My entire experience with Redd was simply a great experience from beginning to end. I started by doing my own research when I discovered Redd to begin with and I just HOPED that things would go as well as "the reviews noted".... and they did. From my meeting with Bobby who came to look over my situation and give me an estimate.. our conversation was not only pleasurable but very informative. Bottom line I felt good about taking the next step and hiring them. And then Lee came to do the actual work... just a great guy who obviously knew his field... I ask numerous questions about what he was actually doing and how things would work over time... he took the time to explain and make sure I was comfortable with the process. Literally every person from the person who took my first call, the individual who called to set the appointment... Bobby for the estimate and Lee for the install...First class all the way. We put it off because we thought it would cost more than we'd want to spend and wouldn't be satisfied with the services. Redd Pest Solutions and their amazing employee Alex Tomson showed us that a pest problem doesn't need to be more of a problem when you have the right approach. We ordered two treatments that included spraying our yard and the price was the best deal for folks who had similar offers. Alex Tomson carried out both sprays and was communicative by sending a text estimating arrival time, timely by arriving just before the actual appointment, and informative by engaging us in conversations about the work he was performing and additional recommendations we could perform on our own as a follow-up to the treatments. After the second spray, we caulked up all the tiny cracks in our kitchen as we can finally use it again without having to think about killing roaches left and right. I was with a major termite company and called them when I had seen some drywood termite droppings. The Tech could not identify and said they had to send off to the lab for testing. He suggested carpenter ants to fungus etc. I lost all confidence in this major termite company. I called my friend Wes with Redd Pest and he put me in touch with Mr. Bobby. Mr. Bobby did not need to send to the lab and identified the droppings and identified with complete confidence as Dry wood termites as I suspected. Lab results came back 14 days later and shocker it confirmed drywood termites. Do to Wes & Mr. Bobby I am now with Redd Pest and have complete confidence in these two individuals.

He quickly wanted to rectify the situation and came over that afternoon to discuss and address my concerns. All four gentlemen that came out from Mr Bobby on initial inspection of my problem to the three which showed up for the extermination process very professional. They all were very responsive to my questions and concerns answering to easy my worries. Evening was hot and the attic was bad. However I asked could they look in attic over my porch without hesitation the lead supervisor followed me up. That meant a lot to me showing general concern for my worry. Both supervisor who was training young gentleman and Lee our area lead technician went over everything and routine coming back few weeks check bait traps. Very pleased with service I have received so far to include two ladies who helped me on phone.

I can not brag enough on my Redd pest technician. Every place I’ve ever called said they couldn’t help us with roaches in our yard. I’ve used Terminex and Starks with no results what so ever. Matter of fact, Starks took us off their schedule twice then blamed us for canceling and put us on a cash only out of contract service punishing us for their mistakes. Refusing to take ownership of it. Why would I pay someone to treat me bad and still not have the results I’m looking for. The best decision I ever made was calling Redd pest. The price was way better and the tech is awesome. The results are outstanding! We had Asian roaches outside so bad I’d be doing battle with them every night attempting to keep them out of our vehicles. They’d be crawling all over our vehicles at night. They’d make themselves at home under my bed mat of my truck. Inside our air vents,etc. my new bride threatened to leave over this situation. Well to our Blessing we got Steven as our tech. That guy knocks them pretty much completely out on first visit. We’ve only seen a couple since he’s began spraying and not once have we had to call him out for any extra treatments. He was in our attic, each room of the house. He baited our fence rows(we are surrounded by woods and fields) he pretty much pressure washed the exterior of our house with their insect killer not to mention sprays our yard down as well. Not only has he been a great tech professionally he’s also been easy to work with, friendly and compassionate. My bride got sick at work in ocean springs. 40 minutes from home. I needed to get to her ASAP. I texted Steven, he stopped his route and came right over without hesitation. Thanks to him my bride was treated for sepsis early enough that it saved her from long term intense treatments. I’m a born again Christian and I’ll Pray for anyone, any time, anywhere. Most people are afraid of loosing their jobs over Expressing their beliefs. Not Steven! He always offers to Pray for us! As I do him. Praise GoD! Thanks Redd Pest!! Thanks Steven!!
