After a scare, I called to schedule an inspection. I was quickly connected with Wilma who was so friendly and helpful. I think she could sense the stress I was experiencing and went out of her way to find someone nearby who could come to our home within a couple of hours. She made a special note that I had to leave at a certain time to pick-up my son from school - and that I had a baby in our home so the inspector would be extra conscious. William arrived very promptly after communicating twice to let me know when he was an hour away and then 15 minutes away. He was incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. He walked through each of our rooms doing a thorough inspection. He also shared a wealth of knowledge on what to look for, how to be prepared, and how to be preventative. I truly appreciate the time, honesty, and care he took. I was thankful to see that Wilma had communicated our situation with a newborn and William was incredibly courteous and considerate after seeing those notes on my case. I would recommend William and PT&PC to anyone experiencing an issue with pests. Thank you, Wilma & William!

Our previous exterminator was just doing upkeep, we had an issue and decided to get a second opinion. Jack was extremely responsive, professional communicative and informative. He did an inspection and let us know what the issue was and why, even brought issues to our attention that we didn’t know we had ! We decided to give them a try and are so happy that we did . The problem was eliminated pretty much instantly and we now use the company bi- weekly for upkeep. They are pricier than the last company but worth every dollar and they are completely worth it. I would recommend over and over. Jack is the man hands down !

This is the second time I have used this company and from the woman at the office to Jack, the exterminator, both were great. Jack was so informative, as well as the guy who came two year ago. Jack worked really hard to get into every hole and behind every possible point of entry. You might be wondering why they had to come back this year, because I had in 2020 a search and seal conducted on my unit when I just moved in and it was a huge issue. The problem was solved and was great up until I had my kitchen remodeled and the contractors just put in the custom cabinetry without covering up any holes leaving big gaps in the walls which allowed the mice to come back through those areas. I live in a condo unit so it’s really important to make sure that you stay on top of these issues, because there is no way to get rid of them, you just have to close off all entry points. I did have my handyman remove the refrigerator and dishwasher prior to him coming. My stove was easy to move because it was electric so no need to worry about a gas line. Again such a great experience!

Juan and Davu were the exterminators who treated my apt. They were very friendly , polite and respectful. I will say however if you’re contacting the office just make sure you have clear communication from the Supervisor Jack and the person who handles the customer service. This will alleviate any misunderstandings.

I had my apartment initially inspected and treated by Ty ( Tylon) last month, July 2020. He was courteous, professional, on time, and walked me through the entire process. He explained what he was doing, the type of chemical he was using, precautions that I needed to take, and recommendations on how to prevent/control roaches from entering my apartment. I wanted to eliminate the source and not just mitigate the problem, so afterwards they came in and performed a search and seal service, as well as further remediation, tackling any potential entries of the pest to the unit. My tenant found this company when they had an issue with bug bites. My tenant called two companies to do an inspection. One company did a quick walk through and reported nothing was found. According to my tenant, Pat from Professional Termite & Pest spent an hour in the apartment and found evidence of a bed bug but no infestation. He recommended that the other units be inspected since the bed bug might have come from the other units. This is the point when my tenant referred this company to me. I called Pat (on his mobile) and he spoke with me during non-business hours for 30 minutes and explained all his findings. He did not rush the call, was polite, and answered all my questions. I then had him come back and inspect the other two units and sure enough, one of the units had bed bugs. Pat spent another 30 minutes with me on the phone, explaining my options and treatment plan. I hired them to treat the issue. Their office staff, Wilma, is amazing. She responds quickly to calls and emails, is professional and courteous. They provided detailed instructions to my tenants and Wilma kept me informed with status updates during the 3 treatments. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. They have a great team!

As strange as it might sound, PTPC in Jersey City managed to make the extermination process a rather pleasant one. I'd highly recommend this company and their regular maintenance service. When you call, you'll speak to Wilma who is really personable and efficient. She arranged for our appointment by way of a 3-hour window for the exterminator's arrival. On the day of the inspection she called to let me know the exterminator was a few minutes away. Patrick arrived on schedule, and he was professional, courteous, and really thorough. He answered all of my questions and made recommendations for each unit as part of his initial inspection of our 8-unit condo building. Their fees are reasonable and, to me, it's worth every penny just for the peace of mind.

