The technician that came (Aaron) was great. Arrived on time and kept me informed of his arrival. Excellent job inspecting each room. However, I had three different appointments (before Aaron) and no one showed up nor did they call. It was very frustrating. Finally I had an appointment with Aaron and he was exceptional.

Our service technician, Shane Callahan, is the best. He texts a couple days before arrival with approximate time of service, lets us know when he on his way and arrives within the estimated time promised. He addresses every concern and inspects diligently for any problem whatsoever. He's diligent, friendly, and professional. He even encourages callbacks if we have any issues!

The original job was for termites and pest control. I informed the gentlemen that a mouse was seen in the house. They placed sticky traps in garage, under sinks and one in livingroom. I saw the mouse run into a bedroom...where there were no sticky traps placed. I called the next day and asked for more sticky traps. I was told they tried to reach the local manager but was not successful. The person I spoke with said she sent an email to 3 people and listed their names. I did not hear from them that day which was Monday. This is Thursday and I still haven't heard from them. Late Monday afternoon I went to hardware store and bought nearly $50 in supplies. Today I caught the mouse in the sticky traps (that I bought) in the bedroom that I saw it run into. I am paying a monthly fee and had to buy my own supplies??? I really don't know how to rate the service.

The tech noticed the smell of gas by my stove and the gas company found a leak and it was fixed. Was so thankful for his observation. The termite inspection went great as well. The expert that came out to do my inspection was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, straightforward and just amazing to work with. Far superior to their competition. It's a shame they are not the first choice in the Google search. Don't waste your time with Orkin or those other places. I'm still waiting for the actual quote from Orkin. It's been 2 days. Also they never showed up to the first appointment and never called. I was so happy to find Terminix in this area. I had my quote on the spot and a copy emailed to me within the hour. That is great customer service. 6 stars really.

Terminex is a good company that provides a valuable service. However, my only complaint is that when I respond to their text that I have “little black ants” I never hear from them; no confirmation text, email or phone call. I am also concerned with their claim that they spray the outside of the house. I wonder how they do that since the back gates are locked. The technician- when I do see him, is always polite and professional. I will continue to use Terminex since they are the only reliable company in the area, but I wish they would do a better job communicating with.

I was informed 2 days in advance. Customer Service Tech (James Smith) was on time, neat in appearance, friendly and informative. Performed a thorough inspection and treated as necessary to give a preventative border around the exterior. Mr. James Smith and I discussed my problem with moles destroying my yards (back and front) and assured me that someone from Terminix would contact me about this. Very pleasant experience overall.

My technician is great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Main problems are with the online site and phone service. Called to book a follow up appointment and ask questions and never got to a person after waiting for 45 minutes. Created an online account and booked for a Wednesday but another appointment got scheduled for a Monday. Confirmation email for Wednesdays appointment was the wrong service address. Couldn't cancel the appointment...only reschedule. Had to call again. Spoke to a representative about account and she was a little rude. The technician is really the only positive experience I've had.

We rent an older house & usually spray ourselves. This year the earwigs were so bad they were falling off the ceilings into our bed, drawers, clothes. We read they don’t pinch but we must have some super size earwigs because these suckers do pinch. My kids are deathly afraid. We called terminix & they were gone immediately. No more bugs. Our technician Kevin is amazing, friendly & on time. Worth every penny to do the job right the 1st time. He even came by again to check on us, & spray outside. 5 star service, Highly recommend these guys.

Some neighbors moved out about 6 months ago and us and our other neighbors have been over run with roaches since. I have been fighting a tiresome battle since and I finally gave up and called Terminex. At first I was a little put off about the price but then I realized...I would have done more just to get rid of the roaches. There have been mass casualties since the first visit. I am going to have to schedule a follow up but it is my understanding that that should be no problem. The tech that came was very professional. He sprayed the kitchen and bathroom (where I was having to most trouble) and then did the outside, dusting entry points with some kind of magic dust and then sprayed around the house. 45 minutes and he was done and I felt soooo much better. The worst part is that we have been doing dishes for DAYS AND DAYS. That part sucked but other than that it has been a pretty painless experience.

The guy was very nice and did a great job. He was super respectful of my house and our dogs. My only complaint is that he was out of the mouse traps that were included in the amount that I paid. I need to call and have them brought by. He should have just brought them by as soon as he got more.

