Make sure you look at the contract before recruiting their services, so you know what you're signing up for. When I signed up with them to spray my house for roaches, I never saw or signed a recurring contract and received an $85 a few months later. Employees were wonderful and communicative about everything (after the fact), but still lovely to interact with and completely understanding. Even when I started to dispute the charges, the whole affair was easy and pleasant all around.

They have provided professional termite treatment to eliminate the termites they found in the initial inspection. I maintained my contract with them to insure the peace of mind for a termite-free home. I recently upgraded to the termite traps for maximum protection. I am always notified in advance of a J & J visit, and if the time is inconvenient for me, I call and they cheerfully reschedule at my convenience. "Bugs" are a way of life in South Louisiana, but they manage to keep them to a minimum usually NONE, but in the spring when they are the most plentiful, J & J is happy to make a return visit before the scheduled trip to provide a second treatment. I also have a termite contract, and when I had my flower beds rebuilt, I notified them that the termite stations had to be taken up. They came when they said they would to re-set them, within a day or so after I let them know my bed-building was complete. I can imagine better service anywhere else!

I have had to utilize their Termite killing practices in one instance that can recall. That performance - and all other services provided by J&J were quite effective. J&J is my current provider of Termite Protection and I have NO reason to consider changing services.

Before we hired J&J, we had spiders in our new house on a regular basis. After they started service, the spiders are gone. Justin does the best job! He takes pride in his work, which is kind of rare these days. He doesn't just spray for bugs; all spider webs/wasp nests, etc around entire house and in garage are brushed away and yard around house is treated for ants each time he visits. Highly recommend!

Had an exterior and interior flea problem even though I have no pets. The initial spray treatment made a huge difference but didn't get 100% of the problem. They did come back and re spray. So far even with all the rain, we seem to be flea free.

Good service as far as pest control goes, but spam emails afterwards to get ratings. They send a trick email asking for just one thing, but then you are asked to give more information. This is direct spam and a trick upon their customers. DO NOT give them your email address if you do business with them.
