I checked online reviews for pest extermination and termite contract and received a list of changes from my realtor. I talked to Elissa at Pied Piper who clearly explained their termite contract and pest contract. She sent a no cost exterminator to review property inside and out, had a copy of termite contract, and answered all my questions. He [Jimmy] at my request, told me how I could remove vegetation and mulch and where it needed to be done to reduce chance of termites. He was prompt and efficient. Cameron came for a one time cockroach extermination inside and out. He called the evening before to see if my appointment could be later so he would not be back tracking-reasonable and efficient query-which I was happy to agree to. He called to let me know he was efficient and answered my question about timing of weedkiller. All were very courteous and never rushed questions. Jimmy accommodated my slow eradication of vegetation in planting bait stations so that protection could start now with plan to plant last stations when weeding was finished. Jimmy could offer personal experience about digging up canvas and where to find steel tanks and weed killer temporarily not available in nola. Both Cameron and Jimmy took my checks for spent which is another efficient step. In comparing prices I left vm for Jeff Armstrong's exterminating since he sold his business 19 years ago to a family he had know for 30 years- the owners of Pied Piper. He had high praise. I am just getting started with Pied Piper but certain that I am going to recommend them toy son and his girl friend.

I lived in my house for 23 years, never had a termite problem. Well, this past termite season the master bedroom was swarming with termites. We were freaking out! I called pied Piper pest control they immediately came out, got under my house, found the tracks, treated the termites, now once a month they come back and check the baits and replace whatever needs to be replaced. Gus (our technician)is so friendly, so knowledgeable, we absolutely love him......they were also the BEST price.

I really appreciated Pied Piper for doing a great job with their termite service. They installed Sentricon system around my house last year (better quote than others). The technician Gustav is great. He is professional, on time and friendly. I even went into crawlspace to see how the termite colony being taken cared of last year. Gustav came back to do the annual inspection, and everything was checked out good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pied Piper Is absolutely the best termite contract in the New Orleans area. I used them for years in Terrytown and they were wonderful. When I moved to Algiers, the house we bought came with a contract from a different company (The company's whose name starts with an "O."), so instead of starting a whoooole new contract, we decided to go ahead and pay the renewal on our new home's existing contract. Big mistake. I won't get into all the reasons why. Just know that: 1. the "O" company dropped the ball and the house was largely UNprotected for years 2. "O" needed us to pay almost $3k for their error 3. that almost $3k pays for very little of value and YOU have the burden to stay on them over the years to get them to fulfill that contract. After I said "no thanks" and phoned Pied Piper, they came out same-day and started us on a brand-new contract for a FRACTION of the cost "O" quoted us to continue their existing contract. Mr. Jimmy Ricks got us all inspected and estimated within an hour of calling and literally came out the next day to do the job. The whole time Jimmy was at my home, it was clear that he loves his job, he's passionate and educated about termites and he LOVES talking about them. It was wonderful. Having him here was more like dealing with a trusted neighbor than a company man. I will always use these guys (PP) from now on. I don't trust anyone else.

In a city overrun with cockroaches, Pied Piper has saved my sanity. Since I started having them do quarterly treatments at my home 8 years ago, I've only seen a handful, all of which were already dead. From my first call to them in 2012 to the service visit I got yesterday, they have been professional, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and most importantly... EFFECTIVE. Their pricing is very reasonable, too. When I bought a bar here in 2018, one of the first things I did was book Pied Piper for quarterly treatments there as well, with similarly excellent results.

I've been using Pied Piper for over 4 years. I am the biggest ninny when it comes to roaches and living uptown around all these big oaks, the roaches are everywhere! Pied Piper has been amazing helping rid my house and porch of them. Any time I have an issue, they come out immediately to address and diagnose what may be going on. In fact, on one particular visit, my technician was trying to diagnose why I was seeing some of the bigger ones, and suggested I may have a leak drawing them in. Sure enough, we uncovered a leak in our window! I also appreciate that they reach out every quarter to schedule a visit and I can also text the technician directly to request a specific time or make last minute adjustments. I've also texted him in between visits if an uninvited guest arrives and they'll come out free of charge. I've had the same technician since the beginning (Justin), so it's great to see a familiar face every quarter. I can't say enough good things about this company. In fact, I recently moved and hired them again for my new house. Also, for pet owners out there, I have dogs and cats and have had zero issues with the chemicals they use.

Jimmy arrived promptly to discuss annual termite protection. Although another termite company had just inspected my new home during escrow, he still went under my home and reinspected. He offered me the Sentricon termite system and I signed up. Jimmy will be the one who installs and maintains the system, as well. I like the fact that I'll have one person maintatining the system. I called Pied Piper in to help control a horrible rat problem at our large horse barn. Billy came out, did a thorough site investigation and set out a plan to help us eliminate as many of the rats as we possibly could. After a month of the bait stations being in place, we could see a big difference. Our monthly inspection showed that the rats were feasting from the bait in the stations and taking it back to the nests, too. Billy reloaded the stations with bait and told me to be sure and call if had any problems. Friendly, courteous, totally professional in every way. I’m grateful that I found this company and highly recommend them.
