First time using them and happy with their work. They contact you with your date. You can track how many residences before yours and you refresh the page to stay on track. They notify when your house is next. Plus when done they notify the work is done. So far so good! Happy with service.

Amazing service. They always come when they say they are going to, and do a great job. We used to have so many mosquitos that we couldn’t go in our yard, after using mosquito squad there are barely any. One time after heavy rains there were a few mosquitos, and after reaching out I received notification that someone would be sent out to reapply the next day! Really great service and stand by their work. Super responsive. I wish we had used their service sooner!

They really go above and beyond. We have had issues this year with especially persistent gnats, mosquitoes and they have come back to retreat!! Wouldn’t be able to be outside without Mosquito Squad!!!

Ever since we've had Mosquito Squad taking care of our home, our backyard in the summer has become a place we enjoy hanging out in. Their guys are professional and thorough and the results are amazing. We live in an area heavily populated by trees and shrubs, mosquitos have always been a literal buzz kill in the summer, but not any longer. Can't imagine we would ever stop their services.

I started using Mosquito Squad last year and we are next to a tree line that has alot of moisture and had tons of mosquitoes! Ever since they came out we are lucky to find one mosquito now. Yesterday we must have had a newer guy and it was ridiculously hot so I understand he was probably in a hurry to get done and go home. However when I checked my cameras I noticed that he didn’t do near as much as the usual guy (which I had never seen before). I called and they were very professional and sent Curt out today to re-educate the newer guy on how to do things at Mosquito Squad standards. There are other companies that are out their but this is a great company that cares about their customers! Thanks again for letting us have our yard back!

Brent was prompt, friendly and informative. Was happy to learn from him they do not spray blooming flowers, roses etc. so our yard is bumblebee friendly. That’s wonderful to hear as I specifically chose bee-friendly landscaping. Since I didn’t know they sprayed plants I’m happy the company and Brent are on top of it. Loving have so few mosquitoes in just a few weeks!

The initial spray was very thorough. All trees, shrubs, house and yard were sprayed. We did not have any mosquitoes or any bugs for about 11 days, but we have had a lot of rain. MQ came back right away when I called as the application should be good for 3 weeks, they came back and resprayed. It is now all good, and we can sit outside and enjoy the summer! The guys are friendly and do a good job! We are signed up for service through September.

Very please with Mosquito Squad. We are one of the homes on the block that water from uphill runs down so much that we need a French drain system in our backyard. Those drains create a mosquito habitat. The squad responds quickly if we have any issues, and the customer service is amazing. My spouse has diabetes, it makes him a mosquito magnet. We can't afford for him to get sick as his immune system is not as robust as others. Very happy with the service and product. Jo

We’ve been using Mosquito Squad the past 3 years and it’s been great. Initially we started with worries about my wife being pregnant and the Zika virus outbreak so we decided to try it. It works great even with our yard being at the bottom of the hill with standing rain water. No mosquitos and they worked with me on stretching out my spray schedule.

I would of never truly believe that this service actually is the real deal! Our family would’t go out due to the misquotes because my toddlers would develop huge welts and actually one of my daughters developed cellulitis from one of the bug bites. Every time we go out I would have to apply bug protectant on them. Then of course they still would get bitten but not as many times. Then of course with the bug spray we would need to take bathes prior to bedtime and the girls were so tired and it would be a struggle get through the bath before bed. Finally now my family can enjoy our yard at any time of the day or night. Since the first application we would be out until 9- 10 at night without a single bite. I am not having to apply bug protect on the girls any more. There was some misquto activity before the schedule application and they were very quick with responding and came out to apply another application without any questioning. The amount of money wee use to spend on yard gard and that only last for a few hours plus it took time to spray it as well. Honestly the dollar amount is comparable but the savings spent on bug spray, time in spraying your own yard and applying the bug spray each time as well as to be able to enjoy your yard at anytime is priceless!

The applicator fellas are careful and professional. We were concerned that they wouldn't hit the most concerning areas, but they did. When my husband spoke to one of them (although they get right to work and don't typically need any guidance), he listened and answered our question. We were concerned about our budgie parakeets who are likely to be exposed to what they spray inadvertently at some point, but they're okay as are other natural critters/animals that often pass through our yard. We've finally been able to use our backyard in summer evenings without all the personal sticky sprays. We hosted a family reunion here a week ago and it made such a difference not having to worry about mosquitoes!

I was thinking that this had to be a gimmick. I Couldn't believe that it could work but I was so desperate to get to my car without being attacked, I thought it couldn't hurt to try. They arrived on time, a little early, and began spraying all of my trees and shrubs. They asked that we keep the dogs in during the process and for 30 minutes after. I went out in the evening at peek meal time and not one showed up for supper. What a relief. I can now garden, enjoy meals outside and play with the pups. THANK YOU!

We like this company, Mosquito Squad. Last couple years have had clover mites around the house and coming in the windows especially on sunny side of house. The Squad has been very diligent in their process. Kurt has researched treatments and even ordered a special product to use around our windows. We have met with Kurt, & Ryan when they were at the house. Both have expressed their concern with polite consideration for our situation. We have spoken on the phone several times with Sharon & Andrea in the office and both are very helpful and patient. Even the owner has called us to update us on the new product they would use. I first gave a 4 star review because that's just the way I am as I question perfection in most things new to me. However, I would now have given a 5 star recommendation. Even if there were no other reason, Mosquito Squad deserves a great rating for their customer service which is so often hard to find nowadays.
