Ty came to my door to tell me about the pest control services. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I signed up and within a few days my first technician Graham came out to inspect and take care of dusting and spraying. He was nice and friendly yet professional and did a good job. 30 days later my next technician Russell reached out to me to make sure we could agree on a time and date for my next pest control service treatment. He came out on time, took the time to listen to my issues with the wasps, and he was very thorough and did a great job taking care of my property. The communication is good and they always come when they say they will and will work with you if you need a different day or time. I will continue using this company. Thank you for doing such good service, 🤬Specter! Keep it up! 😁

Owen came and did our third spray from this company and we had such a good experience! He was so thorough and detailed. He let us know he was on his way and was very punctual and friendly. He even laid some extra traps by our garage for anything that sneaks through which we were grateful for. We have loved our experience with this company so far and feel like they are honest and want to make sure we are getting the most out of our pest control.

5 star technician. 4 star process. I sincerely hope the technician receives the tip mentioned in the text prompting this review, as he did a great job and caught everything I had seen. On to the review: It's the first time using this company, so time will tell. The tech that came out to perform the first service was very professional, did a great job, and communicated very well on when they would arrive, etc. This being said, I don't appreciate the sales/marketing process. I'll start by saying that I knew I needed a pest control service, and intended to enlist one. However, there is a clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign at the entrance to our neighborhood. I work from home and was interrupted for a decent length of time while the process ensued. Though the sales person had a nice demeanor, it was a poor experience that ultimately left me feeling swindled into signing up. In addition, the text I received after the service had a call to action to "tip" my technician. I've never had to tip a tech in the past, nor would I expect to have to. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong there. But the tip message didn't bother me so much as it was really a prompt for a review and that "techs receive bonuses for good reviews". I'd ask that this company take a hard look at their sales cycle and marketing strategy around reviews. I'd expect a few more reviews just like this one to come through if it remains as is, so don't be surprised if others feel the same.

Graham and John were awesome! They were on time, nice, polite, and so mannerable! They did a thorough and complete job both inside and outside of my home. They explained everything really well while also walking me through what was done and what will be completed in the future. I definitely recommend Specter for your pest control needs!

We’ve been using Specter for over a year and they are wonderful. I get a text each quarter to let me know when they’re coming, and it gives me a chance to express any areas of concern. Our concerns are always addressed, and the technicians are polite and respectful. Since we started using them we have zero wasps and a lot fewer spiders show up in the house. I highly recommend them.

Very good service, and EFFECTIVE! When I first bought my house we had a bit of house spiders and a little be hive. Since they started coming every 3 months, I haven’t seen a spider inside my house since the first month and definitely no issues outside. Highly recommend

John was not pushy when talking to me about the services. He took his time and answered my questions and walked my property with me so I could show him my concerns and also showed me concerns I didn’t realize but were visible had I known to look. Russell, my technician, is super nice, thorough, and always reminds me to let them know if I have an issue between treatments. He also lets me know what to expect from each each service, i.e. inside spraying may cause an influx of activity outside for a couple of weeks. Knowing this in advance is very important. I haven’t had to request services outside the normal schedule. I recommend Specter to anyone for treatment or preventive treatment.

Russell is out tech and he is alway polite and professional. Very happy to say since I started using their service we no longer have spiders and ants, due to the construction around my neighborhood. Also very happy with the communication I receive from the company and the updates, very helpful.
