Wow! Our interactions and service is always great! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Mandy! So very professional! She took the time to explain not only our service today but made sure we knew to keep our fur babies in for an hour. Mandy also took the time to answer all my questions and offered up some ideas on how our house can stay protected and get protected. She explained that due to our landscaping, mulch and deck, we should definitely have a termite inspection done and then explained what her company does to protect from termites. She even knew our contract better than we do and explained what services we signed up for and made sure that we understood what is available and what pay for under the contract. Any company would be proud to have such happy and most knowledgeable employee that loves what she does and loves the company she works for!!!!♥️

I had two people come out today. Donnie was the pest inspector and Mandy was the technician. They both were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mandy was able to clear out spider webs and cob webs that the previous technician missed. Donnie looked into our attic and provided us with solutions that could help our bug problem. Daryl Guest was AWESOME he let me know he was there. That was nice because I was at work and that way I knew they had come. Also my sprinklers were running and I was unaware they had frozen my whole yard and the water system outside Daryl called and let me know he was also kind enough to stay and wait for myself and the landlord to get there. This company as a whole from the people that answer the phones to the people that are in the field. Now only are they great but their services are too! I had a huge wasp nest on my front door and they got it down the first day and I haven’t seen one since up there. I recommend Ecoshield for any of your pest control needs!

Hi! I use this company as a pest prevention sprayer. They come out about 4 times a year for scheduled appointments. I originally thought the fee was high but I had compared them with other companies at the start and think they are actually pretty reasonable against today's market rate and very flexible. They always are willing to get me in even outside my set time and they haven't charged me for extra, small visits, (though I don't abuse it so I'm not saying you can call them all the time for free) an example being the last guy didn't knock so I couldn't ask him to come inside to spray the laundry room and when I called they immediately scheduled another appointment for me to get the inside sprayed free. The guy, Kenny Rollins, was an amazing technician. Fun and kind and very thorough unlike some of the previous appointments he didn't feel as rushed to leave letting me actually get the whole house sprayed without feeling guilty. Half the areas I didn't even have to ask he just did ^_^ so overall very pleased especially with this latest technician.

The sprays that are applied have drastically reduced the amounts of bugs and spiders we see inside and outside our home. Technicians that have come are always friendly, do an excellent job removing any nests or webbing that exist, and suggest improvements to weak exterior inlets (i.e, dryer vents).

I contracted EcoShield prior to knowing I was moving. The year and half I used them they were great. They caught two moles that were using my garage. They eliminated bees that had been a bother for years and their workers were great, courteous and prompt. I moved to a new area without an office. Christine M. In their customer care was awesome. She not only helped me turn off the account but they waived cancel fees and after accidentally charging for a service call after I moved. They refunded it. Brennan Ebbesmier showed up that afternoon and patiently explained everything he was doing while working. Afterwards he went above and beyond and even gave my two little boys a big stack of leftover pokemon cards that he had in the truck! Brennen came back for our second treatment this month and continued to shine with his hard work, professionalism and great customer service. The products have worked well, and this has been our most bug free summer yet. I would recommend Ecoshield to anyone, and Kenny and Brennen in particular! He took care of all the issues I listed below and he did it with any prompting. He set a fantastic standard! 2022 ★ : No attention to detail. Wait times are long for customer service and you was told the local office would be my POC. It's a local number to call center. They are not amazing and are not here to serve the customer.. they also never remove cobwebs from the home and have to return.

EcoShield performed a very thorough rodent exclusion process on our home. Field mice have plagued us for years and I had little success in keeping them out. EcoShield identified dozens of entry points around the house and plugged them using a combination of metal mesh, wire screen and treated caulking that smells and tastes bad. They didn't have to spread poison or trap the mice, just keep them out in the field where they belong.

*Edited* I have read my contract. I agreed to 159 quarterly. I am being charged that plus 79 monthly for “mosquito service” which I never agreed to anywhere, I have checked. They tell me they are on their way to service me but I never asked for it and no one ever mentioned it was extra!!!! Also it says in my contract that mice are covered yet they wanted me to pay 600+ when they told me how to get rid of the mice. Like.. doesn’t seem covered to me. Edited to say they understood the miscommunication about the mosquito service and because I never signed the agreement for that, they applied both payments to my quarterly which made it right in my opinion. She was very friendly and I did feel like she cared. I will continue the service.

