First inspection for rodents went well, they sprayed my house and put granules outside, the gentlemen was very nice and knowledgeable, he even discovered a water pipe that was leaking and broke in my crawl space luckily, if I hadn't called them out I wouldn't have found that water pipe that was leaking and my crawl space would have eventually flooded. I have a separate termite inspection with them tomorrow since we also found termites unfortunately.

We have used Orkin for over a year for preventative measures, we have consistently had the same guy, Curtis, come out to spray. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and a trustworthy guy. He sprays the perimeter of our interior and lays out paper traps, as well as sprays the exterior of the house. We will continue to use him and Orkin services for the foreseeable future.

I have had orkin going on 2 years and they have been amazing. In my opinion they are affordable. Other places were going to charge me more. My tech guy, Curtis, was always super nice, answered any questions, and knew what he was doing. We had pretty bad roach infection and they had them gone within 2 months of service. And you don't have to do anything to your house. They work around your stuff unlike other places I talked too. I highly recommend Orkin for your needs! 5 star service!

Termite removal was done with great quality, communication, thoroughness, and capability. Timelines was excellent. They did everything they said they would do, have high knowledge levels, and left the place completely clean. They came when they said they would, and price is below what I received. I could not be more pleased. These professionals are awesome.

My Mom likes them, which is a big plus..They have been excellent! Whatever treatment they use WORKS.. Our roach infestation is all but gone... They even got rid of wasp nests and the bees 🐝. Called them after another company wanted $2400 to perform a rodent service. The other business said I had a terrible infestation. Jeremy came out and did an amazingly thorough inspection. He then let me know my problem was negligible. He completed a full treatment of my house and explained every step of the process, and the charge was one tenth of the other company. I am now moving my quarterly service to Orkin.

To start with, the Technician was supposed to show up between 2&4PM. By 5:50PM he still hadn’t shown, and I left a voicemail on the office number expressing my displeasure (with NO cuss words). About 15 minutes later, the Technician (Jeremy) called and very apologetically said that he was running very late, but wanted to still come over and do the service. When Jeremy showed up, he got right down to business, and did NOT skimp on anything! He was extremely thorough and explained every step. I am SUPER satisfied with Orkin. Jeremy was running late because Orkin is short-handed. HIRE MORE JEREMYS! He is great!

Not a big fan currently. I've called twice now to state that I'm not available for Saturday appointments, but they keep scheduling them. The mouse traps don't work. The previous technician was desperate for someone to talk to, and tended to not leave until he'd gone over his day/week/life and had been politely asked to leave multiple times. May have to cancel. The insect spray is very effective, however.

They are always on time and always let you know a day before when they will be there to spray, which is helpful when you have dogs. All of the employees that have worked at our house have been polite, friendly, and professional. And lastly, they have never tried to sell us a service we didn’t ask for. Which is rare nowadays. They let you know they are here, ask if there are any problems they should know about and then they spray and leave. A quick and easy process. Would recommend to anyone else looking for pest control.

We pay Orkin annually and it includes an annual inspection. The Inspector said he is very busy because the business is short-handed (as are many businesses at this time). He missed the first appointment with no explanation, after he told me he would be here late. Then he forgot the second appointment, but I called and he came. The inspection was done efficiently as expected.

Reasons for a 3 star review: Technician was later than the scheduled time, with no heads up. When I called the office to see what was up, I spoke to Jessica. This is where my experience went downhill. She was very indifferent and acted like it was no big deal. In hindsight, it’s not, but the way she presented herself leaves a lot to be desired. She did offer a discount, which I refused because I don’t care about a discount. What I cared about was the lack of consideration of my time and the lack of professionalism shown. Once the technician arrived, he was professional and worked quickly. He seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing, explained the process, and was very polite.

Asked for terminate quote and was send a very informative rep to explain the product and process. We were looking to get service so price and quality was reasonable. The individual that performed the initial service was fantastic friendly and patient to explain everything. The other important item was he made sure to take time to answer questions and didn’t feel rush. Had to recently call back to service an area because we were cleaning out carat and discovered another area. The time and response was quick and service was great. Second person was just as friendly and patience. Enjoy and recommend their service. Results seems to work thus far.

