I found Total Pest Solutions to be a well run business. There representatives were patient in explanation of the Termite control process. Since we had not needed Termite control it was new information and learning experience. Their pricing was better than the other quotes which helped. The actual work was scheduled as quoted and the guy performing the work explained his process as well as did good job of cleanup. I feel comfortable recommending them for their service offering.

TPS is awesome! They are always nice and friendly, show up on time, and have great prices. We used big names services before with high prices and horrible servicing. TPS guarantees their work and will show back up several times until they get rid of your pest. We know this from the common cellar and house spiders and they got us taken care quickly. I would also recommend their mosquito misting they do for your yard in the summer spring time where they get horrible here in Tennessee!

I had a brown recluse infestation, as many people do in East Nashville, and Richard at TPS has helped me get them down to almost zero. I had a bad reaction to a spider bite in May that sent me to the hospital for 9 days. My family hired him, and he started working on getting rid of them before I even got released from the hospital. He is very knowledgable, professional, and reliable. He had a total plan, and gave me a lot of advice about changes I needed to make with overhanging trees, sealing switchplates, and landscaping as well. I have him come once a month, and it's very affordable and completely worth it. If there's ever wasps or anything extra, he knocks them out for me while he's there. I thought I was going to have to move out of my house, and now I don't have to. Highly recommend.

Brenda was very professional and always on time. She should use photos of the craw space sealing the company completed on my house. Very professional. She also exterminated the house which was infested. Two services and not a roach anywhere. Great job.

The last spray I received, there were still mosquitoes. Last year had no problems. I texted them but they never responded. Wasn’t happy with this spray, I was home all day didn’t see the guy no receipt left they say he forgot to leave the receipt. I am sure this was just an misconception on my part. Usually the treatment works wonderful
