Mikael and Anthony came out and did a thorough job spraying, laying pellets, dusting spiderwebs, and leaving a few traps to deal with the everyday pests around the neighborhood who try to move in! I'm hoping the treatments will be effective. They were friendly and explained what they were doing.

Initially Tara did my bi-monthly exterior and I noticed yellowjackets going under my roof siding and she got that area. Then it turned out that the nest was inside and the bees started appearing in my kitchen and second floor. Tara came back for a follow up and found the source and treated it with two different agents and that did the trick! Very professional and knowledgable and explained everything she did and ensured me that nothing done is harmful to my toddler as long as we stayed out of the attic for 48 hours. Amazing job by Tara

I want to update my review to say that we are still very pleased with EcoShield. We recently realized we have mice, and our two cats prefer to play with them instead of killing them. I'm not pleased with the live little gifts they are bringing me at night. We called EcoShield and they were kind enough to fit us into their busy schedule (Thank you!). Willie came out this morning and set up some bate traps. He was very professional and super nice. He was also ON TIME, even a few minutes early. This was so helpful since I needed to take my kids to camp. Even my dogs loved him. This was included in the package we are signed up for. Now we will wait and see if it gets rid of them. If not, we'll definitely have EcoShield back to raise the stakes on the little critters.

Update: The liquid chemicals that Raheem used worked great for the first 2 weeks.The next month the powder was used which did absolutely nothing. Not even for one day. This last appointment was handled by Vinny. He was amazing and went above and beyond. If at all possible, please keep Vinny as my regular technician. Thank you

We've had two visits so far from Eco Shield. In the first visit, Caden and Fran did a great job coming out and spraying and were very attentive to my questions. I wasn't able to be around for the second appointment, so I was unable to verify that the team would handle not only the usual pests, but also mice. Our mice problem got worse, and all I had to do was call EcoShield and discuss it. The woman on the phone was incredibly kind and immediately set up an appointment for a follow up where the guys would come out and do a service for mice both inside and outside of the house. I'm very pleased with these experiences so far, and we'll see in longer term, how well it all works.

Michael arrived on time for our appointment and let me know he was ready to service. We have been having a big issue with spiders inside and outside our home.
