EDIT: Manager called me and said this was a mistake of communication which they are working on. Apologized, and I had a tech out in 3 days to get my interior sprayed. The tech that came out was super professional and a great guy. MUCH happier and will sit tight with Waynes if this experience is the norm. Super happy. OLD: Previous homeshield customer of almost 10 years. Waynes bought them out. Previously well run local business/franchise has been replaced by a company that refuses to come into the home to spray, constantly tries to upsell you on services, and has terrible communication around scheduling. Waynes wants to charge you and get out of performing the service. We had no bug issues with homeshield, now with waynes, we have tons of problems. They refuse to spray inside the home because of "covid".. folks we aren't wearing masks on the plane anymore you can come in my home and spray! Probably leaving once I find another company like homeshield in the area.

Let me start off by saying, this pest control service is absolutely amazing. I have been using their services for over 10 years and it never disappoints. My technician Kyle is very courteous and kind. Secondly, as soon as he walks in the door he gets to work and is very thorough. This technician is top notch and has a great personality to work with. He is able to listen to anyone and figure out exactly what the customer wants or make recommendations. Overall, this is a business I would recommend to any of my friends or family. This business is ran really well and the management seems to have a good grasp on customer service and that's what I believe they base your whole experience on. I've been with PEST for several years and grateful to work with a company that I can trust - they know what they are doing and have their customers' interests at heart. Jerry was here today - he's a professional; knows the industry beyond just doing the tasks, communicated about the appointment (let me know he'd be early), and explained what he was doing and why. He mentioned some of the other services they offer, but not at all in a pushy way - it was like consulting and it helped me to know the options if I ever have the need. He fits the culture that I've come to love with PEST - they really care that their customers are taken care of.

He explained the different forms of treatment he would be doing that day. He was very thorough in applying the treatment (I had furniture and objects pulled away from all the walls to get the treatment everywhere). My technician is always prompt and comes within minutes of when he says he will be there, but is usually right on time. When I have had issues with insects or rodents in between treatments, I have always been worked in earlier than I would have expected. I really have appreciated this when it is urgent care. Office staff are friendly and courteous on the phone. The current owners bought the company that I had been using previously due to the owner retiring. Very smooth transition and same quality of care. I highly recommend Pest Inc. Have used the services since 2006.

I have had an excellent experience with Pest Inc. Eddie came out to deal with a mouse issue and was very thorough and professional. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and made sure I understood all of my options. Bobbie came out for a termite inspection and gave me detailed information. There was evidence of prior damage, but no active termites. Once again, I appreciate the friendly service and that he did not try to sell me something don't need. He is also going to replace my crawlspace door to prevent further issues with mice. Overall, really this is a very professional company that is very easy to work with. I like their online payment options and how easy it was to schedule appointments. Both service appointments were on time, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

We’ve had Pest Inc for 4 years. They did the pretreatment for termites on our foundation prior to building our log home (in a woods). Since then we’ve had a yearly termite inspection with no signs of termites. We also contracted with Pest Control for the every other month outside and twice yearly inside pest treatment with great results. Economically a great margin! Matt from Pest Inc performs our treatments and has always gone above and beyond to provide great service and expert advise. Today, we asked for a home visit and estimate for the Sentricon Termite System. Jeff from Pest Inc provided a detailed explanation of termite behavior and the Sentricon System. Jeff was professional, very respectful of our home and privacy while we toured our property and home. Jeff provided the facts, a great price and no pressure to purchase. We plan to start this termite system to protect our home because we trust Pest Inc and have experienced the quality of their work and attention to detail.

Contacted these folks after seeing a few flying insects that looked to much like a termite to ignore. An appointment was set up for between 2:30 and 3:00. I was well pleased when the inspector, Bobby, showed up right on time (other services need to take notes on this. Yes, you cable services!!). Bobby was pleasant and professional and, after a thorough check, happy to report no termite terrors. No pressure sales, just a friendly estimate of services they could provide if we decided to go that route. Oh, and there's no charge for the initial inspection!! These folks are great and I would definitely use them if we found the need. Give them a call!

We have never had to use pest control before, because we could usually do it ourselves. After not having a winter this year the pests were just awful! I read reviews on a lot of pest companies and Pest Inc has five stars for a reason. Wonderful and friendly people that do the job! From customer service to the technician it has been a great experience and we will use them again.

Pest Inc are basically a superb company. They came out inspected the house and gave me an Honest report .They told me I had no Termites present. I called PEST Inc. to get rid of some mice that had become quite friendly with my kitchen. Don was my tech and the first thing I noticed was a nicely dressed, clean cut guy. He put booties over his shoes to not track dirt in the house. He did a thorough inspection, set some traps (bait) out and told me that I needed to move or burn my woodpile near my house... that the woodpile was likely the home for the mice and they were coming in the house to feed. He also showed me where to patch a couple of holes. I was worried about the bait killing my dog - and Don told me that they bait had very small amounts of poison and couldn't hurt my dog if he ate the mouse (or the bait). I had them come back for a tick treatment and was able to enjoy my backyard after they were complete. There was a different person that came out for the tick treatment. Just as nice and clean cut as Don.

They are a good company and the technicians are really nice. On the other side the lady that I usually talk to is very rude to me every time I call. I think her name is Sherry. Funny fact is that when my husband calls she is nice. I really don't want to think this is a racist issue since I'm not American but my husband is and of course I have an accent. Now Jackie has always been nice to me and my husband no matter who calls. Just realized I mixd the names and sherry is the one that is super nice and Jackie is the most rude person. Difficult to believe she has had a bad day and Thad her reason why because it happens every time I call so I guess she has a bad day every day? And even if that was the reason when it comes to customer service you gotta put your personal issues on the side and give the best of you for your customers
