We were really impressed at first but have had some issues since. We asked to be notified when coming to make sure our dog is in and that has not happened.. The pads they put in our garage the first tech they would replace On the next appt. still haven't been done. I will say every tech that has come out have been nice.

They do a good job of thoroughly cleaning cob webs and wasp nests from our home and dock. The bait stations have helped with the voles/moles we’ve had in our yard and garden areas.

Very responsive when we need to move appointment dates. Friendly service by the techs. They do give you a five hour window when they show and most of the time they contact you when they are on their way, but not all the time which can be an issue if you have dogs!

Since the service was just yesterday, ingaveca 4, I won't know quality or reliability for a few weeks. They are very driven, hardworking, and professional young men. They swept cobwebs out of my garage and from the eaves and corners outside the house too, then sprayed for insects, and put rodent bait traps around our buildings. They won me over with the flexibility of the plan I needed and price range. It's not cheap, but isn't outrageous either.

Hello, They are very personable, knowledgeable and they make sure you understand what they offer, how they vary from competitors and why it’s a good option for you. They are not pushy at all. Mikaal helped us get signed up and Caden was our tech. He spent way more time treating our property than our previous provider. He even sent pictures of his work after the job was complete.

Technicians are great people, but I still have pests. Have had multiple follow up visits. Every once in a while they can't get out for 2-3 weeks. Disappointing. I feel I'm not getting the results for what I've paid for the service.

We purchased our first home a few months ago and truly had no idea how many pests and bugs we were going to have to worry about. Roger came to our door and explained everything to us very quickly in simple terms, not like other would be peddlers who come to our door and talk our ear off. He made it easy to understand what would be done to our house, how it helps, and why we don’t need to worry about toxins for ourselves or our pets. The service agent came out the very next day sprayed and did his thing. So far we’ve had a great experience with both Aptive agents. The service worked and our house has stayed bug free. I will post updates through the year if I remember.

They do a scheduled Pest inspection and treatment. The technician called me and confirmed when and whst he would be doing. He walks the entire property, removes cobwebs and sprays the entire property.

Was literally swatting and vaccuming up flies for days when cold knocked. They got a tech out the same day. Communication was a strong suit and the profesionalism was great. Within 48 hours the house was clear of flies. Even after searching from top to bottom for a source of the flies, none were found. It was a great service and the situation really allowed their quality to shine.

Signed with these guys a couple nights ago. I live in the country on an acreage and after just 1 treatment noticed a difference. When I take my dog out I turn on my lights on the front porch. The night before tons of bugs all over the lights trying to get in the house. Last night turned on thr lights not 1 bug. Crazy!

I have discovered since I live in the woods that I should not be doing the spraying in my yard. I want to do it but minimally maybe just early in the spring. But I don’t love the idea that I’m killing all these bugs. The spiders yes the butterflies and bees that I found dad drive me crazy.
