Reid did a great job when he came to spray for ants in my flower bed. He was courteous and informative. Moxie always does a fantastic job for our quarterly pest service! The technicians and office people are always professional and kind. We are happy with our service (and if we ever need reservicing, it is quick and easy to get them to come back at no extra charge). Communication with the company is great and I always get an email summary after the service. I couldnt ask for anymore from a company. Their customer service is #1!

Shout out to our technician Randy Mitchell! He was the kindest, most polite gentleman! He took his time outside, and did a thorough job inside. I felt comfortable going about my business, while he found his way through the house and let himself out. Our ant issue is nearly disappeared and spider sitings minimize with each visit. This was only our 2nd inside and 3rd outside. Our last technicians were also polite and pleasant, but Randy stood out!!

A friend recommended I call Moxie, and my experience with them was friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I reached out. The technician, Tyler, couldn't have been nicer or more communicative, taking care of the wasp nest before spraying around the perimeter of the house as planned. They also treat insect problems indoors and not just outdoors. Update: Had our quarterly treatment visit this morning. We recently replaced windows and had started finding some bugs in our garage. The Moxie tech added a treatment to address potential access points as well as treating the interior of the garage. He was informative and efficient. We continue to be well pleased with Moxie and would highly recommend their service. We changed to Moxie this summer so I guess This is just our first quarterly treatment. I made the change because the salesman that came to my door was a young, bright college student that was trying really hard and made a great pitch. Their services are more extensive than my previous company so I thought I might be able to save a few dollars in the long run. I was impressed with the technician just as I was on the initial service. I asked him to spray a spot inside the house where we were saying some insect activity because it is by the back door and that door is opened and closed very frequently throughout the day. He quickly addressed my request and that was that. Communication about when they are coming and what they are going to do has been very good. So, through the first quarter of my service with Moxie, they have been fantastic.

Great job by Moxie- we had two service managers come out to our yard in one week. First job was outdoors and in by Elijah, who was thorough and great. Helped explain a lot of things to us. Second job was specifically mosquito control by Kelly and she was courteous, professional and friendly as well. Pleased with both service visits- I guess it's too early to tell the effects yet. First time I experience such a professional pest control company. Received a call from Tiffany 30 minutes before the tech “Chris” showed up. She was very nice and attentive to my concerns. We just had our annual termite inspection today, but have been getting our regular pest control service by Moxie for a few years now. We have been satisfied with the service. Like most other companies, it is pretty easy to set up a good day and time for them to come out and complete their pest control service. Any issues or questions can be addressed at those visits or by telephone. I like to have them service the inside every now and then, but usually have good success with just the perimeter treatments on a quarterly basis. If we notice anything like wasps or more bugs (depending on the season), we just let them know. They can come out again as needed or take care of at the next scheduled visit. Today’s inspection was completed by Justin. He is very nice and professional. He answered all my questions with courtesy. explained things well. My baby seemed to like him, too. That is always a plus because babies know when something is amiss! Their prices are fair. A good deal compared to other more popular or well-known companies. We have used four others over the past several years. We will likely continue using Moxie as we have no complaints.

A while back, I stated that I would update my review of Moxie Pest Control Services. That updated review is definitely overdue. We hired Moxie because when we moved in to our home, we noticed a few roaches. After seeing the reviews here, we decided to give them a shot. Fast forward almost a year later, and I am very, very satisfied with our services. We have been pretty much bug-free for the past 6 months or so. After the first treatment, the few that popped up were either dead or dying. After the next couple treatments...nothing. Now we are just in maintenance mode. Kevin Vance performed our last treatment. He was very courteous and professional, and did a thorough job and treatment. What I really appreciated is that he checked in, checked out and asked if we had any specific issues or questions before leaving, and to contact Moxie if we needed a follow up treatment. Can't ask for more than that. The staff on the phone is always helpful and courteous. I have had to reschedule services a couple of times, and they never seem to be put out by that. I also like that they can give me an advance call when the technician is on his or her way so my work is not too disrupted. Setting up the service was simple and everything was explained up front. I received a phone 30 minutes before the appointment and another phone call while the technician was present explaining the billing, services, and frequency of treatment. Everyone was pleasant, nothing was rushed, and everything thoroughly explained. Our technician was Charles Mayo. He was pleasant, courteous, professionally dressed, and began to go to work immediately. When he finished outside, he came in to apply the treatment, asked where the problem areas were, and my wife was happy to see him wearing booties over his shoes as he treated the inside. Afterwards, he explained the treatment he performed inside and outside our home, and when the company would be back to retreat. I was more than satisfied with Mr. Mayo's work ethic and professionalism. This was our first treatment, so I will report back on its effectiveness. However, based on my experience so far, I am not too concerned. Moxie has a satisfied customer, and I would recommend anyone looking for pest control services to give Moxie a call. Thanks again!!

