I recommend JA-ROY to every homeowner. Whether it’s a quarterly spray to prevent bugs, spiders, roaches and more or a full termite inspection/treatment, you will be impressed. The technicians are professional, thorough and well educated on what they are doing. They make sure to answer any questions or address concerns so that you are well Informed also. They are never in a rush…you are their priority. Any time you call the office you are greeted with a kind, helpful voice. You never feel like you are a burden and they make sure you are completely happy when you hang up. No, I do not work for them lol I am in sales management and my industry is high end jewelry and watches….so I know what good customer service entails. I am beyond impressed with this company and my results. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been using JA ROY for at least 15 years and I have ZERO complaints, their prices are reasonable, actually the they’re the cheapest I’ve been able to find, their customer service is top of the line, the people they’ve sent throughout the years to our home are reliable, respectful and they must do a GREAT job because I’ve never once had any issues that shows otherwise. I had an issue with reaching the office but after talking to Mr.Kc(who was very helpful and knowledgeable)in line at the grocery store, he explained the new phone system kept crashing and was being worked on for the past week. He had the office call me from a cell phone the following morning. Since then everything has been done when and how it was told to me. I'm very happy with them and will be recommending them.

Bubba came out to do our inspection. He arrived on time, was very polite, thorough, explained the 2 different options we could choose from for termite prevention. He didn’t push us to choose the higher priced Centricon, but by his thorough explanations of how it works & the contract pricing as opposed to using the liquid & how that contract pricing works, we knew we would be saving money in the long run with the Centricon & have heard positive reviews about it. I called immediately & made an appointment for the installation process. When Peter arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time to install the Centricon devices, I was thrilled because it’s usually the other way around. He made sure to introduce himself & thoroughly explain to me what he was going to do & how long it would take. He was finished in no time at all. He was also very pleasant & knowledgeable & come to find out, we went to school together at Madisonville JR High! I chose Jay Roy because of their long history in our parish, because I personally know Tim, & my neighbors(Harry & Rose Buerger) also referred us. Please tell Tim I said hello! I highly recommend JA-ROY pest control for everyone. When we moved into our new home we were immediately faced with fire ants in our house! I called several pest control companies, but none of them could come out immediately. When I called JA-ROY, they said they were booked too...but, then the general manager himself came out that very day to treat our home. We haven't had a single ant since. They always treat on-time, are always professional and courteous, and always ALWAYS call the day before they come to give you a heads-up (love that!). Their pricing is incredibly reasonable and well-worth the excellent service. Seriously, if you need bug control...CALL THIS COMPANY! You will not be disappointed.

I called and made an appointment to get a cost estimate from JaRoy as I am tired of Terminex taking my money for years and not completing services fully and falsifying reports of inspections resulting in our deck being destroyed by termites and claiming they were not responsible despite a 20 plus years contract. JaRoy offered me the bait system and protection contract for several hundred dollars less than other pest service companies. JaRoy technician came out as scheduled, explained what and where he was going to set the bait stations. Very thorough explanation and friendly service by all JaRoy representatives. And my monthly charge is going to $150 less than the price Terminex and other companies wanted to charge me

No termites so I suppose that’s a plus. I’ve had poor experience over the phone. I’ve been given false information about my contract renewal that later had to be explained to alleviate my confusion. My payment was once lost and the office offered no apology, made it seem like it was my fault that they lost my check. I pay online now so I guess that solves that. I cannot say JA-ROY would be my choice, they were contracted by my contractor, but like I said I don’t have termites so maybe I’m just being difficult.
