I have been pleasantly surprised with the excellent service from this company. You never know when you sign up for a service at your door step, but Greenix has been wonderful. The technicians have been friendly and competent. When I found a wasp nest under a table on my deck, it only took one call to get help. Ben spent at least 10 minutes talking to my wife and me concerning the service he just applied to our premises. He was cordial and efficient. I love that he took a picture of himself at our front door as part of a text message that service was completed. He even brought our empty garbage can from the street to the front of our garage door. That is service! Now that we have established a relationship with Ben, and as a means of consistency, I request that Ben continue to service our property, garbage can optional. From the company’s perspective, I appreciate knowing the materials that were applied during the service. Again, thank you Ben and look forward to seeing you during your next service visit.

After they weren’t able to locate the nest, they still sprayed and dusted thoroughly. Greenix services my home and has been since May 2020. They are quick to service, and took care of my and issues out in the yard when other companies haven’t been able to do that. Pricing is comparable to other companies, but they do a much better job and are quick to resolve any issues in between treatments. Overall an awesome experience with them.

Communication of what will be done in emails, then explanation of what was done, and then final email about what was completed all performed. Follow up schedule explained and numbers for contact in case of any issues were left with me. This company has hit all key components of being a good service provider. I also noticed the product worked well as expected and promised and could tell improvement in backyard immediately. I would recommend this company.

My bill reflected more services than were performed. The only service performed was granules around the permiter of the house. It is winter so I can understand no spray but why show it on the invoice? No bugs is a good thing.

My technician, Tyler, was very punctual, extremely informative, patient and concerned. He knocked on the door, upon arrival and took the time to listen to what the specific problems that concerned me were first, before telling me what he believed the issue was. He went over and beyond, in his attempt to address the seen and unseen problems, while seeking to locate the source and/or trigger (ie. Nest...). Tyler saw what was disturbing me and took me serious. I appreciated his concern and how he expressed the seriousness to his manager (the wasps were attacking him also). I was pleased with his professionalism. Afterwards, he rung the bell again and broke everything down to me. By the way, he didn't come and go within 3-5 minutes, or less. He was out there for a while and this was just a follow-up call. 🙂 That means a lot. Without treatment, I am unable to enjoy the outdoors, because I am allergic to insect bites. 😢

A sales rep came through our Neighborhood over the weekend offering a Neighborhood special. I purchased a 12 month package and arranged for my first visit the followg day. Quinton, our service tech, arrived ahead of schedule. He was very thorough and explained the steps he was going to take along with the products he would be using. He asked if there were any concerns I would like addressed. Once done , he reviewed what he did and showed me a few areas that needed a bit more attention. When I have a Greenix Appt - I get a text from Kenny Pavlick that morning with an approx window of when he will be at the house. As he gets closer he keeps me updated with texts / call for a more exact time of treatment. When he gets to the house, he rings the doorbell and lets me or my wife know what is getting applied today and the reasoning for the application. When he’s done … he sees what questions we have and lets us know how long our kids should stay off the lawn. You can tell Kenny Pavlick loves his job and as long as we use Greenix, we will request Kenny as our technician.

Greenix Pest is by far the best company I have encountered. The products are safe and effective and with all the ticks and mosquitos this year I feel a little safer. I get some people are annoyed with door to door salesman but frankly I’m impressed they hire kids that are willing to work (the sales rep I met was a college student from Utah named Nick B.) rather than just sit around. I felt like I needed a re service because I saw some wasps and I called and the came out the next day. Nothing but satisfaction from this company! Our technician Roosevelt serviced our house today and he was great!!! I am so happy with Greenix. I have had many pest control services over the last 30 years , but Greenix is, by far, the best. Roosevelt especially took a lot of time and effort to do our Spring maintenance. He used huge ladders to get under the eaves. He treated the entire perimeter and under all the shutters. Spring is early this year, so he found lots of spiders, wasps, ants and other critters already working to make our home their summer playground!! Roosevelt would have none of that!!! While he was in my basement he noticed a small leak from my water softener and made sure to let me know, which saved me a ton of money down the road! My son and I arefrom the city and we HATE going outside because of the bugs. We've been fighting the bugs going in and out of our home for 5 yrs. So we finally had enough and purchased pest control from Greenix in 03/2020. Due to COVID 19, they were only able to service the inside of my home (basement & garage) once. Since then, we've noticed less spiders, grasshoppers and other pest in our basement and garage. As far as the outside goes, Greenix was called out twice since the initial service due to stubborn pest. They just won't go away. However, Greenix has been understanding and professional when I requested additional treatment for the outside of our home. I really hate bothering Greenix but I HATE the bugs more. Parker, the customer service rep that I talked with today was polite, understanding and dedicated to getting matters under control. Therefore, he schedule another free service. Faris is the best technician i have ever had since i used Pest control service the past few years. I had more than 30 huge spiders in the inside basement storage room and some other unknow insects on the basement storage floor. This problem just incurred the past couple months. Faris thoroughly walked me thru the outside property to identify the area that can seal better as well as inspect the inside basement and Garage. He also helped me to clean out the spiders and insects in order to treat the area. I would give 10 stars if i could. I have found GreenIX to be an excellent value compared to more traditional pest control methods. Since switching to GreenIX, I rarely if ever see bugs in my house (their exterior treatment is very effective) and I only have someone spray maybe twice a year inside. Prior to using GreenIX for my pest control needs, I had someone come to my house every 90 days regularly for 7 or 8 years. I prefer fewer treatments (which are also safer for pets) that are more effective. Even if I feel I'm paying more overall, in the end, the less chemicals in my environment (and less bugs), the better.

They had an appointment to come out...never showed and called the next day to reschedule for the following week. When i asked if they could come out before we went on vacation(next two days) they said they were too busy and it would have to be after we returned. Not my idea of customer service. Greenix techs apply a product that prevents spiders and webs around the exterior of the house and deck. That’s a lot of work especially around all of the spindles and railing and it works well.