MOXIE is the most honest, amazing company we have ever used! When they say they will come back and treat as many times as you need THEY do! We live in the country, so we deal with a lot of spiders, mites and all kinds of insects! Whatever we call them for they are here within a day or two to retreat ! They do not have hidden fees and their prices are always the same. They will come out as many times as it takes to fix any problem you’re dealing with, and do not charge extra . They take care of everything in and outdoors! They are one of the few companies that actually do what they say. These stars are for customer relations. It’s too early to comment on the effectiveness of the product. The exterminator, Blake, was friendly and informative. He answered most questions before I could ask them and he was patient and thorough in answering the questions I did ask. He was respectful of and followed all social distancing rules regarding Covid-19. He is the first person (besides a few friends and relatives who stopped by for a quick few minutes for social distancing visits early on) in our home (because our ant problem was getting bad) and I was very reluctant. I kept my kids out of the way and my husband was in his office working, but we ALL had on masks and I wiped down everything after he left (out of extreme caution) — not because Blake wasn’t prepared. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers. Thanks Blake. I will wait two weeks before commenting on the effectiveness of the job done because it takes that long (according to Blake and our signed contract) for the product to have done its job. But for now, we’re happy with the service.

First and foremost, Moxie is an amazing company! They are always easy to talk to and take care of all my pest control needs. I had my house serviced today and John & Chris did an amazing job! They even came back a couple hours later, per my request, to put extra bait down so that I can rest assured. They weren’t afraid to open cabinets and drawers where there were mice droppings. This may not seem like a “big deal” to some, but they were so professional and didn’t complain at all about trying to fix the problem. 2.) They were truly knowledgeable about their job, they told me exactly what they were going to do, and how the problem is going to be fixed. They knew exactly how to identify the problem and what we can do to resolve the problem. 3.) They were so easy to talk to and actually put up with all my questions! I felt like I asked them a million wuestions, but, they actually answered every single question I had! I think that customer service goes a long way, and these guys were truly knowledgeable about their job and so willing so listen to my concerns and educate me on what can, should, and will be done to resolve my problem. I switched over to Moxie over a year ago because I wanted a cheaper pest control service. This company has continually pleasantly surprised me at every encounter. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and technicians. Today I had my termite bait stations replaced from a previous company and the Moxie technician on hand, whose name was John, was the epitome of a happy worker. The previous company had not placed the bait traps properly, so the majority of them were destroyed by lawnmowers. John showed me where the other company had failed to do a proper job and corrected the problems quickly and efficiently. I was making small talk with John about various things when I just wanted to know why everyone that I had met at Moxie seemed so genuinely happy with their place of employment. He filled me in on some of their day to day activities and one of them was going over the company core values and mission statement. He believes in them and he made me believe that the entire staff believes in them. With that, I knew then and there that I will always be getting great and the best service from them.

