Pelican pest control is an amazing company. I have been a customer for a little of a year now. I called once on a Sunday and although they are closed, Brett answered the phone and had Courtney to my house the next day. Courtney is amazing. She is always on time, thorough, and very friendly. I feel so comfortable with her (and the whole company) that I let her spray inside my house even when I am not home. Hands down, the BEST exterminator in Louisiana!

I called to get some information on a drain fly problem and was offered a free inspection to see if the problem was manageable. Two technicians showed up right on time and began inspection. They came to the conclusion that it was a plumbing problem and until that was corrected treating the problem would just be a very temporary fix and they didn't want to just take my money if the problem couldn’t be corrected. I was very thankful for their honesty and their professionalism. I will definitely be recommending them to others as well as using them in the future.

I had a AAA+ experience with Pelican Pest Control. Brett the owner came to my house to do a termite inspection and I was very impressed with the great job that he did. He did an excellent job inspecting my attics and property, walked every room in my house, looked at the windows, ceilings, and took the time to answer all of my questions and was sensitive to my concerns. This owner really cares about delivering quality and professional service. I have dealt with several pest companies and this team really stands out. I’m a tough customer because I am usually super informed and I expect excellence. This was excellent service.

I am a huge fan of Pelican and highly recommend their service to anyone here in Louisiana and anywhere else they operate! Brett, the owner, has even come to my house a few times to treat it. I have termite bait stations which were affordable and they treat the house for rodents and cockroaches. I just called the company again on Friday regarding hornets and Brett will be coming out personally. Since I live out in the country, this is a necessity. Superb service and rates. You must hire this company for all your pest issues. Easy to navigate website; friendly staff.

Our technician, Anne, did one of the most thorough spraying jobs our home has ever had. She also placed ant traps in prime locations. She explained everything she was doing and was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this company. We will be using them for our future pest control needs!

I don’t live in the same city as my mother but I was looking for a Exterminating company that would be knowledgeable about their services and patient enough to explain everything to my mother upon arrival. To make a long story short my mother was so pleased with Fred. He answered all her questions and thoroughly treated inside and outside. If anyone is hesitant with this company, I hope this helps because I would definitely recommend this company.

Being in the website design and digital marketing world myself, when I found Pelican Pest, I googled them and then I read their reviews. I am impressed at their professionalism and thoroughness most of all. The guy who services my house did a detail job on the interior AS WELL AS the exterior. I am on a quarterly contract and only pay $99 for roach/rodent service. VERY FAIR PRICE for the quality of service received. I am also impressed with the technology they use to make this as seamless as well as contact-less as possible. As a new homeowner, I can't rave enough about these guys. Being in Louisiana, every homeowner knows that cockroaches show no mercy and being out in the country, I expected mice. What I didn't expect on my new home purchase, were other things, like, oh.....termites - sign of them perhaps being on my property. I called Pelican after-hours and received a call back from the Owner himself!! We then texted, back and forth, about my concerns. He addressed them all and because I am on a budget, worked with me on a fair price. My new home has been.....well, it's like Pandora's Box over here. A gorgeous but ever-so-expensive growing list of necessary repairs. The Owner has been wonderful and they make me feel that not only do they care about my business as a customer, but my home overall. I don't worry about cockroaches, rodents and now termites. I know without a doubt that Pelican Pest has the house covered. I HIGHLY recommend them to every homeowner and heck, every renter that lives in Louisiana!

Brett came to our house and asked detailed questions about the problems we were having. After that he did the most thorough service I e seen. He treated the inside of the house, the attic, the garage, and the outside perimeter. He also got rid of all the spider webs in the garage and all the wasps nests. We were so impressed and their company is less expensive than Arrow. We also had choices of how often we could have him come and re-treat. I highly recommend Pelican Pest Control!

I was beginning to think good customer service was, for a lack of better words, "dead". But to my surprise Matt and Brett proved that it is still alive and kicking!! They are polite, professional and very considerate. They addressed the issues at hand (which means they actually listened to my concerns), explained exactly what they were going to do and gave me great advice on what I can do to extend the life of my service. They work around my schedule ( not theirs) and were on time!! Most importantly, their product works and we are bug free!!!

The guy kept insisting there were no wasps that he could find. I sent him back several times to look in other bushes near the one my mower told me about. I finally started looking in the bushes myself and got stung right away 7 different stings. He did find the nest pretty quickly after that and said he killed them all. I certainly hope so. I'm not going back to hunt in those bushes again for fear of stings. I also hope my mower doesn't get stung again. He's out of town for a week. I'll let you know if there are any other instances.
