Louie is our technician who completes our services. He is always super friendly and explains their services. Always reminds us to call back if we have any issues (we don’t!). We started using Recon in 2021 or 2022, due to an ant issue in our yard and trees. Haven’t had issues with ants showing up in my bathtub since they started spraying for us! Would highly recommend!

They are flexible when performing service and call ahead before coming out. Louie has come out every time we had someone spray so he knows our house and needs well. Anthony was very polite, addressed areas of concern I had, and respected my pollinator garden. He made sure I knew exactly what and where he was spraying. As an asthmatic I appreciate that, even though I have been a customer for awhile and haven’t had an issue ever with the wonderful products, he didn’t take it for granted that the fumes might bother me, letting me know exactly what I was going to be smelling and how to air out the house. While we have had a few issues there have been a few technicians that have have requested to be the only ones to do our services. Richie and Max (who recently left) are truly amazin. We never felt pressured to buy anything and she spent a ton of time with us walking through their services. We have been using Recon for close to a year and Louis Robinson has done our inspections each time and has always done a phenomenal job! The company is very easy to get a hold of and communicate with - when it comes to costs and inspections. Louis has always gone above and beyond with his professionalism, overall knowledge, and thoroughness! He even pointed out for us that we have bats (yikes) and even though Recon doesn’t offer bat removal, he was incredibly helpful on guiding us on how to handle it. We have been living in this house for 2 years and not once did we know we had this issue - so we are so grateful that he not only knew the signs, but passed along that information to us. Also, If we spot bugs a couple weeks after a spray, they come out free of charge and do another round for us, really making us feel like we are getting our bang for our buck (which we’ve only had to do once!) With all of that said and done, We seriously cant recommend this company enough. They are transparent, super easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. They really deliver with their product and their amazing customer service!

Definitely recommend this service i had use orkin for some time to help with ants spiders and common house bugs and their product did not work I had the sugar ants inside and out and it was annoying. One of the Recon owners was going door to door discussing their services. They came to our home and I had the pleasure of speaking with him about our experience with pests/bugs. Being new to the neighborhood, we definitely didn’t expect the amount of bugs when we moved in from our old place. The rep was thorough and professional. One thing that stood out to me is that they knew our neighbors that used their services by name and was familiar with their professions - even going so far as giving us referrals. On the day of the service, they explained that we may see an increase in activity but after about 2 weeks it should taper down. Oh boy were there a LOT of bugs those first 2 weeks - it was maddening! However, just as they stated, it started to calm down and now we experience little to no bugs in the home. We had such a wonderful experience with Recon! We have lived in our house for about 2 years and had debated nearly the whole time on whether or not we should get professionally sprayed for bugs but we could never land on a company that offered a fair value at a fair price - until recon came knocking on our door! Mya facilitated the whole experience and she explained everything very clearly and what services they provided and how it worked. She was so wonderful! Super personable and trusting, and super knowledgeable about their services and what she recommended for us and our specific home. We didnt feel like we were being swindled once, which is honestly pretty rare with door to door services! They provided services that no other company did (spraying inside our home, outside our home in the grass, trees, whole backyard, all of our sheds, our daughters playhouse, even the outer second story of our home all for the same price) and we haven’t seen any bugs since. We had some carpenter bees on our back patio and silverfish in our bathroom and its been nearly a month and we haven’t seen anything since. The price was super reasonable and they were super quick. Louis completed the treatment on our house and he was incredible efficient and so friendly yet professional! Louis has since come back to reservice our home and listened intently to where our issues were and immediately came up with a game plan and told us exactly what he was going to do. As someone who thrives on this type of information, it was so reassuring to have him to that! He also found signs of Bats (YIKES) and took us around our property and showed us all of the signs. From the look of it we have had them for some time and if he hadn’t pointed it out, who knows if we would have ever realized! Although Recon doesn’t offer Bat services he guided us on ways we could find someone to help with the problem. So grateful for this! I honestly cant recommend this company enough, for the product they offer and for the friendliness of the employees. They really know what they’re doing!

I felt very comfortable with my salesman, Tommy. There was no pressure to buy. He told me about the company, owner and himself while inspecting my property. I felt it was a good value, so I signed up. Tate was my technician. He was very personable and very professional. He started from the outside and worked in. He assured me that if I have any issues after 10 days, they would come back and treat the entire property again. The essential oil smell dissipated after about 2 days. We have been using recon for about 7 months now and I couldn’t be happier! The technicians that they send out our super relatable and easy to talk to. They listen they’re really kind and they explain what they’re doing. I have 2 kiddos, a dog and chickens and I wanted something that wasn’t toxic to my family. Recon was able to take care of the ants that were all over our yard as well as the Japanese beetles. Still got a few of the beetles, but I’d say over the whole season we had maybe 50-100. The technician was very nice, maybe a bit too chatty, but very friendly. However, after treating our backyard he did not close the gate or make sure that it latched. From our back door I cannot see the gate (which is always closed) and later I let our three dogs outside. When I went to bring them in ten or fifteen minutes later they weren't in the yard! I found our oldest dog (he's 17) wandering around the front yard. Our two goldendoodle puppies were long gone! It was a horrible feeling having no idea where they ran! Fortunately they were quickly found in our neighborhood and the person called my phone number which is on their tags as I was leaving the house to search. Needless to say we were not happy about the carelessness of leaving the gate open. It was closed when he entered to backyard and he had also met the dogs when I brought them inside from the back. Things could have ended very badly with them running all over the neighborhood.

I’ve had issues in the spring with ants as well as every now and then a few silverfish they come up from a drain in our downstairs bath, since I started middle of summer with Recon pest control services. We’ve had no issues for the first time we never experienced until this last fall what is known as stink bugs, so during the fall /winter spray we have not had an issue other than one that was by sliding glass door trying to get in. and one that our dog brought in to play with. Considering I have pets and children I wanted some thing safe for both. Matt has also asked if I had any other bug issues to which I told him the spiders in our back yard are crazy! We had spider webs everywhere, we did try to buy spray at the store but it never helped, and considering our pool is back there I wanted to walk out to my deck with out walking into a spider web. We had the first technician come out and did a great job. I was told that if I still noticed the spiders to give a call back and that they would spray again! when they say they would come back they sure did come take care of it again.

They said they would clean all the spider webs Bee cones. We still have bees and a bees nest on our house. Showed the young man a bees nest and he did nothing. Not satisfied with application. Will call them and request a revisit. If not satisfied will cancel our contract. Just found their phone number will call them Friday.

Richie saved us!! His expertise gives me hope that we are finally eliminating a house plant pest invasion that has been bothering us for a long while. I had already tried repotting everything (twice--and I have a lot of plants), and done multiple applications of systematic preventer in the soil, a spray from the nursery and Neem Oil. Richie carefully inspected my plants, found the home of a thriving flying pest, and specifically diagnosed these persistent critters as fungal gnats. (The nursery couldn't tell us this!) Next he selected a product, carefully read the label as he considered its application, asking me this choice was acceptable, and then applied the product. Unlike our previous efforts, the results were immediate! I also appreciate his informed caution because I have two small dogs who like to munch on house plant leaves when possible. And despite my lifetime habit of house plants, I have never had this problem before which is apparently more common than realized. Not for an instant did Richie make me feel uncomfortable for being so baffled! Thank you Richie!
