10,000% WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I called due to an in ground yellow jackets nest that already made victims of my wife and daughter. I was answered with friendliness, and proffesionalism. They set me up with an appointment after thoroughly explaining various options. The Owner personally came out and took care of the Hornets nest and also treated for other pests. I am INSANELY impressed. I was stung a few weeks ago in my home and learned that I am severely allergic to bees/wasps. Today I noticed another wasp in our home, then a few more. Lo and behold, they were coming out of my attic. I called and the office manager, Randy (Randi?), was sympathetic to my concerns, incredibly professional and explained the processes to me. I opted to take advantage of their quarterly visit maintenance program. AMAZING prices and it was exactly what we needed. Not only was she able to get me set up immediately, she worked her magic and got the crew to come out and take care of us the same day. They were there in less than 30 minutes!!! The crew was very professional as well and performed a thorough service. Yeah, if you’re looking for quality service and customer care, this is the team you want. UPDATE: the above is still valid. they’ve been back twice for maintenance. they call the day before as a courtesy to let me know. the gentleman that services our home-i forget his name- is one of the most respectful, professional personnel i’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. i will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Moved in to my house about 2 years ago, and slowly started to notice small insects near my windows / faucets.. come to find out they were springtails.. annoying little craters but come to find out majority of homes has them, they are just so little that most people won't noticed them. I called two pest companies and they both said the same thing "Sir, we can't come out for that, as there is no guarantee".. Called Mr.Buzz he got here within a day, sprayed the entire foundation, basement and told me tips to help control the population.. Dehumidifier, and caulking cracks.. 2 months later no springtails.. He also found two hornet nests and removed them right away.. Randi and Chris are absolutely phenomenal! Will continue to use this company for years to come!!

We moved into our first home April 2021 and have been using their services ever since then. We had a few issues that popped up over the months - from ants to spiders and bees - Randi is always super friendly and fits you in immediately to get those pests gone! I cannot wait for the mosquito service to start this year as my husband was unwilling to sign up last year. Mrs.Bzzz is the best pest & termite control company in the area. I have used them twice now and I can't rave enough about their service and experience. The first time was during the pandemic when I had a yellow jacket issue, Brian came out the same day and resolved it immediately. The second time was today. I woke up yesterday and found a swarm of termites on my kitchen floor. I immediately called them and Randi answered the phone on the first try. She was so knowledgeable and she was really able to calm my nerves by explaining to me what was happening. She went over the entire process and was able to schedule me for the next day. Brian came out again and as always he was quick, efficient and very experienced. He did a full inspection, explained to me all my options and I decided to go with an annual plan. With termites, I figured it's better to be safe than sorry later on and end up having a much bigger issue to deal with. He took care of everything from A to Z and I am so pleased with the work. They've returned to my home twice (for no extra charge!) after my initial visit to continue treatments. They also suggested and put out additional treatments they could supply, again free of charge. Excellent Value! High quality service & excellent communications. Very happy. To be honest, at first, I was a little surprised at the price quote and thought I could handle the hornet nest on the second floor eve myself. However, the reality of trying to kill hornets while on a ladder 15 feet up set in and I contracted with Mrs. Bzzz. Brian showed up on time and when I saw how crazy the hornets got, I realized that Brian's protective clothing and tools were worth the price as I sat safely inside. Highly recommend as my health and safety are easily worth the cost.

We have been working with Brian and his team to deal with squirrels in our attic when we moved into our new home. I called other pest control companies but Brian was the most honest and upfront about the situation we were facing. Unlike other companies, he did not give me a quote on the phone because he wanted to assess the situation (for free!) before giving us any quote so we knew what to expect in terms of cost. Brian and his team have been punctual, honest, professional and personable since we first started working together. He always gives us an early notice on his arrival so we are ready, no last minute heads up. Him and his team are always on time and get the job done efficiently. He has also been flexible and accommodating whenever I've had other things going on. He is knowledgeable and explains everything so that you understand the process and how they will handle your situation. Each time a squirrel was caught, we alerted him and they came the same day to set more traps to ensure the problem is completely taken care of. I have enjoyed working with him and his team, and trust them to take care of our squirrel situation (and any future problem we may have)! Very fast response time, after filling out the email request form (responded back within 10-15 minutes, at 8 p.m!). Reasonable prices, I contacted a different service, before contacting Mrs.Bzzz, and the estimated cost for flea infestation removal was $1200. Mrs. Bzzz was only $200, next day service, and a 60 day warranty. During that 60 days if I ever had a problem, Bryan (the associate I spoke with) assured me I can call back and they will come back and spray again. They are a local business and I always do my best to support smaller businesses. Especially ones with great customer service!
