Service is good. Representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. BIGGEST CRITICISM: We do not like the system of calling ahead to TELL us when the rep is coming, instead of ASKING us when it would be convenient. This time we had received no voicemail or notice at all! Barbara just happened to be home yesterday morning for the termite service and quarterly pest control. We have tried to communicate this to Green's but to no avail. As it is, we just have to expect that sometimes the rep will come out at times we won't be home and have to reschedule. We liked it much better when the rep called us first to schedule a visit. Please change back to this system.