Great quality pest control service for the price. It works! I won’t use anyone else, they are the best. I think it’s been around 9 years that I’ve been using Terminix. I’ve always had the best technicians, so nice and friendly and they explain everything before service and after service that I need to know. They are also very quick to come out if I need anything in between my regularly scheduled services. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Terminex and appreciate the peace of mind they provide me when it comes to the little uninvited pests that try and visit my home sometimes lol. Merle of Terminix does a real professional job at every stage of the service. For example, he remembers to check certain things I tell him about upfront. He gives good feedback on what all rype services he did this visit. Even sends pictures, like a mud dauber nest he found at a certain spot. Just great service.

No one likes to deal with wildlife living underneath their house, but if you have that problem, Terminix can help solve it! I was hearing a scratching noise in the walls of my home and since I've seen the tell-tale signs of wild animals on my property (I have a backyard vegetable garden) I knew I needed professional help. I gave up trying to stop them from entering my backyard (it's a losing battle) but I didn't want them invading my home, even if it's just the basement/crawlspace. Eddie came out was very courteous and let me know upfront what they would need to do and the costs. Joe and company came out to set the trap at a vulnerable spot underneath the add-on to my house and within two weeks we caught 4 juvenile possums! The trap hasn't been tripped in about 4-days since they last caught something, so I'm going to be optimistically hopeful that wildlife is at least not living under my house. Thanks Terminix!

Everyone is nice. However, they NEED to explain the part, "if you see bugs before next spray, call us" I called because I had seen an earwig in the tub and some little black bugs. The tech said they don't spray for that. It has to be an infestation if the call is between original services. That is NOT how it was explained to me.

Chris Cooke performed a thorough and expert inspection of my house and shop. Blayne Baxter treated the infested areas in my shop and installed bait stations around the house and shop. He acted as though he really cared about his work and performed in a professional and outstanding manner. Chris and Blayne are true professionals and a tribute to their profession. You are lucky to have these fine gentlemen on your Terminix Team!One last thought. While Blayne was using his trenching tool around my shop, I noticed it was the short handled type. I told him he was going to wear out his back using it. He told me his long handled trenching tool was stolen from him at a previous job. Please provide this guy a replacement long handled trenching tool. Equip your people for success. If you have a company policy prohibiting replacement of stolen tools, please let me know, I will get one for him.

Terminix has been my pest control company for over 15 years. I have had few pest issues and I attribute this to the effectiveness of the pest control methods that Terminix uses. In addition, Terminix has great field representatives such as Hector Espinosa. Hector was friendly, nice, informative and customer oriented, and stayed to answer all the questions and concerns I had until I was satisfied.

We had bed bugs (awful) and Thomas from Terminix came the next day and started the entire process that is getting rid of bed bugs. I was ready to burn everything and honestly that would have been quicker but that’s not the point! Thomas was awesome and helped out tremendously and I can now honestly say we are bed bug free thanks to him. We had 2 other bug companies tell us no, we didn’t have bed bugs. I honestly thought I was go crazy. Thank you very much and Terminix is now our company for quarterly spraying which includes basically every pest/rodent.

Terminix is reasonably priced. Had termites once and damage was 100% covered. Subsequently, Terminix installed traps around the perimeter (32 of them) and have had no problems since. They check these traps annually for new bait if needed. Comforting to know we have this protection.

The technician was friendly and answered questions as needed and did the work per contract-I have no complaints about the work itself. However, he left a mess for me to clean up mud on the driveway, concrete powder in the driveway, didn't return object moved to facilitate treatment of termites etc. But hopefully, the termites will be eradicated as promised. In retrospect, after watching the tech do the work, I could have done the work myself and saved a lot of money in the process-others have done the work themselves and exterminated the termites around their homes but I guess there is a warranty if it will be backed up by Terminex. Next time I'll take my chances and do it myself, there are termite bait traps all over the internet at good prices but not Thermador as far as I could find. Had the tech cleaned up the work site I would have given Terminex a 5 Star. Aren't they supposed to clean up the mess form their work?

What I like most about Terminix ? Just as you advertise...you keep my home pest free! I live out of city limits, so there are more critters around then normal. I can tell when it's close to the time for a visit because I will see one or two spiders around...but prior to that time my home is perfect! So in answer to you question...Terminix is an awesome company and yes I would recommend it to anyone, because I have no doubt that you would always be happy with their services!
