This is our first season using Aptive. We are impressed! My mother suffers from dementia and they make sure they did their job quietly as I requested. Abel text me in a full professional conversation, not a quick text which I truly appreciated when he got here. He explained everything that he did and also sent various pictures of the work he was doing. I’ve am very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them!

I like doing business with Alpine they have never let us down on anything. They have sent people out in between our 3 month treatments when we had such an ant problem but we no longer have ants in our house or even on our grandchildren’s fort/swing set!! They always make sure all the spiders are gone and no bees or hornet nest are around anywhere so we never have to worry when the kids are out that they’ll be getting stung!! I have no complaints!! The people that come out can answer my questions and they just do great job and I’ve never had anybody show up that didn’t seem happy to be or proud of their job!

Brian was very friendly and did the job. I also had a special problem with a flying insect in my laundry room and he told me it was a type of moth, so he sprayed. I normally just have my outside sprayed. I also had him spray in a certain area of my garage. Was well pleased with the service.

Out of five techs , he is by far the best, so far. He's the first to ask about any infestations or problem areas, he is very thorough, knowledgable and respectful of your home, family, pets and time. Brandon was very kind & listened to my concerns about these pesky bugs even though we've treated SO MANY times on our own w sprays & granuals. The only thing I think would make this better is to treat for mosquitoes. We've done that & will continue to do that. So far so good. Don't disappoint. I can be picky 🙂 Tonya Edited review. We never once stopped having ants or worms and spiders .Still using our own money to treat our yard.as well which is getting expensive. We can't afford to invest in a company that doesn't get the concerns taken care of. However I did call today and they will come out for in-between treatments which hopefully resolves our problems.

Scheduled us for an 8:00 to to 10:00 a.m. appointment arrived at 1:00 The tech and the representative did apologize for the lateness so would have been five stars but gave four stars due to the fact that I had to contact them about the missed appointment. The technician and his trainee arrived in the timeframe they promised. They were very friendly and explained what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. They did a good job of treating my yard and around my house for insects. When they got finished, they came back to the front door and told me they were finished and advised me about keeping my pets inside for 45 minutes. I much prefer their routine over the previous company I used who I never saw and never even knew they came until the payment was debited from my checking account. Aptive Environmental made a very good first impression. Keep up the good work!

I have a bad earwig infestation that has moved into my house. I had never heard of Aptive until a salesman came to my door this past Saturday. He was very personable and knowledgeable and I signed up with him right away. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday evening. I greatly appreciate the ability to accommodate my schedule. The technician was running late from previous appointments and had to reschedule the appointment for Tuesday. I totally understand that things happen and was not bothered at all. When the tech showed up last night he was very apologetic and threw in a mosquito treatment for having to reschedule. The tech was very personable and I was comfortable with him being in my home. He explained the treatments he was doing and what each step will do and how long it will take. I was assured that if I haven't seen an improvement after 10 days they will come back under warranty to treat again. I highly recommend Aptive. Their scheduling flexibility, personality, attention to detail, and how they stand behind their services makes me very happy to use them for a long time to come.

If I had a single complaint about this program, it would be the price. I’m cheap. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Our services are roughly $50/month, billed 3 months at a time, and we asked for a 2 year contract (not required) because it would follow us after we move and cover the first year at our new place. However, I honestly love the variety of eco-friendly and pet-safe services. We are husky breeders and were able to stop buying heavy chemicals like K9 Advantix because Aptive completely removed all the fleas and ticks from our yard. WOW. That’s a big deal with litters of puppies. This month, I had to buy it only to deal with fly strike for the first time since beginning their services. We don’t have any bugs inside the house until about 2 weeks before our next service. I don’t even shop at Walmart because I believe in shopping local, but compared to the other local businesses I contacted before Aptive, this company covers more areas of our property (indoors, exterior of the house, curb to curb/fence to fence, and the attic) and kills more types of bugs than the others without using chemicals that could hurt my kids or pets. They have been extremely professional, polite (paying attention not to mark up my carpet), and great with communication. I’m glad several of my neighbors also made the switch to Aptive because I know they’re helping combat any neighborhood bug problems that might affect us or our pets too. I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t getting eaten alive outside! It feels really good knowing we can enjoy our yards again (now I just need my husband to mow)!!

The service technicians are very knowledgeable and know exactly how and where to treat both inside the home and in the yard. Great, kind people to work with and are very on the ball with communication and they will come back for free re-services. All of the ants and spiders have disappeared and they have even given me great pointers on how to keep them away, ie keeping firewood away from the home and making sure the paint isn’t chipped so wasps don’t build their nests. I have mixed feelings about the company and their business. I sometimes have fantastic service and others times it totally sucks. Seems like it all depends on which technician you get. FYI Chris is AMAZING. Still on the fence, not sure if once our year long contract is up if we will continue or go with someone else. At this point halfway through the contract I am hesitant to refer them to anyone I know.

The price got low enough for us to try the service out, but now that we read the contract they are going to charge us for 6 treatment events but the salesman said it would be once per quarter (which I interpreted as 4 times year). So I feel a bit mislead, but we will see how the results turn out.

This service has been pretty bad, the customer service when you call is hit and miss on getting someone who is helpful and I have been lied to on more than one occasion. I would not recommend getting tied up with Aptive. If the price wasn't so high I could expect this type of service but I feel I've wasted my money and will be canceling.

2 weeks after spraying i noticed ant hills all around my yard after a few days rain. Called for a respray they gave me several days and times to pick from and they just finished redoing the front and back said call back if it doesn't get any better all taken care of in 20 min easy and fast !