We have had 3 different ones since being on the service the first and third gentlemen, are very personable and knowledgeable, the second gentleman I would prefer that he not come back out, he wasn’t as detailed as the others, but for being in the country the bugs are under control as much as can be expected. I will continue to use this service and would recommend it to others.

I appreciate his continued personal service. March 2022, update: Mr. William Kennedy, supervisor, & Mr. Mark Mickelson, Service Advisor, are excellent. Mark always answers any questions & directs me to the right person. Mr. Kennedy came out to my home to ensure satisfaction & check traps. I greatly appreciate their dedication to clients. Thank you both. The team was an hour late. It took them a bit to get into the pace. When they drilled inside, although it was an accident, my fireplace hearth was chipped beyond repair, so now I have to have it redone. They did not replace the dirt near the house when they dug the drench to fill with insecticide. Mark, who came out in the beginning was great.

I called Orkin to have my house sprayed for spiders after I had got bitten. In the past 3 months, I have only seen 1 live spider, no ants, crickets, centipedes, or anything else (except for some flies from my dogs taking their sweet time walking inside). The peace of mind is well worth the cost. The technician is very friendly and fast too. Their spray also has no odor which is a huge plus compared to raid or other sprays I had used before.

This was one of the easiest processes I have ever experienced. I have been seeing ants everywhere and the last straw was a pincher bug that crawled out of my purse... I Googled “Pest Control” and Orkin Man popped up... I went on the website and requested an estimate. A very nice lady called me about 5min later and told me the prices which seem extremely reasonable. She asked if I wanted him out that day, I told her to wait until the next day. A very nice man came out today while I was on my lunch break. I told him that I had to run my kids were inside so he could do his thing. (4 teenagers) He got me to sign the contract and I left. The kids said he was very nice to them, he did his thing and he left. All in all, it was such a great experience. I don’t know yet if it will work, I’ll update in a month if I experience anything bad, but I don’t think I will. Thanks Orkin Man!!

I appreciated getting a text message the day before my scheduled visit. I also received another text message when Orkin was on their way, and one when they arrived at my home. He had already started working on the exterior of my home when I noticed his arrival. I asked him to come inside and spray the inside of the house as well. Not only did he spray the interior of the home he also replaced sticky traps in all the bathrooms and treated for a specific insect that I was having an issue with. He recommended that I call him if I saw any more insects over the next 2 to 3 weeks. And said they would come back out at no cost to treat again. He was very friendly and professional, wearing protective shoe covers while inside my home. Thank you, Orkin!

Update They did correct the issues I had and now we have an amazing tech Matt who is wonderful. He is always on time and not only texts but calls me when he is coming and is there. First appointment they were late and. Second went ok but third tech showed up didn't knock to come inside and so had to call again. Then my husband's card was used for the account was compromised so I had to get his new card and he travels alot so it took a few days to get it. They only called me twice. First time was to tell me card didn't go through which tech had said he ran card when he came. Then 2nd time I told them I was waiting on husband to call then we tried to go online and they canceled account so I called and paid past due now to get back service it is triple what I paid for monthly treatment for a one time service or they want over 500 upfront. This is a rip off. I get I should've known about card but this is ridiculous. I already called another and the bill is lower than Orkin to begin with.

I’ve used Orkin for several years now and am very pleased with our service. Vincent is our main Orkin inspector. He comes out every other month to spray inside and outside of the house for pests. He is very kind and when he is done he makes sure the gate is latched shut so our dogs do not escape.

The exterminator was nice. He didn’t try to up sale me like the call center suggested & I was suspicious of considering they hadn’t seen my house. He also informed me about a free service for home inspections they have & scheduled it for me. He filled the hole they were apparently coming in & but down mice traps. I feel a lot better not worrying about turning into Willard.

