Brandon made sure we got the right treatment. He and the company communicate clearly what you're paying for and what to expect. Scheduling was easy and appointment was on time. Update 36hrs later,,, my wife was always driven indoors by mosquitoes. Last night we hung out on the pool deck and gardens all night without one mosquito. Amazingly effective.

Mosquito Joe is the absolute best thing you can do for your yard so that you c an enjoy the beautiful spring time and summer time in PEACE! No mosquitos, no bugs, no fleas on puppies that love to roll in the grass! I can lounge in my hammock all day and not worry about a thing! And even beyond that, the communication is amazing! They text you before they head over, so you can unlock the back gate, and never have to stress about an unexpected visitor on your property! So seamless, worth every penny. We're going into our second season with Mosquito Joe right now and couldn't be more impressed with their services and results. Their professionalism and respect to our business while performing their services and the ability to pivot with their schedule if needed is incredibly impressive. Now onto the results, we would constantly get mosquitos inside our gym (lots of sweat and humidity) but since having Mosquito Joe routinely we have seen little to no mosquito activity even on the most humid evenings and we can leave our garage doors open in confidence again! Our technician was named CAM and he was the best technician we’ve ever experienced at Mosquito Joe! He was very professional, and answered all of my questions. He asked me several questions to ensure he was properly taking care of our bug problem. He spent the longest time treating our yard more than ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER we’ve ever used. We have absolutely loved the peace of mind it has given to our family that our new puppy is safe in our yard (last year he wasn’t able to enjoy our yard without contracting ticks every time). We live in a wooded area with plenty of places for puddles and breeding but their service allows us to live in the yard in the summer. This is the best investment you can make if you like being outside. I love working in the yard and sitting outside but the bugs and bites used to be horrendous; 10 min outside equaled a bottle of calamine lotion. I will never go back to not spraying my yard. We have been using Mosquito Joe's for about a year now. I like that you can start and stop at any time and aren't forced into an annual treatment package. Tim always thoroughly answers my questions and worked with his team to ensure that they properlytreat my yard but do not get spray on my neighbor's garden through the fence. Recently I messaged on a Friday evening that although we weren't due for a treatment yet, we noticed the mosquitos were getting bad and we had wanted to spend time outside over the weekend and I soon received an email saying that they put us in the schedule for first thing in the morning! The $25 referral credit is awesome, too! :)

This is our first year of using a service like this. After our first spray in early summer we did not see any mosquitoes. However maybe like our third treatment they came back within two weeks. Tim at Mosquito Joe was very nice and had a technician come out the next day for a booster spray. Let me tell you that his customer service is hands down outstanding. After our next scheduled treatment they came back again after two weeks. Again they came out and booster sprayed again. We just had a treatment about two weeks ago and we were just run inside by mosquitoes. I swatted five off my leg in about one minute. I'm not sure as to why it is not working for me as it is the other reviews on here. I wish it did because in the time that it is working it is very nice not to have to worry about you or your kids getting ate up or having to spray Off all over them. Again when it works it is great and Tim at Mosquito Joe is really a nice guy and he has great customer service which is a big plus these days. I just wished it worked for me and my yard. 8/4/16 Edit* Tim called me and was very understanding about my concerns. As I type this right now a tech from Mosquito Joe is spraying the yard now. Tim explained different factors that can attribute to mosquitoes coming back early and myself and Mosquito Joe are taking steps to make sure there is no standing water that is missed by myself or them. Again a wonderful company that I highly recommend. I have changed my original review from 3 stars to 5. Thank you Tim!

I am BEYOND impressed with Mosquito Joe. I am a mosquito magnet and also trying to start a family so it's super important for me to not get bitten, but I LOVE being outside. This is the first year EVER (I'm 35) that I've been able to enjoy being outside without being smothered in bug spray from head to toe. Furthermore, it's rained so much in Franklin lately that even if the spray does not dry before it rains, Mosquito Joe has been more than willing to come out and do a booster spray once I did get bitten. In short - y'all are AWESOME! If anyone is on the fence about getting their yards sprayed, take the plunge - you will NOT regret it!!!!!

With a creek and tall grass in our back yard, going outside in the summer used to be a PAINFUL experience due to the mosquitoes. We tried several natural remedies and even some industrial strength sprays, but nothing worked. Since switching to Mosquito Joe, we have had absolutely no issues and our kids can safely play outside! Because I have a garden and a goldfish pond, I have been getting the ORGANIC treatment for the last two months this summer. The organic treatment requires service every 2 weeks. Prior to this service, the mosquito problem made it almost impossible to be outside unless I was covered in DEET and clothes head to toe. Mosquito Joe did a great job reducing the population. But, I still get bites if I'm outside for more than 5 - 10 minutes. I definitely still need to spray myself with DEET to work in the garden or simply sit on my patio. I just got 3 bites from a mosquito that entered my house while I was carrying groceries inside. Mosquito Joe's service has been excellent, even coming back for extra spraying in between my two week sprays. As a company, I give them 5 stars, and I am confident that the regular spray works. The 4 stars is because the ORGANIC treatment unfortunately seems to have limited effectiveness. I guess hoping for a mosquito-free yard was too much to ask. My experience is that it will reduce the population, but sadly you will still have mosquitoes. That said, I will still continue to use their service because their treatment initially reduced the mosquito population.

We’ve been extremely happy with Mosquito Joe. They had told us from the start if we felt we needed bug spray they would come back for a “booster”. The couple times we saw or got bit by mosquitoes, they came out free of charge and sprayed again. No questions asked. One of the times they even sent someone on the 4th of July (when they were closed), because we were having a BBQ!

This is so awesome! It works - it is very effective. Moreover, it is so easy! They email you the day before, billing is automated, and the treatment is good for about 3-4 weeks. This is a fogging method, with a backpack blower. It creates a barrier around my home. I'm sure they have other treatment options. But, for my home, this is what we need. Far better than the liquid spray I have used for years attached to my hose. Can't believe how much backyard fun I've missed not having used them earlier. Customer for life.
