Your area coverage around homes is the best compared to the high end companies. Your staff is courteous and willing to work with the customer. And your technicians are great at what they do in knowing how to treat each home. I was told about the service from another neighbor and I'm very pleased. The technician Mark insured that all my questions and concerns were answered. And showed me areas that I can maintain during landscaping to avoid further pest control. After a year of service, we are still being carried away by the ants. They have reserviced at no charge a few times, and we still have ants. Mosquitos service didn't work either, and they said our neighbors mosquitos were visiting. We were told, when they put down the termite pods, they would be checked every 6 months, but when 6 months rolled around they didn't show, so I called. I was told they only check once a year but they would be happy to come check them, since that was what we were told. Final straw, they scheduled a mosquito treatment for March 10th. I called and rescheduled that for Apr 14 because I felt March was a bit to early for mosquitos. I also requested that they spray for ants and bugs and crawly things the same day. April 14 rolls around and they show up to spay for ants but had no orders to spray for mosquitos. The employees were polite, but not at happy with the results. Their best excuse, government regulations. One day later 4-15-2022 I received a call from Moxie today, after they read my review. I'm giving them another chance to make things right. Their email to recap our conversation follows: Moxie Pest Control Hello Connie, Its Morgan with Moxie your account manager I am sending you this email per our conversation. First again I would like to apologize for the experience and thank you for letting us make this right. So again the plan is we are going to keep our normal Quarterly treatments every three months at 129 bucks, then I will be giving you guys free ant treatments every month until we get the ant problem under control. We also are giving you a free Quarterly treatments this month 4/19/22 and a free Mosquito treatment 4/19/22. Mark and I will be handling the account from here on out so only experienced people with the best services! We want to thank you again for giving us this chance to make things right and changing your review! I will be speaking to you soon!! Till then you and Johnny have a great weekend! - Morgan | Account Manager | Moxie Pest Control | This arrangement is satisfactory with me. Standing by, to see what's happens on the 19th. All of the service techs, who have been to my home, have been polite, and I believe Morgan was sincere in her concern about the bad communication when scheduling services. We will see if things change. 4-19-22 Moxie came today, as scheduled. They used a completely different type of product for the ants this time. It was a clear, sticky, liquid substance, and they put a tiny drop of it in several places along the ant trail, inside and outside the house. Very quickly, the ants were all over it. Fingers crossed. Mark said he would be back in 2 weeks to check. They have scheduled a treatment every month until the ants are gone. I was charged $129 for the ant maintenance and $79 for the mosquito maintenance. Both services were supposed to be free according to the agreement with Morgan. (See her email above) .

1st visit went well. Service man was professional. I didn’t watch him the whole time however I don’t think he applied the same amount of product as the salesman indicated would be done. Salesman indicated from curb to back fence. Service stated he put down the granules 30 ft around house. If that’s the case it’s not nearly curb to back fence. Other than that was a good experience. Found 5 dead scorpions the following day :).

Josh came to do my first treatment. He was on time, professional, and thorough. I told him we were having issues with brown recluse spiders, so he took his time going room to room treating all of the baseboards. We found numerous brown recluse spiders throughout the house and based on that Josh made a recommendation on follow up treatments to try to get a handle on our spiders problem. I'm pleased with Moxie so far.

Our spider problem went away shortly after starting to work with them, and it's always fast to talk to a person on the phone who almost instantaneously has your account information pulled up and ready to refer to. Other companies have tried to get me to switch providers, but I have yet to find a good reason to do so, especially knowing that Moxie has such good customer service, which has become very valuable to me.

Micheal O came and treated my yard at noon today. Micheal O made me feel very comfortable with me being home with my daughter alone with him. He covered my whole yard and covered anything else I needed BUT I am canceling our membership. Moxie’s office staff tell you what ever you want to hear but yet does not talk to the techs that actually do the work! I was supposed to get my house treated but yet the office staff did not tell me that I had to be out of the house for at least 4hrs! The office staff also do not inform you that at a serten time of the day if the year is treated or flowers will fry! Moxie claims they are pet and flower 🌹 friendly, I do not think so! I have had Moxie for a year now and have went through many techs even though when I signed on I made it very clear that I only wanted the SAME tech. Maybe if the office staff was concerned about their customers instead what ever sounded good at that time!!! Good luck to who ever signs on with Moxie from this point on! I really wish the owner had an idea of how his business is being ran or even has the time to talk with upset customers or even customer service! I hope no person would want to loose customers. Living in the country, near a pond, we use moxie for all our pest issues. I like that if we begin to see any type of unwanted guest, mosquitoes, wasps, ants, even rats or mice, I can call them and they will come take care of the issue. The moxie staff is always friendly and I look forward to their joke of the day, Yesterday, Chandler G, came to do our mosquito treatment, he was courteous and helpful. While he was here we saw several wasps and he took the time to take care of them for me. After he as finished and about to leave, some additional wasps showed up, Chandler didn’t hesitate to get his stuff back out and get those as well.