The technician was nice and very professional. He didn’t show any judgment or disgust in the room in my house known as the Disaster Zone. The little sticky traps seem problematic in my opinion, because anything could crawl in it or get stuck to it. If mice get stuck on glue traps they die reaaalllllyyyy slowly, and it’s big enough that my dogs could put their snoots right in it, so I’m probably not going to leave those down. We’ve already seen dead critters, so it works pretty fast! One hiccup we experienced was that on the day we had our first treatment scheduled, they called and told me they “didn’t have a technician in the area” which seems like a pretty important thing to have. We had to reschedule for over a week later, but in the grand scheme of things, that’s not that big of a deal I guess.

I'm not to happy with how the company does not contact their customers to inform them of technician not being in their area nor calling to let them know when one will be. Overall friendly staff at Orkin. Scheduling and confirmation of appointments could definitely be improved. There have been several different times where service was scheduled on a certain date/time and no one showed up to my home. No call to cancel or reschedule from their end whatsoever. I understand schedule changes and cancellations happen but a call or notification as much ahead of time as possible would be greatly appreciated. It can be frustrating to sit and wait for someone to arrive and for them to not show up at all.

Very thorough! Just last night my husband was stung by a scorpion in our new construction house. We had what we thought were daddy long legs all over. We learned today that they were brown recluse! And we have a newborn 😭😭 but thankfully our tech was very thorough, helpful and pleasant. He showed up more than an hour early and put us at ease. Orkin helped us rid our home of multiple, large wasp nests that were in difficult-to-reach locations. After a misunderstanding with the regional office which led to the tech being unable to do the job we needed on the first day, the tech and local office manager were quick to remedy the issue. They dropped the price significantly, included pest control free of charge, and ensured they had the necessary equipment to get all the nests. The tech was extremely friendly and helpful and came back the next day (after the misunderstanding from the regional office) and worked quickly. We highly recommend Orkin, especially the Oklahoma City local manager, and the tech, Daniel, that came to our home.

They did a good job, but had two slight disappointments: 1. The weather was cold and icy today, so, we don’t blame the workers for being late. However, it would have been both nice and considerate if we’d had a a phone call to say they would be 4 hours late. (We had to call them.) 2. It would also have been nice if they’d swept or blown out the dust from the garage and driveway.

Technician was on time, was very thorough, and the job was completed professionally. Holes drilled in concrete were filled, hard to even see where, and the spoils were swept clean with no trash left. Ground bait stations for termites were placed flush at ground level as to allow for mowing without striking. My wife and I are pleased with the service.

I am surprised that baseboards are not sprayed. Sticky pads were placed in strategic places in the house and outside was sprayed. Will hold judgment on failure to spray inside as I watch for spiders and scorpions. Original date for service was rescheduled at last minute and tech did not make it on time for today’s service.

Dustin the termite guy was very friendly. He called ahead of time to let me know he was coming. The guy (I don’t know his name because he didn’t tell me) who came to spray for bugs seemed mad at the world. He also was annoyed that I asked him to spray my attic. I ended up calling Orkin to see if the bug sprayer was coming because I did not get a courtesy call prior to his arrival. I refuse to let Mike come back to my house because he tried to sell me $7,000 + worth of attic insulation due to my mouse problems up there. However, his story didn’t check out because I have to move my car out of the garage in order for the ladder to come down and he never asked me to move it. He even showed me pictures of “my attic”. Sorry Mike, not this time. Strangely, another bug guy checked and didn’t find a single mouse dropping.

Orkin definitely knows their business. Because of neighbors, I wound up with roaches. The more I fought them the worse they got. I called Orkin..they have been so wonderful and knowledgeable on what they were doing that within 2 weeks my house was bug free. Every 2 months they return and go over everything again and put down the outside barrier again. Their price is also very affordable...I wished I had done this long before I did.

Bought a brand new house. Over the coarse of 3 weeks found 2 roaches in kitchen. Was very nervous about having an infestation in a house that was just built a couple months ago. Called Orkin.
