Daniel Morris is the best! We had used a prior company for over a year and could not get control of the ants in our home. After one treatment Daniel had eradicated all the ants. We have never had a problem again. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Terminix.

It was a relatively easy transaction and that was due on part to the Terminix employees that were involved. The field technician was very professional yet friendly at the same time. He came out to assess the situation quickly and was on time. He discussed the situation with me and gave me the best recommendation for my situation, he also thoroughly explained why his recommendation was ideal for my situation. He then stayed in touch all the way through and followed up quickly after treatment. The Terminix technician that actually did the treatment called me the day before to confirm and go over the procedure. He called when he was an hour away and when he arrived. He explained what he was doing as he did his job and kept us thoroughly informed and asked questions so as to not interfere with anything we were doing on our property. Everything went smoothly with these two therefore of course we will definitely call them again for other properties.

They tech was reliable, the service was great. The price I felt was high for the amount of time he was here, but considering I was unable to take care of the situation myself, I had no choice. There was a slight issue with the timing of the appointment, but the tech worked with me and we resolved it together without the office. In the end I was very pleased with the outcome and the wasps are gone!

We had requested in April for a treatment and paid by telephone for a one time treatment with your sales department for service on May 1, 2021. However, no service tech came to property. When I called the service department on May, 5 and found out that the sales department cannot set appointments and the one time fee payment was cancelled because the original account/customer contract was cancelled for NON-USE and/or note written to billing department that we did not want automatic quarterly service and billing, but we will call for service when we need it. We requested service again and had to sign up for quarterly service in order to get a service tech to treat property for ants. FINALLY on June 3, we got a call from your Springfield Office for an appointment on June 4 for service between 2-4 pm. On June 4, 2021, Angel- Service tech called and said he can come earlier between 11am -12noon to complete treatment for ants at #10 Elmwood Ave. Montclair NJ. Angel was very professional by keeping in connect with us by telephone call text and finally by email when service was completed successfully.

For the 1ST TIME EVER (in about 10+ years), I felt that I was getting the service I have been paying Terminix for all these many years. I had a very good impression of Ronald & Michael Gentile, both young men in their early 20s(?) who showed up (for the Annual Termite Inspection). He was on-time, Modest but Professional, Thorough (he took his time carefully looking at exposed wood).He diligently took-off & put-back his shoe "cover" multiple times, without me prompting.He was careful in working the ladder to the attic, etc.

Very pleased with the Terminix service. The regular applications are keeping the bugs away and Terminix comes out promptly at no charge if something new comes up in between visits. They arrive within the appointment time. They and announce themselves, ask if I need inside service and begin to work outside of my home. If I need inside service it is at no additional charge. Everyone is professional and easy to work with.

Before the service was done, I received a "heads up " phone call advising me of the appointment. When the service was completed, the service man locked up the gates behind him and a follow up email was sent to me advising me of the content of the service that was provided.

Bad service, company does not communicate well. I was a big hassle to get my service on the calendar. Update: received bat services which was and still is a nightmare with this company. To tell a lie is nothing to thus company. They don't stick to there word and never takes responsibility. I always have to call terminix to arrange my service. Management is rude especially field manager Elene Hernandez. .....very rude and disrespectful!!!!! I have been leaving messages for his boss Peter Sanchez yess not call back from him either. Now trying to reach out to the branch manager Rick Bardot......I have been dealing with terminix since March cant put on heat or air since. They don't care if my family freeze or burn up with heat. Stay tune I will continue to update

I gave the company a strong rating because of the customer service agent I spoke with who did all he could to get me a next day appointment. In addition, when the technician came out, Mr. Williams, he also listened to my concerns and although insect activity was not visible, he used an arsenal of products and explained what each did before he put them down. Mr Williams also inquired about whether I had pets or allergies before using the chemicals. I guess I really liked the service because both the customer care rep and the technician were not pushy and they did not come off as "know it alls" dismissing my input.

Staff have been reliable and thorough and on-time in meeting commitments for visit.Service Technician:OQUENDO, WILSON Was prime example in setting up for appointment, follow through , and arriving to do re-inspection, including review of re-inspection results.

I called for an inspection because I saw some bugs that ended up being flying ants. The associate was known to me from a prior annual inspection, and he made every effort to provide me the information I needed to arrange a pest treatment plan to put my mind at ease. Associate Kennedy DeDe was very helpful and makes me want to recommend Terminix even more than I felt before. Thank you.

Very disappointing. This year scheduled inspection appointment, we take days off from work nobody show up. Re-scheduled 4 (!!!) times. Only on 5th time technician left message evening before and finally visit us. Termites control so far vey good for the past 5 years.
