The owner of this business is Camilo Gil and he was absolutely wonderful. I called him on a Thursday evening, and he was able to come out to my house on Friday afternoon. He took a look around the outside of the entire house, including the yard, to figure out where the yellowjackets were coming from, and then gave us his honest opinion. He did not try to up-sell me on services that I did not need, but instead told me what we could do to stop the problem. In the end, it was all up to me on what to do, and I believe his prices are very fair. He also explained everything in terms that I was able to understand, and he was so patient. I actually found him based on these amazing Google reviews, and I am so glad I did! The photo shows three of the four traps he hung, and he also used a copper mesh/silicone combo to plug holes in the foundation in the front. I highly recommend Mr. Gil!

Did an amazing job. Has so many roaches. After first spraying it was such a big change. He came back a week later and by then there were only a few left. He carefully sprayed everywhere again. I called Camilo around 730PM and he was finishing up an inspection out in Long Island and was still able to come to my home in Queens and perform an inspection and treatment - all in the same day. He treated my home as if it were his own and took about two painstaking hours to ensure I wouldn’t have to deal with the waterbugs that were making their way in via gaps/holes that I didn’t even know existed. He is honest in his work and even recommended that I call my maintenance crew so that he wouldn’t have to charge me, but I went with him anyway. He called me the next day to follow-up. What more can I say besides... WOW!!! What a great experience. As a Real Estate Broker, and the owner of a management company it is difficult to always wait those 4 hour windows of time most companies give you. And then they do not even show up!! Camilo responded very quickly to my cry for help with a mouse problem. He moved my appliances, wedged himself under my sink, and carefully checked every area of my apartment for even tiny holes through which nice could enter...packing every one of them with steel wool. He used poison pellets behind the appliances, but all other products Camilo used are pet friendly (I was worried because I have a dog). The price for all of this diligent work was very fair! I had an infestation of mices due to an ongoing city construction replacing pipes. My wife and baby were freaked out. I didnt think there could be any holes where the mice could come in, but the exterminator found over 6 holes through the heaters, oven, cabinets. He also blocked the holes with copper, apparently, rats bleed when they chew on that. This guy is legit. He threw poison, blocked all the holes. He is definitely different from other guys, doesnt use cheap equipment. I will sleep in peace.
