Mosquito Authority has changed my life!! Before I called them, we could not even walk out of the house for a few moments without getting multiple mosquito bites. It was miserable and caused us to avoid enjoying our garden and sitting out on the patio. After the very first visit, the results were astounding!! I honestly have not had a single mosquito bite since and can now enjoy sitting outside and working in the yard again. They are efficient, reliable, and have great communication. We can actually stand to be on our porches now! We are not getting eaten by mosquitoes. They also do our general pest control. We see few to no bugs in our house.

Mosquito Authority is proactive with our lawn and when we needed them for a party we were having in our back yard, they came the same day! This is our second spring/summer using them and we don’t have any mosquitos which helps us enjoy our back yard!

Last Fall we enlisted Pest Authority to perform a winterization service. Russ (our Pest Authority service specialist) was thorough, friendly and professional. We noticed a marked decrease in mouse and spider encounters throughout the winter. This week we encountered a red wasp issue and after a quick call to Pest Authority were pleased to see a return by Russ to eradicate the wasps. Not only did he get rid of the wasps and their active nest, he also stuck around to clean up the mess - even helped wash down the effected windows! He left the area of our home in better shape than it was when he arrived. Mosquito Authority’s treatments allow us to spend summer hours in our yard, any time of day or night, without worry of mosquito bites. This has been a game changer and we are enjoying our 5th season mosquito free. No more need to remember sprays or candles when outdoors. Mosquito Authority of Middle TN is the best service around! They show up faithfully every 3 weeks to spray. We do not have mosquitos and if we start to get bit, all I have to do is send over a quick email and they are right back on it - coming back out to re-spray, most time the very next day. Their customer service is amazing and their representatives that come out are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Mosquito Authority if you are getting bit by pesky mosquitos.

I am writing to amend my original review from yesterday. After the initial review was posted, Russ, the owner called me and personally discussed what happened and presented options on how to correct the issues I had experienced. While there was a communication mix up regarding the time frame on the first visit, the technician actually did come to my home and did leave a hanger on my property. It seems the wind blew it into my neigbor's yard and I did not see it until today. Vernon, a second technician, came back today and resprayed the yard and educated me on how the treatment works to eradicate mosquitos. Vernon is very knowledgeable and is very good at customer service. Between Russ and Vernon, I am going to continue with Mosquito Authority for my yard needs. Thank you Russ and Vernon for excellent customer service and I am changing my review rating from one star to five stars based on my communication with both of you today. I was disappointed as a new customer to Mosquito Authority. I had requested to be notified when the first application was to be applied, so I could meet and talk with the technician about problem areas in my yard. This did not happen. I called the day before and was told I was on schedule for noon. However, when I called back to find out what time they were coming, I was told they had sprayed at 8:55 this morning. There was no door hanger or information left saying they had been on site and no feedback regarding the condition of my yard. I am disappointed that the communication with MA was not what they told me. I will probably not keep this service since I have no information about my yard.
