When we were in the process of purchasing our new home all I cared about was the termite inspection coming back good due to a nightmare in our home prior to our current one. Our new home passed inspection so to it was definitely a suprise a few months after moving into our new home that we discovered termites. I went straight to my loan company to find out who did my inspection and that's how I found BugPro. They came out and made things right treated the area and then treated my whole home and yard on them. They never tried to wiggle their way out of it like other companies. I've been a customer with them for a few years now and they have went above and beyond with scheduling and finances. Every tech that has came out has been kind and respectful. Their products are also great and they have no problem coming back out if you feel as though you need more product put out. BugPro puts my mind at ease and my home free of pest!

Tried to deal with Paper Wasps on my own for two weeks with no luck. Gave Bugpro a call to get professional to deal with it. The office was kind and fast to set me up appointment. They showed up on time and gave me a call before hand of their arrival. The technician was informative, knew exactly what do and had everything on hand for the situation. He took care of my wasp fast and protected my house to help future problems as well. Will definitely use them again for future problems, but doubt I will need too on how thorough the technician was.

You won't find better fast, quality work from anyone on the coast than from Joel Lee and his team. They are extremely responsive, very professional, and work quickly- which is a huge consideration for me and my family. 10/10 would use their services again

If you have pests, Bug Pro is the place to call. I use them regularly to keep the bugs away, they are very thorough. Staff is very friendly and appreciate that the chemicals they use aren't harmful to my children or pets.

I had some issues at our Rental house with pest and BugPro came and took care of everything in a very timely manner. However, the main thing I want to write about is the honesty of this company. We own a VRBO rental home in the Bay. In June a guest had been there and lost their wallet. They never contacted me to let me know something had been lost. They assumed it was left in a restaurant. Last week while doing the routine spraying, Corey (last name unknown) found the wallet deep in one of the pieces of furniture. In the wallet was a drivers license, social security card, and $600.00!!!! Corey called me and told me what all he had done and that he had found the wallet with the money in it. I heard $6.00 during the phone call. I contacted the owner and told them the wallet had been found with $6.00 in it. At that point I was told it was $600. I felt sick! I found a relative to go and get the wallet and mail it to the family. Tonight I get a text from the family saying they had received the wallet with the $600 in it! Boy was I surprised and thankful Corey, Kudos to you for being a man of integrity and honesty. There is not many man like you anymore. BugPro I'm glad I called on you for my services. It had been several years since I had a termite inspection on my home so my wife and I called BugPro. They were able to come out the very next day. The man who did the inspection was very friendly, knowledgeable and conducted a very thorough inspection of our house both inside and out. I was very impressed with just how personable the technician was. I am now using BugPro as my regular pest control service provider. I don't write reviews often so take my word for it, they're a great company to conduct business with. Two thumbs up!
