Olando came to my house the same day I called. He was very personable and efficient. He performed a wildlife inspection of my attic, looking for a possible raccoon that created a hole in the roof. He didn’t find any wildlife in the attic, but provided useful suggestions to prevent future episodes if wildlife damage to the roof. The office was polite and helpful with the scheduling.

It’s hassle free to book with them and setup an appointment. The person who came in was super professional and provided a detailed explanation about causes and solutions. However at $400+ for a single visit, they sure are on the expensive side. As it has been less then a week since his visit and he told me to expect results in 2+weeks (adult roaches dead in a week and hatchlings from new/old eggs would take a week or more) I don’t know the extent of effectiveness of the treatment. I will amend my review after a couple weeks as an edit to comment on the effectiveness. Four stars are for their professionalism. Would have been five if they weren’t this expensive. The rating could change to higher or lower based on when I amend the review based on its effectiveness Edit : 5/3 - the treatment was very effective. The only roaches I have seen have been very sluggish / dead. They effectively treated the possible points of entry. So no new infestation problem. Wish my neighbors got this done so point of origin of these roaches could be treated. Would recommend using this service wholeheartedly... wish they could do something about the price.

Our Company had a bug infestation at one of our offices. Having called 3 other businesses I came upon Parkway Pest Services. From the moment I spoke with Shoshana I knew this was the Company to use. The service was absolutely excellent ! From A through Z their individual performances were of an extremely high quality. The prices are very reasonable compared to the other quotes I had received. Pat who went to the office for the consultation was, according to my colleague very personable, friendly and professional. The actual treatment was performed by Chris K who I am told was also of the same caliber as Pat. Although I only mentioned Shoshana (office personnel) in this review, I want to add that I also spoke with a few of the other Ladies in the office and every time the service was of a very high standard. Thank you to all of you involved in making our little, unwanted critters experience be resolved ! We are about to hire them again for our main building as we know that we cannot go wrong with this Company. I would most definitely recommend/refer Parkway Pest Services to anyone and everyone who needs a pest control treatment. Sean C. always gives me advanced notice to his visits which allows me to budget my time properly. When he puts down bait or set traps, he always explains the reasoning behind his applications. What a friendly place with great honest people who know their business and aren’t out to swindle you! I came in the store yesterday because I was freaking out about some white spots that were on my clothes. I thought they were due to some kind of pest in my closet. I picked Parkway because it was close to my house. I had never used them before. I walked in with my tops with the white marks on them. There were also tiny holes in it. Stephanie at the front desk greeted me with a smile and Jimmy came out and called me in his office. I showed him the tops and he said the white stuff were not related to any pests (what a relief) but the holes probably were. He wanted to make extra sure and he went into the office of the “expert” (I don’t know his name) who also assured him the white substance was not pest related. Anyway, Jimmy said that the only way to see what’s causing the holes would be to set up traps in my closet so they can identify the pests and then treat it. I’m thinking of doing that . I still don’t know what the white stuff is, but I’ll figure that out. Anyway, I just want to thank Parkway Pest Service for taking the time to talk to me and putting my mind at ease. Jimmy was friendly and very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me in making an appointment to have someone come over. Oh, and also when I asked him what the charge was he said “nothing.” How many businesses do you walk into that give you free advise with a smile?’ Hopefully, I won’t be needing exterminators, but if I do, I will feel very confident choosing them! They are really true professionals! Thanks again!

The technician who came to my house is Mr. Herman Velez. The fact that he arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time was an indication of his work ethics and his professionalism. He was also courteous enough to ask permission to park in the driveway. They came 2 weeks in a row , due to a neighbor with bedbug infestation, so my apartment management hired them to come and check my apartment that’s adjacent to theirs. We use Parkway for our home. They come every quarter for the regular pests. When we had a raccoon in the attic we didn't know who to call. Then we found out that Parkway has a animal removal team as well. They came out on a Saturday and then again on a Sunday. The technician was able to catch the raccoon and remove it. They found the hole on the outside where it got in and sealed it up. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Thank you

We came home from out East and found three tiny black bugs near my dog... I flipped out!!! I placed the bugs in a ziploc bag and called Parkway. Owner/Entomologist Peter Scala kindly allowed us to drop the bugs off at his house. He immediately confirmed they were ticks. Al was at my house the next morning to fumigate and spray and reassured me that our home would be in the clear afterwards. He even helped me clean up my kids toys that were all over the floor prior to spraying. Peter, Jimmy and Al were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.
