David Lewis of Quality Pest Control Inc services my area. I have never before used a pest control service. Mr. Lewis was on-time, professional, and answered all my questions with reasonable and clear responses. I purchased the standard termite treatment plan and watched Mr. Lewis install two above-ground bait stations. Exterior in-ground termite bait stations will be installed after the utility service paths are marked. From my experience, so far with Mr. Lewis and Quality Pest Control Inc, I have confidence that the termite infestation discovered at my house last week will soon be history.

Quality Pest Control had more reviews so we decided to go with them and we are very glad we did, our Technician was David and he was awesome. He listened to our points and areas of concern, he explained things well, and answered all of our questions of which there were plenty. I called several companies and had to leave messages. I didn't hear back from them. I found this company, which had the most and the best reviews. A person actually answered the phone and a technician arrived several hours later, exactly when they were supposed to. The technician was nice, professional and answered my questions. A plus was that my crazy chihuahua who barks at and lunges at everyone, followed him around, then stood by him when he talked. Unbelievable. She likes someone. In my book, that was the best recommendation.

Helped us look for anything we could improve about the house to keep bugs out, treated the perimeter, swept bug stuff off the outside of the house, took down one wasp nest, and treated our basement. The pest control service is excellent - Quality Pest Control has provided service at our house several times, and we do not see any little critters between treatments. The frustrating part is that even though we pay for a year in advance, every time they come to do a treatment, we get an invoice e-mailed to us with a balance due. It usually just takes one e-mail to them to correct our account, and they are always very polite about it, but it would be a much better experience if we received a $0 balance due invoice following each treatment.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Other pest guys wanted $200 just to come take a look! Quality only charges an $89 inspection fee, and they roll that into the cost of whatever treatment is needed. Stephen was very thorough and worked hard to figure out where our wasps were coming from. It wasn't easy, either, because we had no clue how they were getting in, but he scoured the house till he and my husband successfully located the nest. He found them, destroyed them, and kept all my kids safe from getting stung. We haven't seen a wasp since. And it all cost us only $95 at the end of the day.

First let me start by saying the staff are very friendly and professional. My only qualm is with the price. I really wish I would have shopped around instead if just going based off of reviews. Or at least get a better explanation of what services were included with the cost. In the end I ended up paying $350+ for an inspection that lasted about 20-30 minutes (I have a smaller home) and then for them to put out 4 bait stations. $350+ for an hour of work is pretty steep. Then they charge to have them checked on. I thought the initial cost included some follow-ups. I had them pickup the stations since I didn't want to pay another $350 for follow-ups, so I have no clue if any of the bait was taken. In hindsight, I would have paid the inspection fee then put out bait stations myself, or at least get competing bids. Lesson learned.

Quality Pest Control was hired two years ago to control the spider issues we were having at our acreage in Elkhorn, NE. Carl was quick to respond, listened carefully to the issues we were having, and came up with the appropriate plan of attack because we NO LONGER HAVE SPIDERS! Carl gave us great advise on how to limit the amount of bugs around the exterior of our home and how to organize the basement so we don't get infestations or mice. Great, practical knowledge. Last summer we discovered a swarm of wasp-like creatures flying in and out of a hole in the mortar between the bricks over our garage. Knowing that the insects were nesting in this space had me very nervous, as that space is directly below a walk-in closet in the master bathroom. Carl came to the rescue, identifying the insects as yellow jackets and taking action accordingly. He sprayed between the bricks and within a few days the activity in and out of the hole ceased completely. Carl's responsiveness and follow-up were greatly appreciated and definitely helped to put my fears to rest. His knowledge of all kinds of pests and how to avoid and/or eradicate them is impressive and I will definitely call him for our pest control needs in the future!