The reason I gave them 3 starts is because of the office staff, I think they need a lot of training in customer service and satisfaction. I asked them last year to have the tech spray the inside of the house (at no additional charge) well that never happened, when inquired about it just got a lot of lip service and it never happened. Today I had Ken Childs come to the door before he ever did anything, he asked if I had any issues with bugs, I had to tell him no because I haven't had any problems with the insects, hopefully that answer will stand true when the weather get's warm, But as far as Mr. Childs, I would give him 5 stars just for his professionalism and courteous conversation. But I still think your office needs work, if that is addressed you may not have so many negative reviews.

Joe and Jerry did a great job dealing with the wasps in the back yard that I had no idea about until today. I had been worried about going in my backyard because of the spiders (and wasps) but no longer! With the discount I got this service is highly recommended, but since I hadn't done much scouting I'm not sure if there's a better deal for their standard prices. If you have pest issues and want to support a small business I highly recommend this company!

Dave tried his best to help me. For 2 1/2 weeks I had tried to get a call back from the local Mesa office as I had a billing question….others at the call center left repeated messages and I left messages at the local number for a call back. Dave did get ahold of the local manager but still no call back after 2 arranged times…in frustration I reached out to Dave again and finally got a call back from the local manager within minutes…she did answer my question and had she done so earlier I would have continued with EcoShield…she was polite but honestly did not seem that concerned about the call back concerns…I have since canceled my contract but will give Dave a good review he really tried to help. I hope the company is able to rectify the call back situation with the local Mesa office in the future.

Chris knocked on my door and offered services (Lincoln, NE around 40th and Sheridan neighborhood.) He thoroughly explained the services and the contract. He had a ProShield uniform and materials which made it easy to verify him and the company online while he was at the door. Was able to have Caleb and Jessie come out next day, within the time scheduled. They also uniforms, new my name, explained everything again about when they'll come out, contract, etc. They sprayed inside and out and did a good job. Only wish they would have sprayed more around the windows outside (of course, I could have missed that happening when I was about in my house.) The spray barely has any scent and it's not a chemical, ruin your day scent. Chris also mentioned it's safe for around animals and pets which is appealing. Company deals with most all bugs and insects. Cockroaches were extra. They also handle mice and infestations like hornets. They do not kill or handle getting rid of bees as they are pollenators. They will do courtesy sprays between the quarterly sprays if bugs are still noticed (all information they mentioned, have not needed them for an infestation, mice or courtesy sprays.)

Yep, this was a door to door sales experience. But I give Zack the sales rep all the credit in the world for his professionalism and preparation. Hes a young man out working hard. Very positive energy. Engaging in every way. Tyler showed up to do the job. More unwavering professionalism. I told him he didnt have to wear his shoe booties or his mask. He insisted as it is company policy and he "likes my job". It was hot and I was one of his last stops of the day. He listened to my 3 problem areas and hit them extra hard with the chemicals. Another young man out doing hard work but not letting people know its hard. Door to door sales is not easy and no doubt, there are a lot of reasons I typically do not answer the door when I hear that knock. I am really glad I answered the door this time and met with Zack and Tyler. A great experience. Both are assets to the ProShield organzation.

Was not initially thrilled with the service provided. It seemed that after several routine spray appointments, the quantity and variety of pests had increased. Was about to cancel my contract and just routinely bug-bomb my home myself, but the associate I spoke with about canceling, Sydney, talked me out of it. She walked me through how she can notate on the account and instruct the technician to address any and all specific needs and areas, without added fees or increasing the premium. Even threw in a discount to offset the dissatisfaction, and a free inspection to see where the critters may be getting in, as well as the severity of any infestations. If you find yourself not happy with the service, ask for Sydney before you cancel. I may be biased, but what she offered sounded so much nicer than hanging out in the attic with a pellet gun.
