XxNOVACHANxXWaylin and Peyton came to my house in a very timely manner and had excellent service as well as amazing quality of work. I would highly recommend these guys and their work. Very respectable men and probably the best beards in town!
Frances KopeckyCash was professional and polite while being thorough and efficient. He went above and beyond just performing a routine pest inspection and service. He asked me if there was anything that was of concern to me and I told him I had ants and spiders in my master bathroom and garage. He quickly, but effectively treated those areas and asked me to contact him immediately if the situation wasn’t remedied. He was such a delight with his positive attitude and infectious smile. I could tell he enjoyed his job and making sure his customers got the service they paid for. I am thrilled he is my service technician. Thank you, Urbanex, for placing me on Cash’s route!
Travis DixonBeen using Urbanex since I bought my house back in Aug 2021. Kyle J came out on 12/9/2022 and was the best technician they had sent in my opinion. Fantastic communication. He was busy as a bee working in the yard and around the house. Very respectful too. I asked the office if he could be our technician moving forward. There was something about his involvement that made me feel like I was getting quality service and my money was being spent well.

And I can't emphasize enough how great the technician was. John, "Bear", was fantastic. Humble, personable, and professional. He also made sure to touch up areas that were higher threat areas on his way out. If all the technicians are taking the care that Bear is then UrbanEx is in great hands! Definitely recommend and I am thankful to be on a scheduled service from here on out!

Big shout out to Daniel for coming to our home late at night and still delivering top notch service with a great attitude. You are a legend. It was cold and dark out but he gave our home the TLC it needed. I will update this review after some time has passed to let everyone know of the results, but so far, we're super pleased with the way this company and their staff handled our cry for help. Businesses that have great customer service and attentive employees should be praised, they are a rarity these days. Thanks again.

Drew StraderI have been working with Urbanex for over 4 months now and have received great service. Recently, “Bear” one of our pest consultants from Urbanex provided amazing customer service. He took the time to provide additional service based on our feedback and really listened to our concerns. Not only is Bear a great representative, but just another example of the great culture Urbanex has. On top of that, they’re communication and notifications are great as well. Great company, glad i moved over to them!
Heather HowesUPDATE: The same gentleman in my original post have not returned since the initial date of contract. They were very thorough and we’d loved to have had them routinely. That said, I’ve called every month for a reservice(or missed service completely). They did not deweb my back porch (always taking short cuts via camera video). The mosquito treatment is not affective. We’ll be buying our own blower and chemicals to treat ourselves.
AMAZING SALES professionals! V and Scott were so Genuine, Professional sales associates, and this team is 110% On their tasks and skills are proficient! We are thankful for our protection of mosquitoes and rodents!! Human and Animal friendly!
Vic BirkeyGreat experience with Urbanex Pest Control. Brian came out at 3 PM (less than 24 hours after our initial contact) and completed a full inspection of our property. Afterwards he took the time to explain to me the needs, pricing, and maintenance of pest control with his company. Never felt pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. His level of knowledge and expertise was very reassuring.
After over 4.5 hours on our property, he had completed the initial treatment, including the best price by far on termite prevention, pest control, and mosquito treatment. After other pest control experiences, I am especially satisfied with the professionalism and thorough work completed. Really above and beyond expectations. Yesterday our tech John "Bear" went above and beyond. He was patient and listened to me while I was talking to him. He took the time to explain the process and help me understand what to expect. Seriously amazing experience!
