I am sure he told me but we have wasps and ants the general insects one has in the country. The real test is what insects activity in the near future. The wasps are beginning to swarm. I allowed the gentleman into our home and he sprayed inside the house. Then he went outside. I think he was a charming young man and you are lucky to have a hard worker as he is. He is a professional and comes off as knowledgeable and a gentleman in all aspects of the industry.

Whatever they used inside the house they sprayed along the walls/floor trim and the solution got on the walls but didn’t stain the wall at all. The solution had no smell and is pet safe which is important because I have a dog. I had an ant issue which I’d been fighting for over a week and thought I finally got them under control when these guys showed up and when I opened the pantry there was another one. They did inside and outside spray and put granules in the lawn. The next day was a horror movie all the dead spiders on my back patio and crickets and inside the house the ants had shifted from the kitchen running for there lives and then dying in another room which is where they were coming in no doubt and making it to the kitchen. It took a couple a few days for the ants to runaway and settle down but I haven’t seen anymore! .. and I’m happy about that; they even hit my attic space and storm shelter. If you want something that actually works tell them Mary sent you from Northwood Village! LOL!!! 😂 awesome service and a product that is pet safe.

This is the best company to use, hands down. I thought it was going to be like the last company I used and I was wrong. They not only get the job, they don't only follow up, they also make you feel valued. It doesn't feel like they are just trying to retain customers, it feels like they actually want to help. Their product has faltered one time, but they came out as soon as I realized I had an issue. Try them out, it's worth it.

We were using Cloud Pest at our previous rental for some time and were always greatly pleased with their business. We had to take a short hiatus after moving to a new house for financial reasons, but we recently started up again with their service. In over two years of having them, I have nothing negative to say. Every one of their employees that has come to service has been professional, courteous, friendly, and downright jovial. They always answer any questions you have, tell you what to expect, and ask about any specific problems you may be having. They come back anytime to address problems without extra charge. Their service always makes a clear difference. Our new house was infested outside with wolf spiders, and only a couple days after the first service I can already tell a difference. Their office is always super friendly and easy to work with anytime I call. I would recommend their service to anyone. 5 star, without a doubt.

We started using Cloud over a year ago, after finding some scorpions and wasps around/in our home. We also had an issue with flies. They offered us a multitude of services and products each time they came to treat us, and succeeded in making our home pest-free. They even came back a couple times when we found a wasps nest under our siding and eliminated the problem. The techs are always extremely friendly and do a very thorough job. 10/10 would recommend Cloud!

Skylar was great. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He heard my concern and was very knowledgeable. He taught me a thing or two. He explained to me that I may see more insects for a week or so but after that there should be much less. He also told me when I was ready for them to spray inside the house, there would not a charge. I feel much better knowing I have someone coming out and taking care of the insect. I hope it works like they say. ;-)

Quite expensive compared to a lot of exterminators, $135 every couple months seems expensive. Technicians are crazy quick, too quick for comfort. Can take care of a 2500 sq ft house in 20 minutes inside and outside. Nice enough guys, I’ve had to call them back several times between treatments without real results. In my experience businesses who have to bind you to a contract do so because they know you’ll want to leave. If you’re confident in service no need to bind people with annoying contracts.

Tonight I hand Grant with Cloud treat my property. It had rain off and on all day and I was his last treatment of the day. Grant showed up about ten minutes early. He explained what he was going to do and ask if I have had any problems before he started. Then we talked about the treatment and anything he noticed while performing it. He was very personable and I never felt rushed or as if he was trying to finish up and get off work. This was my third treatment and the fourth person from Cloud I had met. ( sales + three techs ) Every business is having trouble getting people to work but all those I have met with Cloud have been great. I would recommend everyone who needs pest control to give Cloud a call. They are doing something the right way!

Update July 7, 2021: Grant was friendly, knowledgeable, and remembered what happened last time he was here in that he also was to do the pest control for today after it rained last week. Grant was very careful not to possibly spray the pollinators in our yard and asked how he could best avoid our outdoor cat from being near the mosquito treatment - really really appreciate that. Update July 1, 2021: It was raining today, but unlike larger pest control services, they came out and treated the inside of my home to help maintain barrier and control and plan to return when the weather permits to treat the outside of the house. The technician, Grant, was very friendly and thorough. A different technician treated our home last time, but Grant was aware of what was done - major bonus points for Cloud! Original review: Our first service call today from Camaron at Cloud Pest Management went really well. On-time, incredibly thorough, very polite, and did a few tasks I never saw our previous national pest control service do; already worth the few extra $$$ vs the other guys. I am very grateful Cloud came by a second year in a row to get us to sign up.
