest Control has been effective in all they have done over several years of service. They have been to-the-rescue so often! They killed underground hornet and yellow jacket colonies. A huge bee hive that was discovered behind my bay window when it was being replaced. No problem for Point Pest Control staff. They stopped a mice problem in my garage on their first visit. I have been using Pointe Pest Control for several years now to help deal with exterior pests around the house foundation and deck area. Overall, they have been able to keep my home relatively pest free which is appreciated. During this last visit, I met with a new service technician (Sack) who was very professional and took care of spraying the exterior of my house foundation and deck area. In addition, there was a trainee (I believe his name was Matthew) who was very helpful in using the brush to take care of spider webs in various nooks & crannies around the house where I normally encounter spider webs from time to time, the 2nd level eves and the high ceiling areas within my garage. Today I had inside service. The technician was great as I expected. I was overwhelmed by the odor of the indoor treatment. It has been 5 hours and I still smell the chemicals.

I’ve had pointe pest control for almost a decade, and the service has always been excellent. Tony is awesome to speak with, very knowledgeable about what is going on with your property, and answers any and all questions you might have about controlling pests, bugs, snakes, or rodents. Rarely do we have ants or mice, and if we ever do, pointe gets on it immediately, with no hassle or BS. No lie, it just works.

If there are any issues, they will come back in between applications to make sure everything is taken care of. I may have called them only once to do this. He was very nice and knowledgeable explained everything that he was going to do and went over what will happen after his first application. Pointe has serviced our home for 6 years now. We have a quarterly plan with them. We found their prices reasonable and service extraordinarily! While they come 4 times a year, I can call them anytime in between if I see activity (which is rare) and they are there within the week. In addition tHe techs are always Professional and thorough. They always take into consideration my dogs and spot things that I don’t. On my service yesterday Ray found a wasps nest on the garage and removed it for us. Can’t say enough about this company! A few days ago we discovered about 30 wasps flying around in our bathroom. In a panic I phoned Point Pest Control, and at first glance all the technicians were busy and wouldn't be able to come till the next day. The phone receptionist said let me call one of our techs, and I'll call you back. Within the hour she called to say that one technician was almost finished with his route and would be able to come to us. It was an hour's drive, but Moses arrived at 6:15 pm. He was dressed in protective gear and quickly discovered the wasp hive had broken through the ceiling in the bathroom. He sprayed, set off an insecticide bomb and patiently answered all our questions as to what had happened. He phoned the next day to double check that our wasp problem was totally resolved. Thank you, Moses.

The company was trying to align my touch up request to my quarterly service. Hence they were not as responsive as I expected, almost two weeks from the call was my appointment which kept sliding to the right. I mean when bugs are on my house, I expect them to do what we are paying them for ASAP. The technician though saved the day and realized he was in the neighborhood And showed up within a half hour. Suddenly today our kitchen was filled with yellow jackets. They were coming out of the wall in the kitchen. Lucky for us, we are Pointe Pest customers. I gave them a call and they had a technician there in about 20 minutes. We were so relieved. Jeff came in and he determined the source of the nest. He sprayed, inside the wall and outside where they were entering and taped up their entry Pathway into the kitchen. There were multiple dead bees in the kitchen when he left, and we all feel much relieved right now. Excellent quick Customer service in an emergency situation in Which no one wants to be. My mother and I try not to kill the bees. If one or 2 Find Their Way into the house, we escort them out unharmed. But when we are in an infestation like this, especially with yellow jackets because they can be so aggressive, We really had no choice but to take quick action. Jeff did a fine job, the dispatcher at Pointe Pest was very professional and appropriate in her actions and in under an hour the situation was handled. What a relief! Thanks to Jeff and Britney and the crew at Pointe Pest. I highly recommend this company. Definitely five-star customer Service.

