The technician who first serviced our home months ago was less than professional. It was our initial contact with the service. The current technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed the initial work done and apologized for it. I was then informed of the steps he was going to take and why, before he began working. He then worked quickly and put us down for a two week follow up. Our technician today restored my faith in their service.

We will see if the mole stuff works, some of the tunnels and maybe the main mound was too far away for him to treat so the jury is as to whether we need to go a different route on that….he was honest about how hard they are to get rid of and we appreciated that.

I have been using Insight for about 3 years now (2 and a half in WA, and about 6 months in TN) and after the initial visit some pest become more active, but then when Insight came back out about 3 weeks later to do another treatment the pest haven't been an issue!!!! I first made contact with Insight via a unsolicited salesman. I never have bought anything or service from someone who knocks on the door. Insight is the only exception. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech arrived on time. He, too was very professional and knowledgeable. I can't put in words how impressed I am with Insight! We had Isaac come to our door and explain their services and scheduled a whole house pest treatment for the following week. Zakery was the tech that came out and he was great! Sent me a text when he was on his way and sent me a text when he arrived per my request so that I could put my dogs up. He walked us through what he was about to do, the maintenance and all the additional services available to us. The actual treatment took less than 20 minutes and he left us his personal number in the event of questions or concerns. Definitely would recommend!

They always check to see if there are any specific issues you’ve been having i.e. ants, moles, wasps, etc.

Immanuel and Darrien were incredible! We purchased this service to eliminate a spider problem that we had. They were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, informative, and trustworthy servicemen. I felt very comfortable and safe being alone with them in my home, and I was pleased with how they treated my daughter and husband when they arrived as well. I appreciated that they gave me a heads up before they arrived, and they exhibited tremendous communication before, during, and after their service. I threw quite a few complications at them and they handled them all respectfully and did not try to upsell or change prices on me once they found more pest issues during their visit. I’ve interacted now with Pablo and Immanuel as managers and Connor was my service tech. Let me say how impressed I am with everyone and every interaction. The service cost is extremely reasonable. I didn’t have to pay a HUGE up front cost and then a high monthly cost following that. They allowed me to adjust my service…I wasn’t stuck with what I originally said I wanted and then to get something different had to pay more. When was the last time you heard a customer of any service company say that? These guys know their stuff (I know this because my fiancée was in this industry for 21 years) and did the job thoroughly! I watched to be sure they were doing what they said. As a hiring manager…all I can say is I wish I had these folks on my team! Now I’m trying to recommend them to everyone I can!!!!

Adric came out and sold me on there services and for the price $49 a month you can't beat it. They literally have a treatment for every bug insect wasp hornets ants I mean the list goes on and on even those pesky moles that dig up your yard!!! Zac was the technician that came out and did the treatment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly!!! I'm so glad insight was in my area the other day!!! This is the only pest control place we have ever used just because I know people who uses those other big name places and it wasn't killing and getting rid of the pest/insects. They ask to let their product take affect up to 14 days so I will post in a couple weeks to let everyone know if their products actually work. I'm hoping they do.

Hands down THE MOST METICULOUS pest control provider we’ve ever had. I’m positive not a single insect on a single blade of grass escaped unscathed. Immanuel was our service technician. He provided so much valuable information and answered the zillion questions I had. He was kind, patient, and thorough in explaining everything to me. (I really did have a lot of questions!) He provided our basic service yesterday afternoon (the company’s “basic” service is BEYOND “basic, btw!) Immanuel returned in the evening when mosquitoes are most active to complete our mosquito eradication. After, I went outside to speak with him, he paused for a moment to ask if I noticed anything which confused me because I wasn’t sure IF I was supposed to notice something. Then he asked, “is anything biting you?” Fact: I’m not, by most standards, a “Hollywood” star, but I’m a celebrity of epic proportions in the mosquito community. They literally swarm me in droves, trying to get my autograph (aka BITE THE LIFE OUT OF ME) no matter the time of night or day. But for about ten minutes…there I stood, in my front yard, at the height of their dinner time- AND NOT A SINGLE BITE OR MOSQUITO IN SIGHT! This company (and Immanuel!)… Thorough, informative, and they deliver quality service at a great price! They literally KILLED IT. SLAY ON, SLAYERS!

Insight has eliminated moles that were in my yard. Additional comments 6/17/22- moles came back last week so Zachery had to come out and place additional gummy worms in the 8-9 new mole tunnels. I haven't seen moles for a number of weeks and then they returned. Hard to explain their return but Zachery treated the back yard again. Prior treatments for ants have been successful but a couple new spots cropped up so he treated them.

They have done everything they said they’re going to do and went above and beyond for us. We have a three-story home and Cody scrubbed our home with a brush getting rid of all of the old spiderwebs. Both the representative and technician were extremely professional, kind, and courteous. The inspection and the actions taken for pest control were very thorough and fast. Treatment inside the house and outside the house (full lawn included) took less than an hour! There are several services that were performed and offered by the company that aren’t listed. The company also offers telecommunication via email, text, and phone call letting you know who your technician will be and when they will be arriving. I would highly recommend using this company!
