Very professional and knowledgeable. Adam was the field inspector. I was afraid we had termites but he told us what we had seen were aphids. We went ahead with the termite control system for peace of mind and due to his honesty.

The job is not complete, the technician got rained out. He was able to trench around the house and drill hole on porch and driveway.

Call the office last in the evening. The office had someone the next day and he came early than the appointment time. Told us not to worry about anything. He will take care of everything. We now have a peace of mind.

Starting a termite contract unfortunately isn't cheap. They explained different options and what they thought would be the best. I verified their best option and they were correct. The business rep and the exterminators where extremely professional and courteous.

The guy that had come out had given me a courtesy call before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual and professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