Before I started using these services I was getting a lot of insects in my house (especially spiders). I tried going to the big box stores and tried multiple different border sprays, and nothing seemed to help. My neighbor used this company and said how happy he was. The first time I tried them they listened to my concerns and had everything addressed. If there is ever any additional problems I have or anything I need looked over, it gets resolved right away with them. We moved into a new construction home in May 2019. The home was built on land that used to be part of a tree nursery and thus was densely populated by insects, spiders, and flying insects. During the summer we were notified, by a neighbor, that we had a large wasp nest in one of the trees in our front yard. The hive/nest was hanging over the underlying sidewalk and needed to be dealt with. We also noticed, during our personal inspection of our home, that there were two smaller hives/nests on our porch. Point was great in discussing a plan with me and going over my options. They came out within the next week to treat and remove the nests, as well as treat the perimeter of our home. We have continued to use their services on a quarterly basis and are very happy. We will definitely continue to use them and have recommended them to several neighbors.

Pointe Pest Control provides us with an automatic quarterly exterior pest spraying. It is highly effective for keeping insects out of our house by creating a boundary. The fall time we usually have insects make their way into our home - but Pointe comes out and sprays upon demand in our house, along with the exterior. Always professional and pleasant. Pointe Pest has been the best pest control we've ever had. They're much more reasonably priced than others we've used before (like Arrow) and they come out a day or two after I call. We need tick control for the backyard, and they also put a perimeter treatment around the house to keep the bugs out. They treat my property quarterly. But during the summer, I need extra tick treatments in the backyard. There's never a charge for these interim treatments. We also get the occasional bug in the house, especially during the early spring and late fall. For this, they spray around all the water pipes in the house. We also get the occasional small critter in the basement. They put down traps for these critters, and the small interior traps are also not charged. These traps have been very effective at keeping these small critters away.

Aaron G helped set us up and give us quotes. With our first appointment, Jeff L. came to our house and took the time to go through all of the steps he would take to help remediate the issue, and he was able to go through all of the deepest, dankest corners of our house to get at the problem. After the first couple of treatments we noticed a considerable difference. If the house had an occasional unwanted guest, we know we can call Pointe to get it addressed right away, and Jeff being super helpful would again educate us on what he found, and their breeding and nesting habits. On a related note, we actually came back to Pointe after trying another cheaper service at our previous house (which we switched to from Pointe because of $). It turns out you get what you pay for because those fresh from college kids the other company sent out had no idea what it was they were looking at. With Pointe, you get even more than you pay for, and most importantly you get piece of mind which is something you can't put a price on. Thanks Jeff and the folks from Pointe!

Update: Jessica come out to perform our final treatment since due to all the problems we have had with pointe we decided to move on to another company. If Pointe had sent out Jessica at any time before this final treatment, we probably would have stayed with Pointe. Review left for historical reasons Where do I start... Only the sales visit went right. It went down hill from there. First scheduled service (August 2018) - Tech said the office didn't give him any notes. If I didn't have the form filled out during the initial visit from the sales rep he would have no idea what he was supposed to do. Second scheduled service (November 2018) - Never happened. We called (our agreement clearly says they are supposed to be calling us to schedule) got scheduled for December 13. Never showed up. Called was told they would get back to me. Two weeks later tech just randomly showed up. Again no notes from the office and a whole lot of excuses. Third Service (March 2019) - Confirmed the March visit, Tech pulls up to the house. Runs up to the front door, hangs a sorry we missed you door tag and drove off. He never knocked or rang the doorbell. Called immediately after he pulled away and he came back, he said he didn't want to disturb our dog. And of course, no notes from the office and whole lot of excuses. Last straw with that Tech, told pointe not to send him again since there always seems to be an issue with him showing up Visit In between service call . Finally someone decent showed up, different tech then the last 3 visits. This tech had office notes. Fourth led for Today (June 29 2019). Two hours after our appointment time, and no one showed up. We called, and were told someone should have called you, you were rescheduled for July 20 2019. No one ever called. Dealing with pointe should not be this difficult.

I do respect this company now and would give them a good review because them trying to fix this and apologizing shows that the customer means something to them and they do care about the customers happy with there buisness and the service they provide and what service I did get I can honestly say was great if it was the service I needed at the time but regardless they tried to fix the problem and did make good and I would definitely hire them and recommend them to my friends !!
