We received a visit today from Casey. Casey is extremely thorough and made sure we understood what he inspected at our property. Casey went above and beyond by walking me around to make sure I saw and understood what he was telling me. I’m not sure if management looks at these reviews or not, but please know that Casey has a passion for what he does. Casey worked with a spirit of excellence. I have never had an inspector come out and inform me on the level I received today. THANK YOU CASEY! I was amazed at your standards and expectations that you placed on yourself. You were top tier! Casey completed my home termite inspection on the day before Thanksgiving and we were his last appointment. Given the circumstances, most people would have rushed through the inspection, but our experience was the opposite. Through many years of home ownership and termite inspections, I've never had a more thorough inspection or knowledgeable inspector. By far the best experience I've had. This individual is an asset to J&J. Overall great experience.

Paul came to inspect our home, since we thought we had spotted some termites. He did a thorough job inspecting the house inside and out and was able to determine we don't have termites (Yay!). My husband wasn't home, and rather than having to relay everything he was telling me, he was happy to call my husband directly right then and explain the inspection, what he found, and their extermination options for pests and termites! So much better than trying to relay all the info from my memory later.

We got off to a rocky start and I initially posted a negative review. Company was offered a mulligan and they made everything right the second go round. I appreciate the hard work, the quick response time and the professionalism of the team. Obviously, a miscommunication at first but I'm pleased and happy with the work. I strive to be fair and wanted to provide an accurate review based on my entire experience and felt compelled to give a score that's well deserved, nothing less than 5-Stars. Keep up the good work and I can highly recommend the business. Special thanks to Vernon, Brandon, Mark, Bryan and Adam. They really help the homeowner with their specific problem and were very knowledgeable and take their jobs very seriously. We discussed both offensive and defensive strategies as if we were planning for battle, lol. I'm convinced that bugs, nuisance pests or even zombies don't stand a chance. We have been customers of J&J for at least 10 years. Their technicians have all been very professional yet also the friendliest. They really go above and beyond when servicing our home. We had a terrible ant problem when we originally started with them. That problem was eliminated as well as all other bugs!

"UPDATE: I must say once their head office was made aware of the situation and what took place, they apologized sincerely and also took care of the bill/account mentioned below. I received my letter from the creditor stating the bill was withdrawn and they are removing it from my credit history as well. Thanks!" The Exterminator came for the initial job and was only at the house for less than 10 minutes. This is not enough time to spray, set traps, and do everything inside and outside our home. The lady didn't listen to my Wife either when told what room to spray and stay out of. When the lady left we saw no difference in the pest control for the next month. After being asked not to come back, they didn't, yet still stuck me with the contract bill. They expect me to pay for services I not only didn't receive, but no longer wanted. Now my account is in collections for $255!

The 1st company I've used that will adjust their chemicals so it doesn't affect my asthma. Also, my tech, Ryan, was really knowledgeable. I live in the country & there are sugarcane fields next door. He was honest & forthcoming about how I could eliminate future problems of mice & rats. If there isn't a chemical or trap to get rid of a problem, they will tell you, instead of trying to sell you something, wasting your money & their time, like moving your garbage can, etc. Also, Ryan followed the trail of those aggravating little "piss ants" to where he thought their nests were. Well, he did what no one has been able to do. He got rid of them!! It's been over a week & no more "ants" on the window ledges or through the door threshold. Thanks, Erin P., for suggesting I try the company you work for. I am a very satisfied customer!!

FEBRUARY 2019 After fighting rats and mice all over the house and in the attic with “do it yourself” products and methods, and achieving no success, my wife and I decided to call upon the experts at J & J exterminating - I was impressed with what others had written about their service on the internet and decided to give them a call and was delighted to have their inspector Jeff show up at my house the same day as my call - I had to be out of town that day but Jeff put my wife’s mind at ease with his knowledge and expertise related to our rat problem - however, neither Jeff nor my wife could have imagined what awaited them when they opened the cabinet door under the sink in the kitchen and encountered a four foot long rat snake - It took an hour or more to corral the four foot long rat assassin but Jeff finally wrestled it from its hiding place and dispatched it without fanfare; my wife standing almost on top of the kitchen table the whole time - My wife and I are both extremely grateful that Jeff was able to offer a solution for our rat problem and also solve a problem that we were not aware of, a snake in the walls of our home - Jeff’s persistence and patience in dealing with this problem is much appreciated and we are looking forward to a continuous working relationship with Jeff and the fine folks at J & J exterminating - Sincerely, Rodney - Baker, Louisiana
