Rodney is wonderful! His inspection was so thorough! These old NOLA homes have had a century of old termite damage and Winchester-esque additions, but Rodney did not let that stop him from shimmying into 3 attic spaces like a gymnast and the ridiculously short crawl space that personally terrifies me. He inspected every interior space despite the fact that we are in the midst of major renovations. Professional and extremely thorough, plus… icing on the cake: he warned me that he saw a water leak under my house! Thank you Rodney and thank you, Dial One, for killing all of our termites and protecting our home!

We recently purchased a new house that needed new termite treatment and service. Dial One did a great job. Their crew was easy and friendly to work with and the owner, Marcus Azzarello, even came out to inspect the project to make sure I was happy with the service. Having a slab house, we needed the perimeter of the exterior to be trenched for treatment and some of the patio and cement foundation drilled for treatment. In addition, they had to cut into our bathroom wall for an interior access to treat under the tube and plumbing. Their work was clean and professional. I am happy to be under contract with Dial One, knowing I will be termite free!

I just got off the phone with Kim and what a big help. She explained to me the ongoing contract (actually more than one!) with Dial One Franklynn Pest control and and the renewal process. They make it so easy! I have been working with them since I bought my first home over 35 years ago and the service keeps getting better all the time. The techs are continuing to be taught the best and newest techniques for monthly treatment for the common pest found in our area or termite control. The best Pest Control company around!

Dial One has been my termite company for several years, and we haven't seen any termites in our structure in that time. Kim is always very friendly and professional on the phone. Whether taking payment or scheduling a visit, Kim is terrific. The crews they send out to inspect seem thorough, and sometimes I send pictures of random bugs I find, and they let me know those bugs aren't destructive. Today the regular inspector Eric came with a partner inspector Cat, and they both shared their knowledge and gave me some termite prevention tips, even though once again they found no sign of them. From Kim at home station to their crews on my property, and the fact that we still haven't seen termite damage, it feels like a good operation.

We use Franklynn Pest Control to service eleven rental units in uptown New Orleans. Their technician, David, has worked with us for at least 5 years. We get great service - quarterly calls or texts to remind me to schedule service appointments, punctual and thorough. David has done return calls twice when a mouse showed up. He even once spotted a backyard tree that had been seriously damaged by beetles. Turned out we needed to take down the tree before it came down on its own, where it could have hit a person or our house.

James explained the process, up keep and answered all of my questions. The tech was professional and quick with treating my house and making sure the inside was finished so I could get to work on time. We’ve been a customer of Dial One Franklynn Pest Control since 2002. We had Formosan termites in our home which was overlooked by our previous contractor. James Clement and Frank Azzarello came to our house, inspected every square inch of it, and treated it accordingly. We have not had termites since then. I would recommend James and his crew for any pest control problem. They’re very professional and provide great customer service!!

Marcus and a helper came out to our house and took their time in explaining what attracted the bees and what the bees were doing, while creating their hive. They also explained and what activities would take place one the bees were removed. The whole experience was positive and educational. They were great.

Parking is unclear 3 sides and gate behind. One side major tow away zone unclear for what company as there is 3 in the one building. Second side for bigwigs/owners you can get away with parking there if you're car is nice don't do it if you have a hooptie. Gate side in the back will probably be full that's the best option if you can find a spot no guarantees. Other than that I had a wonderful interaction with this company nice people
