The yearly termite inspection does not occur on the scheduled date. The tech comes out on a date earlier than the agreed upon scheduled date. I have to rearrange my personal schedule since they do not adhere to the agreed upon date.

The service has been great and the technician does good work. The only problem is trying to maintain our service schedule/time. We have had this schedule for years but now, all of a sudden, they are having a difficult time sticking to it because the technicians schedule is spreading him too thin. I think we have come to an agreement on a schedule change that we, the customer, had to make to accommodate the technician's schedule. If this doesn't work, then we may have a problem. The young lady Britney was very sweet and on time. She called before her visit to let me know when she would arrive. The reason for the 3stars is I was told I'd receive my bill by email and then given an opportunity to pay my account by credit, debit, or check. I never received an email and the credit card on file was charged without receiving a bill and at us pest liberty. I canceled my service because I lied too and was billed without my authorization or knowledge

We have been using US Pest for 5-6 years now and have had nothing but great service from them. Our tech Rob Boyd is a very personable young man and great at doing his job. He takes his time making sure he treats everything in our house, basement and around the perimeter of the house and if we have any concerns he addresses them fully. Our dog loves him to come because he pays attention to her, knows her name and takes the time to scratch her belly for a few minutes. If you are looking for a pest control company I highly recommend US Pest because they are always on time and do their job very competently and are very customer friendly.

Our tech justin calls us every month to see if there is anything special we might need, He also tells us what time we can expect him to arrive. He has never been late! We aren't normally there because of our jobs so he let's himself in and locks up when he leaves. We have never trusted anyone more. He got rid of our issue with in the first 2 months and now we just maintain. He checks our sticky traps and let's us know if we need to do something different or if we are doing good. We also receive a report every month from us pest. Speaking with office personnel is a pleasant experience as well. We are amazed at how us pest has so many great people.

I want to start off by saying I have been a customer with US pest since 2014. Always received the best customer service and truly felt as if they cared about our situation. It is the reason we decided to US Pest in the first place. In July they came out for the normal termite inspection. At that time they found some fungi growing and I also requested a quote for a new crawl space door that we desperately needed. The tech that came out was very knowledge and explained everything to me. I agreed to the fungi treatment and the new door to help with keep the moisture out of the crawlspace. A tech came out and did the treatment and removed some old insulation that wasn’t needed. He told me at that time he didn’t know how to do the door but that someone would come next week to do it. So the next week came and went. I called twice with no return call that week. The following Monday I decided to call the corporate office and spoke to Parker, who was very professional and pleasant. He had the manager from the Hendersonville branch call me about 20 min later. The manager called and stated there was a misunderstanding and he was under the impression that the job was done but he would have someone there Tuesday to complete the door. The guys showed up Tuesday evening about 530 pm as I was leaving. I came home that evening to a white piece of wood leaning against where the crawl space door should be. There was never any communication if they were done or what was happening. At this point I was frustrated having to deal with this yet another day. I called the corporate office again on Wednesday. I was highly frustrated and just told them I would pay for the treatment I already received but I would find someone else for the door. At that point the lady I was speaking to handed the phone to a man named JK, he was extremely concerned and wanted the whole story from start to finish. I explained to him the situation and he promised this was not typical for their company and they were going to make it right. I had never had an issue with them in the past so I agreed. Later that am two young men came out and worked on the door. I then received a text from the manager stating the door was complete. I came home and the workmanship was nowhere near what I expected. At that point I had lost all confidence in their ability to do this door. I text the manager back and told them they could just come get the door and I would find someone else. Later that night I received a text message from JK, he told me he had seen the pictures of the door and that was not the kind of work they do. He promised me to make it right and that he would come out himself to make sure it is done correctly. I didn’t respond to his message until early the next morning because I was so frustrated I was not sure if I wanted to give them another chance. But every time I talked to JK he made me feel reassured that they would make this right so I agreed to give them another chance. He came out about an hour later to look at the door and explained to me that the guy who normally does the crawlspace doors in the Hendersonville location recently had moved to be closer to his family due to COVID19 and was no longer with them. He stated he wasn’t aware of this until this situation happened. He requested the opportunity to make a training video while working on my door to further educate his crew so this didn’t happen again in the future. He came back later that am with the manager from Hendersonville and they completed the crawlspace door and it was exactly what I was expecting! I was beyond satisfied in the end. The customer service that I was provided from JK was exceptional. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy. I encourage anyone with issues or complaints with US Pest to call the corporate office and explain your situation to them. I feel confident, from my experience, that they will make it right and you will be happy in the end as well. I will continue to use US Pest for my current home and for my next.

I've always been very pleased with the service and the explanation I've gotten from the technician but this time I wasn't left a report or even an indication that anyone had actually been to my house. Still waiting to hear if all is well or if I need repairs.

I was totally impressed with the caliber of service. Brian was top-notch in every regard. He was friendly, informative, and followed through at every step of the treatment curve: from selection of an appropriate treatment, application, and follow up. Would I recommend Brian? I deplore having to kill anything (even brown recluse spiders), but I've already shared this "carpenter ant experience" with my neighbors. When you have to use chemicals, you want it done right.

And yes they help and educate you along the way. Also you are encouraged daily. From what i see the storys of wrong were just misunderstood angry ex employees. Do whatever it takes is real. Mistakes are fixed and smiles all around. Either prospective employees or customers you have a winner in this professional and Loving company. Just be careful if you want to work here. They say family owned so they can have a softer feel. They really don't care about it's employees. The boss JK expected me to work 6 days a week, and on my 1 day off to do company business from home. The stress put me in the hospital and caused me to almost kill myself in a car wreck, since they want you in your company vehicle every minute of the work day. Sometimes 14 hours in a day. Fired me when I was in hospital for hyper tension from job stress.

I'm almost completely satisfied but everytime they send a new technician and the turn around is unbelievable but the new techs obviously sing read there clients files for each route, they do my business and residence, overall I'm happy but when they get new techs they seem to not read the call ahead notes and end up acting as if they treated outside but that's impossible with an 8 foot fence all the way around, but worries me that the owners are being scammed from work that employees are obviously suppose to do in order for that company to keep their clients, thank you u.s. pest for taking Care of this And for always listening since you got rid of the other girls that were so rude nice to know you have listening ladies of customer service in there now.

The only problem I have ever had is that you don't give enough notice when your coming. Yesterday I had a voicemail that he was on his way to our house. I was out of town. I didn't look at my phone for several hours so he had been here and was gone. You really need to give several days notice not thirty minutes.
