They initially came out and performed a general inspection because my house is brand new. However I reported that I’m having an issue with springtails in my shower and it’s still occurring after the visit. I will say the company staff is very professional and both Julie and Clarence were very nice to me.

When I contracted with this company, I had the best service man I could ask for! He did an awesome job and had a great personality. After several months he got promoted and things changed. I got a service person that has not been acceptable to me. I've thought him to be rude. After attempting to foster a better relationship with this man on 3 different occasions and After sadly believing this relationship is doomed to never get better, I called the company to request a different service person on a permanent basis. Julie on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. She spoke with the supervisor, got another person approved to come to my home and we made an appointment! People are not always great, or maybe certain people just clash for whatever reason... But the company is very accommodating and makes me feel like a valued customer. With employees like Julie and the supervisor, I expect to stay a customer forever!

We had a ton of bees in the framing/ siding of our home. We had looked into someone coming to save them, but their placement made that very expensive and we couldn’t see the extent of the issue without taking the house apart. Since this is a rental property, for the safety of the tenants we went with extermination. Cody came out and looked at the issue and we set up a treatment plan that included three treatments. After the third treatment he said they definitely were only coming and going from one spot, so he would do two more treatments to knock them out ontop of the three I had paid for. He was always very communicative and helped make the situation livable for the tenants. Thank you so much! We will be sure to recommend you in the future!

He got there right on time (actually he was even there a little before me and treated a wasp nest outside that I had completely forgotten I had!) he thoroughly explained everything about the services he was doing and was able to ease my anxieties about the situation. First visit failed to deal with the ant problem. Second visit is scheduled. If it is successful I will likely update the review but I can't give 5 stars for an incomplete job. It might not be entirely the exterminator's fault as shortly after he left was a huge downpour, but I hope you understand that 5 stars should be reserved for a successful visit.

So far we have really enjoyed Barrett’s services. Every phone interaction has been professional and helpful. Our first service, the tech, Angel, came with a mask on (which was so much more appreciated with COVID-19 running rampant and having a newborn baby in the house) and was so sweet to my 2yo son who was very interested in what he was doing. Not to mention, being big-free is also HUGE. So, having a successful treatment AND great customer service is everything we could ask for. We have someone coming out in the next couple days and I’m hopeful for another great experience. Highly recommend!

I'm editing my original review - service was fantastic, but after two visits, they said they couldn't do any more than surface sprays for our terrible roach problem. Our landlords contacted another company who said they were surprised no one had suggested fumigating within the walls, which almost entirely solved our problem.

More expensive than I was expecting but that was my fault for not clearly understanding the quarterly plan. Customer service rep Jules was very patient and diligent in addressing my confusion on charges and remedied the one mistake. The technicians are very friendly and thorough. Overall I recommend but be sure to understand the total cost. More money than I will probably wish to spend in future on my budget. Probably no more than others but I will be trying to do more on my own . Stopped the flying ant invasion which is why I initially called. My sprays don't work well for that.

The service is usually good. Ivy listened to a long horror story that I just had with one service rep who came out to my house, but that service rep’s bad service does not reflect the entire company. I have only had a few minor issues with Berrett over the five years I have been a customer. I am now waiting for a call back from a supervisor to discuss this weird, highly personal, negative, untrustworthy and unprofessional service rep’s behavior. Other than that, as long as the supervisor calls me back today 12/15/21, I have no issues with Berrett.

Ricardo was our tech and he was fabulous. We have been using them since April 2021 and I haven't been disappointed. They did they normal spray treatment on the inside and the treatment on the outside, paying special attention to our eves since we are dealing with wasps and Cat's Eye Spiders. He even did an extra barrier of powder in our attics while explaining the benefits of the treatment. I'm very pleased!

This is a customer service review. LaSonya was super helpful over the phone helping me track down the SDS for the chemicals used to treat my home. Unfortunately, my dogs got really sick after exposure to the dried spray used by the technician. Even though they market their products as "pet and child safe" they were in fact not so safe after all. Now I have vet bills and two very sick dogs. They were apologetic and helpful getting me the info I needed, so i gave them a positive rating for customer service.

They come quarterly and treat for wasps. We had a huge hive under a window. They came out 3 separate times (no additional charge) to ensure all the wasps were history and have been treating the entire outside of the house and deck so no hives are re-established. They have done a great job.

Mosquito treatment done. The initial appointment went well but they were supposed to leave 2 Mosquito "traps" and only had one. I had to call to set another appointment for them to bring the second one and they didn't show for that appointment. I was able to set another appointment and they brought it out. They do a decent job but not super reliable.
