I work for a property management company and we called Pristine Pest Control to treat for bugs. The tech (Ever) was very professional and knowledgeable. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a tenant to show up with the proper key. During that lag time, Ever was happy to walk around the exterior of the unit and spray foam in the cracks to block access for larger pests. He went above and beyond and was cheerful and polite the whole time. What a great experience!! Thanks Ever!! (yes, that's his name) :)

Very respectful, informative and was able to go on a payment plan but poor communication and issues with maintaining appointment times. Initial appointment was pushed back 1.5hrs, no big deal was apologized to very polite upon arrival. I did have to keep reaching out to get a report done but was emailed 3days after equipment was placed. Then we needed a trap replaced as it was kicked up by a mower was promised to have it replaced via text+ phone call and scheduled a time to have that done 3x no call no shows, sold the house and gave the new owners all his contact information but a month later still no response nor replacement.

Great prices, fast service, honest businessman. I had trouble finding a good pest control business, eventually Pristine Pest was recommended to me. Most of the other companies wanted to put me on a monthly plan which was exorbitantly expensive. And inevitably proof that they knew their product would not work thus the monthly contract. Fortunately I found Pristine , the price quoted was a fraction of what the other companies quoted. Little if anything needed to be moved in order to get the treatment and the poison was safe to be around food once dried. The other companies were using a product very similar to bug bombs which as anyone who has ever tried them knows are completely ineffective.