Adam Nelson was my technician today and I was very happy with his service. He was doing our outside treatment but when I mentioned to him about seeing some spiders and such inside he very positively said he was happy to come in after spraying the outside to take a look. He was very professional, respectful, made sure to introduce himself and call me by name, answered any and all of my questions, and was very pet friendly with my cat. He made sure to ask if we had any other small animals or kiddos in the house before spraying which I appreciated. I also appreciated that when he was spraying the outside he took extra care in spraying the perimeter a little farther out than normal when he saw some spiders. He was very thorough when spraying the inside and told me they'd be happy to come back if I was still seeing the creepy crawlers after a few weeks. What I am disappointed is and nit with the service technician but with a customer service lady that I called in and spoke to over the phone a time back and informed her that I had carpenter black ants crawling along the fence onto my house and ask for a retreat and she stated that we cannot come back just to retreat cause I had bugs from the fence into my porch and that there was nothing can be done. Yesterday Jared came and I am pretty sure he even brought my garbage can in for me bc I don’t remember doing that yesterday yet it’s been put back!! Regarding the pest service their techs take the time listen to what I am having problems with and address it. Mark came out today. I had an 8:00 am appointment and he was prompt, even 5 minutes early. I live on a pond and have a bad problem with spiders. I was impressed with how thorough he was in spraying every square inch of my yard. He sprayed around the eaves and crevices on the outside and my baseboards inside the house. I had spider egg sacks all over the garage and he took care of those and really really worked that room over. He even got rid of all the webs I had around the house and in the garage. I was concerned about the tornado shelter, not that I had seen any activity in the, but to make me feel better he even sprayed in there. I could NEVER have done such a complete job myself with products I may have purchased at my local Home Depot store. I would recommend Mark to anyone who has concerns about pests. Again, he was so thorough. Explained everything he did. Great guy! Great job! Great company! Call them!!!

I initially signed up for a quarterly service. Sometime later I agreed to a termite inspection and ended up having a bait system installed. I lhave no complaint about either product. Unfortunately both times I signed up for a service, my husband was in the hospital and I wasn’t at my best. I agreed to things I would not have under other circumstances. To be clear, I don’t feel that I was pressured by the sales people. But it is very easy to get into a contract for services and expensive to get out. We will be moving soon and will need to pay Moxie $700 to get out of the contract or pay $1500 (Approx.) for 16 months of service we don’t need.

They have treated the home with great care and we have seen fewer bugs! Living in the country a little bit equals a lot of bugs. And fewer bugs is a success. After doing my own pest control for years, I decided to go with a pest control service. Moxie representative knocked on my door one day and presented a deal that sounded to good to be true, and it was. For the price I paid you would think that my house would be a bug free zone, especially after 2 treatments....however, the Oklahoma flies still attack whenever you step foot outside, I see at least 1 frog in my garage on a daily basis, and spiders 🕷 everywhere despite their so called sweeping them out. Then a termite inspection that of course resulted in a "discounted" deal of $400 to drop some bait sticks....on Amazon same product for $167. Moral of the story is, go to any home supply store or even Walmart and get some bug spray and treat your house every 3 months...same results and far less money.

Atop of covid we had a tick invasion from a dumpster across the street left by a very uncaring neighbor. We were suffering from tick bites all over our bodies day and night. We was even giving Lyme disease medication from our doctor. We then immediately called Moxie to rescue. Mark came looked at the situation and prescribed a course of action for us. That in involved moxie coming and treating the inside and outside of our house on numerous occasions. We now are tick free and no loner get bites at night. Now there is a new dumpster across the street and our first call will be to Moxie and if we see any signs of ticks bc they can handle the problem. John was very professional and efficient in getting the treatment done in a timely manner. He even checked the doors to make sure they were all sealed properly and fixed one that was needed.

I recently moved to Oklahoma and I've been having all sorts of people come out to my home to do work. Painters, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, internet technicians, cleaners, and even an HVAC guy. My experience has been horrible with every single one of these companies. Customer service has been non existent, promises that have fallen short, people have been rude, and financially I know I was taken advantage of. Who wold have ever imagined that my absolute best experience would be with a PEST CONTROL company!? EVERYTHING that was promised ACTUALLY happened... The technician, route manager, and office staff were all happy and kind. They answered each of my questions and paid attention to my concerns. (I have a 8 week old baby and wanted to make sure everything would be okay). The actual service was great and WORKED - I no longer am seeing all of the nasty earwigs and spiders that were all throughout my house. I truly believe I received the best service possible and it was worth every penny! I highly recommend Moxie Pest Control!

They put you on a set it and forget it like schedule to handle your problems, and if you see any increase in bugs, they will come reservice for free.
