I have used Hawx Services for bug treatment so far for 2 quarters. I highly recommend their services as they are professional and courteous. I did have a problem them second go around, but they responded quickly to my feedback. Jim helped redeem the lack of service by sending someone else to finish the indoor service which was Camden & he is always polite doing a great job. I asked for him to be scheduled for my services moving forward. Also I was offered free mosquito service as well, & Jacob was very polite & did a great job as well with that. We switched to Hawx for pest control and had some ant problems after our initial treatment. Mark called before he came, so I was able to put our dogs inside. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly walked our yard after he discovered we had fire ants to make sure he treated every area. He even said he’d have someone come back out in a week to make sure the treatment was effective. I really appreciated that since we have a toddler and dogs.

We signed up for the monthly service but had some additional pest issues in between treatments. We had a heavy amount of wasps buzzing us while in our backyard. Hawx rep, Chris Andrews, gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. He assessed our issue upon arrival and even called me back to discuss what he found and our options. He removed all the nests (4+ with 10-20 wasps each) and sprayed to kill the remaining wasps. Chris sent several pictures as well so we were fully informed. He was extremely personable and gave great recommendations. Top notch service by Chris Andrews.

I cannot say enough good about Hawx, we used to not be able to sit outside because of mosquitoes, but worse were the carpenter bees. I pay a little extra each month but it is worth every cent. We enjoy sitting out side with out being attacked by the bees. If I see anything inside at any time, or the mosquitoes try to come back they come back out and retreat. It is one of the guarantees. Highly recommend Hawx! Alway pleasant and professional!

We are in a subdivision that is still expanding, so insects are constantly displaced and head our way. Since we started with Hawx, there have been very few that make it passed their barrier and into our home. All the technicians that have come out so far have been super friendly and addressed our specific pest control needs. Ty provided our most recent service and did a excellent job; even understanding that we appreciate what spiders do outside of the house, but we don't want them inside.

I was told by both the sales rep and the person who performed the service that I could pay for a one time service. Instead of a one quarter package, they signed me up for a 1 year contract. At first when I called their support, they wanted to charge me a $200 cancellation fee to get out of the contract which I did not know I had signed. After filing a BBB complaint, they finally canceled my account a month later. The service personnel did a fine job so I am raising my review to 3 stars, but beware their aggressive sales tactics, they may trick you into thinking you can have one service appointment when it's actually four that you're paying for.

He was respectful and focused on completing the job with superb quality. 30 minutes later both the inside and outside of the house have a bug barrier around it that should last months.

I am a new customer of Hawx Pest Control after being with another company for many years. I was told by the other company that there was nothing that could be done about our wasp problem. No matter how many times I called out our previous provider, we still have wasps, hornets, and bees. A gentleman with Hawx came to our door and noticed our wasps (including the one building a next on our front porch) and asked if we had a service to take care of that. I decided to give them a try and switch my service over to Hawx. While I didn't notice a ton of insects inside the home before Hawx, I have noticed a reduction in the amount of bugs I see on our property. Camden came out this week for a spot treatment because all of the spiders seemed to come out of the woodwork in our garage and I noticed a couple in the corners of our garage. Camden showed up on time, was extremely knowledgable and helpful, and told me he lives close by and gave me his contact info if I ever have an issue I can contact him directly. He takes pride in his work, and wanted to make sure I had a great experience. this is a quality I value in my own company and I like to recognize and celebrate it when I see it in others. Camden is top notch and I'm glad we are on his route.

With that cost, considering pest control is often way overly expensive, we gave it a shot. $45 made me question wether this was just a money grab. It definitely was not!