Moxie Pest Control is who i use for pest control at my new house. We moved in a year ago and discovered that we did indeed have termites around the property. We already had pest control set up with Moxie at this time it was very easy to add termite treatment on to our agreement. The staff are wonderful if you call in or text in on theie text line - they go out of their way to explain things and how to resolve any issues that are bugging you. (Pun intended). This week Matt was the tech that came out to do our quarterly treatment - i was concerned as he would be in the house as i was now working from home and on conference calls all day.Matt first asked if we wanted him to treat the inside of our home - which was considerate given the times we are living in, he treated the inside of the house with respect and was very considerate and prompt moving from one room to another quietly during my conference call. I truly appreciate that. Matt was just the recent tech - all of them have turned up at the appointment time and done a fantastic job of quickly and quietly treating around our house and yard. Moxie is awesome! We moved into our house about a year ago. We had ants in our kitchen and bathroom. Through inspections and services they were able to find out the ants were nesting in our gutters! With continued treatments we no longer have any issues with them. We also found had brown recluse issues. We were seeing at least 2 a day. They did a specialty treatment about 4 months ago and it is now a rare occasion that I find a dead one. My best advise in working with them is to tell them what is going on with your home. Once you open up the problems can easily be resolved. Great to talk to. Always friendly.

I had to change my review. Recently I have not been very happy with the services I’ve received. We ordered mosquito treatment. They put us into a bundle and instead of a quarterly bill. Nit it’s a much more expensive treatment. The mosquitoes are still bad, but slightly better than before. Today the technician came and spent about 2 mins treating our back yard. I’m the yard is large, but he spent no time treating and only treated around the patio. He didn’t even bother to do the rest of the yard. I tried calling, but they were closed. We’ll see what happens, but I’m spending a lot of money for a service and this time they obviously just wanted to go home.

I asked him to be careful about leaving the seed and fertilizer on our concrete as it seems to leave a stain. Not only did he carefully blow off the sidewalks, but because I have been ill, he blew leaves off the porches and watered the grass seed he had just planted. Wow wow wow. Having paid for professional pest control in 4 states over the last 10 years I can genuinely say I have never had better service! From the initial call with Dustin to set up service to the knowledgeable and professional techs that arrived. Kelly and Chris were Amazing! We've only been in this house for a month and I've seen more spiders than I have ever dealt with, as well as snakes, bees and centipedes all trying to convince me this is their house not mine. I have two indoor animals and a creepy spider filled crawl space. Kelly and Chris worked with me to shuffle my animals around so they were safe but the treatment would be effective. They answered my exhaustive questions and didn't leave until the whole house was dewebbed, traps set for monitoring, and all my concerns addressed. Kelly even suggested & sent an amazon link a product for our kayaks (because who doesn't love kayaking while 50 black baby spiders drop from the side cushion into the hull of your boat- True story). I'm so glad I read the reviews (and already had experience with a couple other providers in town) and gave Moxie a shot- best call ever. We have lovely mature trees near our home. We appreciate the shade, but not the ants and spiders that seem to like to nest in those trees, and that can sometimes get into the house. Since our first treatment from Moxie, I have not seen a single spider in the house, and the ant activity on the front walk is gone. I had noticed a few ants in our downstairs bath but forgot to tell the tech. He detected the problem and found the source anyway -- a fence adjacent to the back of our home that the ants were using as a highway. We have not seen an ant since he came. We also asked for the outdoor flea and tick treatment, which is available upon request at no additional cost. We have both a cat and a dog who are indoor / outdoor. This time, I gave the animals the flea products the vet recommended on the same day Moxie treated the yard, and I haven't seen a flea on an animal since. If you hate bugs, try Moxie. Our do-it-yourself bug treaments were not cutting it. Thanks Moxie!

Today, Matthew was so professional, explaining everything he was going to do and what pests he was targeting. I even noted that he paid close attention to our windows. Matthew T. has serviced our home for mosquitos and the quarterly bug spray the past couple of weeks and has been great. We can tell a noticeable difference with the mosquitos on our back porch during the hot months. They are unbearable and it has made our porch an enjoyable place to spend time again. Moxie has always been very responsive to our requests for service. We are on a quarterly plan where they treat our home. Whenever we have seen bugs, we have given them a call and they come right out to knock out any bugs. Kris is very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious.

Tyler Maloney did a between service to get the ants out. He was very courteous and thorough, as have been all of the techs we've had over the past couple of years. Our previous technician, Kelly, is so sweet and even pulled stones up to place graduals for ants in our previous house.
