I have just been getting basic preventative coverage on the outside only so far. The technicians have been amazing. The gentleman who came out yesterday paid so much attention to detail... I had a bird cage sitting out back, and he stopped to carefully look in it before spraying to be sure there was nothing inside. Everyone I've met through this company just seem to be truly good and decent people.

We used a big name national chain for years for pest control. I was frustrated monthly when they didn't show up on time, didn't communicate, and finally canceled when they messed up our bill and for two months we couldn't speak with a person to resolve our billing issue... Preventive did everything right that the other company did not. Their communication is amazing, their people show up on time, call the day before they come, their techs are courteous and efficient. The professionalism is off the charts. I highly recommend this company

This company is the best! They are very flexible with hours if you need to reschedule, are very responsive if any unexpected issues come up, and will treat your home in between quarterly treatments if needed. We’ve used them for a year and a half now and their service has always been superb.

Really happy with this company. Today we had a technician out named Devin and he did a terrific job. I am always impressed with how responsive their technicians are and their attention to detail. We have been having bad issues with ants and Devin did a good job of figuring out where they were getting in and discussed how they would help prevent them in the future!

I have loved working with Preventive Pest Control since we started about a year ago. They are always so polite and do a great job. However, today our service rep Devin went above and beyond. He was here for the regular treatment of our house, was so polite and asked what issues we have been having, I went through the regular items and then he went to work treating our house. A bit after he got here, our trash company was going down the street and completely missed our trash can, by the time I ran outside the truck was already a few houses down. Devin saw me trying to get the trucks attention and then he ran all the way down the street to catch up to the truck and let them know they missed my house. He got them to take care of my missed trash can. If that’s not excellent customer service, then I don’t know what is. Devin was so polite and caring, we really appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for his customers! You don’t see this kind of compassion in people and it is truly appreciated! Chris and Devin, some of the most professional techs I have met. I have been with Preventive Pest Control for a few years after trying the big name and little name pest control companies. Preventive Pest Control is the best and their techs, like Chris and Devin, are some of the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous techs in the business. The chemicals they use are safe to be around, they treat the whole yard and if there are any problems before the next service they have no problem coming out. I plan I staying with them for years to come. Chris and Devin, keep up the great work!
