Update on 8/8/2022. It’s worth upgrading to 5 stars. Previously it was routine quarterly service and thus uneventful to demonstrate how good they could be. During the last three months or so I separately found two areas around the house with ants, and each time Moxie promptly scheduled re-treatment. Ant activities have greatly subdued. Highly recommended Overall a great job. The staff first came by asking if I have specific concerns. He checked the area and suggested no evidence of rodents. Also mentioned warranty. Towards the end I was instructed to submit a review which I was happy to. But he filled the review with five stars and submitted before asking my thumb-up. I came back and edited the review. Otherwise good service

I’ve been using them for a few years now to treat the yard and outside of our home and the service is good. I have a couple kids and a dog and no one has had any fleas or ticks on them even during the heights of the season, ants don’t try to invade the house anymore either.

We signed up for an initial pest control treatment, than quarterly service. Our technician was Devonte. He was very friendly and polite. Explained what he was going to do inside and out, and when he entered our home, used booties to not track dirt inside which I loved. Our service was done and so far are very pleased with Moxie

Between Colton explaining the services and making the sign up process easy and informative, and Joseph who came and treated the outside, both gentlemen were great! They are so patient and answer any questions you have. They also go the extra mile and make sure all of your concerns are being addressed. The technicians who came to complete the installation of the termite extermination were excellent. They listened to my concerns about where the termite stations would be inserted around my property, as I am an avid gardener and many of my bulbs and plants had just started to emerge and I did not want them destroyed. The technician was here to perform a quarterly pest control treatment and was only here for a total of 10 minutes. After he left I checked my camera. I noticed that he didn’t complete each process, and rushed through what was done. This is an update since my original review. I changed their rating from 3 to 5 stars. Moxie had another technician come back to do the job right. I continued to have them come quarterly and haven’t had any other issues.

GREAT SERVICE. They put down tick repellent as well as sprayed with natural repellent s. They have been excellent I highly recommend them they include so much more for the money and I definitely think that their approach to handling the problem from the outside rather than just the inside is a great concept and they use natural products. The service was very easy to use and customer service was very responsive. Please be aware that when they give you a time it is only the beginning of a two hour window, of which I was unaware. Also when your tech arrives make sure he understands everything that you agreed to as my tech did not realize they were doing the basement as well. I just feel like that’s information people should come equipped with. Everyone was very friendly and very nice but I’m glad I was there to make sure the job got done

From sales to service the professionalism has been great thus far. Got a knock at the door (West Norriton) and it took off from there. Once signed up I got a introduction call confirming the service and contract signed. I went with the pest services for outside. Can’t speak for the results just yet as I have to wait 14-21 days for the treatment to reach full effect. The initial service was completed by Tyler and Salim who were respectful of the home and in good spirits, full of life. They rang the door bell and I was able to let them know I wasn’t there but they were good to get to work. Upon leaving they left a card letting me know the service was complete and if there are any issues to make contact with Moxie. Looking forward to the continued service. I’ll update the review after 30 days about the results.

After having another company come out every month for a year I switched to Moxie after the very first service the ants were gone. Came back about two months later and we switched from organic the the natural treatment. We have not seen an ant since. We’ve just had the quarry services. It’s been amazing. Technicians are polite and nice, but the scheduling is terrible. Received a text today that they would be out in two days, but they showed up today. I also would appreciate a more collaborative approach to scheduling. Last time they sent someone out for termite inspection, they gave me a window of time, confirmed window, and the tech said he was told an entirely different window of time.

Just came out and was right on time at 8am which was greatly appreciated since my girlfriend works from home and I had to leave by 8:30 for work. They are new in this area, he was helping out from northern Virginia. Polite and cordial, great attitude, started work before I paid because the office had to take payment over the phone. Sent me an email statement when all done and didn’t have to interrupt my girlfriends work day. We will see how the treatment goes but everyone I’ve talked to on the phone and met in person have been pleasant and friendly.

My technicians name was Korre and I couldn't have asked for a better one to be sent out. I was a mess from the past few weeks of dealing with carpet beetles and skin reactions on those me and my daughter who is 5. I was at my Breaking Point when I was told that the appointment was scheduled wrong and that the technician was at my house while I was at work. Somehow this man not only made it all work, he was able to wait for me until I could return to do the prep which I have not done because I did not know and I promise I'm telling the truth when I say he even carried sheets down two flights of steps to help me to the laundry. Honestly it wouldn't have been the same experience had it been someone else. This man put me at ease and you listen to all my crazy questions and fears oh, not to mention all the things I learned from Google. I highly recommend the technician! And he is even returning in 2 weeks instead of 4 to check on the progress because he understands how shot my nerves are. I'm so grateful for the way this experience has gone, I'm blessed to have had the right technically sent to my house.

Saturday, March 12, 2022. At 8:00 Am in the midst of a rain/snow storm someone rings my bell. Since I am not expecting any visitors and I’m resting, I don’t answer the door. I look out my window and see the man from Moxie going around the side of the house to the back with a wand. So my question to your company is when are the best weather conditions to apply the chemicals. All this week it was dry weather and the storm was predicted. If I had known he was coming prior to today, I would’ve told him about the ants which are coming out inside the house. Your company did adequately service me and I question the monthly service fee. All Moxie employees who showed up to do work at our residence acted courteous, were professional & were very knowledgeable in their line of work. Each staff member were willing to go the extra yard to ensure no re-infestation of ants returned either on the exterior or the interior of our house, which to date has not occurred. I strongly recommend use of this company for rectifying any infestation of ants, whether it be an interior and/or an exterior home problem. Very kindred spirited group of individuals!

I have been using Moxie since January of 2021. After the first service there was significant reduction in the amount of bugs in the home. By the second treatment there were practically none. Prior to the service I would watch several house centipedes run on the walls at night and in the basement however, I have not seen 1 since the second treatment. I am pleased with the service. Quick disclaimer, we didn't have any coachroaches or bed bugs which, from my understanding, can be difficult to get rid of and there are still several spiders in the basement which may be unavoidable.

They were great! Met with Spencer yesterday offered us a good deal. Spencer was very friendly, personable as well as knowledgeable and offered some good insights as to what might be going on. Today the technician who came out, Colten, was equally to Spencer. Colten took the time to walk us around show us what and where he was going treat. He removed a bees nest and a mud wasps nest. He also treated our yard and perimeter of the house. As for Moxie, very impressive.. first impressions are the best ones well they did it, clean newer vehicle, uniforms with IDs and provide you with a digital summary of what was done, the chemicals used and the amount as well as the EPA numbers. I am completely comfortable knowing we made a good choice using Moxie. I hope anyone who uses Moxie has a chance to deal with Spencer, he sold it. Didn't over promise and under delivery which is rare in cold sales, what he said would take place did! Thank you Moxie, Spencer and Colten!

There is no way to increase the review until the work proved itself. They will be back in a month I and hopefully by then I can give a better review. Unfortunately they verify information with us the home owner but not with the person actually performing the service. Marcus and Nathan were phenomenal, we had an issue with Yellowjackets and they handled the issue like professionals. The yellow jackets built a hive inside the wall behind the aluminum siding of the exterior of the house, they came out here provided me with a suit so I can remove the panel for them and the rest is history with the bees. They removed the hive and all the bees and made sure the queen was gone. Totally recommend these guys.

He took the time to explain everything included in the affordable service plan and answered all of my questions about how Moxie would address all of the unwanted pest in and near my home that are native to my area. The only good bug is a dead bug. Marcus our entomologist was great! Very professional! Also Carlos the salesman was very persistent, missed him 3 times in a row.