5 stars. From the initial outreach, Jack and his team were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Pierre was sent for a “Search and Seel” service and was able to pinpoint an issue that my roommate and I had endured for ~3 years. It was an issue that neither my roommate nor myself could have ever figured out how to solve ourselves, so we’re glad we shelled out for a top notch service. He was meticulous in his work, thoughtful, and he was able to walk me through every little thing he was doing in terms that I could understand. Minutes after the job was complete, Jack called to see if my roommate and I were pleased with the job Pierre performed. The entire company from the top down clearly cares about the people whom they help, and that the job is not complete until we (the customers) were satisfied. Couldn’t recommend more.

For starters, the only reason this is a 4-star review is because I haven't had their services in my house (and hopefully won't need them currently). But if I ever do, I would call them or recommend them first and foremost. So, a couple weeks ago I had a pest issue arise. Because of the COVID quarantine that was in effect, they were not able to make "in house" calls. I called Jack, who was running the lines at the time (and I could hear how busy they were), and I can't commend him enough for his advice, professionalism, honesty, and help. Over the couple days we spoke, he was accommodating enough to listen to my problem, diagnose it, view the email and pictures I sent, return calls when he said he would, talk prices, advise me on the best course of action, and more. To sum up, thank you Jack and company. You definitely have a friend in me~

We had a contractor doing work at our house for three days. On the second day, one of the crew (who had all been instructed and constantly reminded to close the basement door to the outside) let a squirrel into our basement. Great. Then the freaked out little thing found its way into our basement ceiling. Again, great. This happened after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday, because these things never happen at 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday. Animal Control was no help, saying that they don't deal with wildlife problems. (What?!) Extra great. We Googled the problem and followed every bit of reasonable guidance for getting a squirrel out of the house. Nothing. We asked the contractor to come over and help us, but he wasn't contrite, wouldn't offer any suggestions, didn't take responsibility for any of it (tried to blame ME) and was annoyed that I was annoyed with him and his crew for creating the problem in the first place. Double-plus great. I called one of the big, national pest control chains at their 800 call center. After nearly an hour on hold, "sorry, but we don't handle squirrel problems". Stating such on their website would have been really great. After trying everything imaginable until after 3:00 a.m., we gave up. By the next morning, I was tired of hearing what people couldn't do, and wanted to hear what someone COULD do. I called Professional Termite and Pest Control and spoke to Wilma. She asked a few questions, and told me she would send one of their top people, Jack. Jack arrived within the hour to assess the situation. He was clean-cut, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what usually worked to humanely trap a squirrel, their pricing, and then drew up a plan. He set a trap with a squirrel's favorite treat, and said he would be back every 24 hours to check the trap until the squirrel was caught. If not done properly, sometimes it can take weeks to trap a squirrel, and in the meantime it can die in your ceiling, wall, attic, or some other place where you don't want to have to locate the smell that draws a thousand flies. We didn't have to worry about that, though. With a little patience, trying different bait and trap locations, Jack stayed with the problem and within a few days the squirrel was caught unharmed. The little dickens would soon be released in a park a few miles away. Hooray! Skip the big companies. Hire local, hire Professional Termite and Pest Control and ask for Jack. They were really great!

I waited one month since the service so I could say with certainty it worked. My apartment building had a infestation of German Roaches (we think they were German). The landlords tried to mitigate themselves but it wasnt working...I had to live with this for months and was at the end of my mental rope. I decided to go rogue and call in Professional Termite & Pest Control. Ty came and put me at ease. He explained what he was using and how he was applying it (My biggest concern was that I have a cat and was worried about exposing her to the treatment) He asked me to keep my cat quarantined in a room away from the points he treated until it dried (a few hours later) the cat was content in the "quarantine room" until it was all cleared for me to let her out. Ty also explained I would still see some straggler roaches for a few day, and then it should come to a halt. Thats exactly what happened. Saw 3 roaches over the next 5 days and then NEVER AGAIN. Today marks 30 days, Ty was here doing the maintenance treatment and I now feel I can let my guard down and live in my roach free apartment again.
