We recently just started using this company, and to be honest I’m extremely impressed beyond words. If I could take every picture on the outside of my home I would. I had a previous pest control company and I won’t drop dimes but after our “old timer “ tech retired things just were never done the same. And it just so happened to be one day a few days ago I was sitting outside when Joe came to my door step and talked to me about this company, I listened and I was a bit skeptical at first but then he started showing me things that had been left behind (we just bought this home and had it inspected maybe two weeks prior) and I looked with him and he was right. So he didn’t didn’t pressure me but I double checked with my husband when he got home and he agreed it was perfectly fine to switch I went with my gut and I’m so glad I did ! I loved the job that was done. The tech was so nice and now made sure to work around my schedule this week so that the job was able to be done properly and even when the time was crunching and I had messaged him the tech literally showed up and he was on the phone and we all figured out a plan together. The tech did the outside of our home and he came back a few hours later to do the inside and I was amazed and the great job! He was so friendly our dog loved him and he wasn’t afraid to show her some love rather then be afraid of her (my girl was happy lol) and my son was napping and he was so polite and quite he never woke him up or anything! I recommend 10/10000 and I will definitely be sending referrals y'all's way! Thanks for stopping by that day Joe!!! ClearDefense Pest Control is definitely a company I'm so happy we found. They actually came around door to door which is how we learned of them. My husband contacted them. The paperwork was so easy to complete. I did it all from my phone. Service was on time, which I really appreciate. Ryan was my technician. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the job. He explained everything step by step. He also made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect. Austin Darrow just serviced our home for the first time today and we were very pleased. We just bought this home and we’re hoping for someone who could come in to start regular treatments as preventative. Austin was super informative and very thorough. He made sure he was aware of any issues we were having and I was impressed with the care he took to make sure we were happy. He even covered his shoes coming in and we didn’t have to ask. Today was the first time using ClearDefense at my parents' home. Ryan H. came out to provide the service and he had his work cut out for him. His demeanor was wonderful and very customer-service friendly. We asked him to wear a mask because my father just had surgery. Ryan had no issue with that, something we greatly appreciated. Dylan Denton, my technician was very thorough and cleaned around the house as if it was his own. I live on the lake and have a boat dock that constantly has spiders and spider webs. With that being said, I did research and called ear Defense Pest Control. The 1st technician Ryan B. Came out for the initial service. Shane came out to my house yesterday to do my quarterly service. I am often times not home when they come for service, but this time I was home. He rang my bell to let me know he was here and asked if I would like the garage serviced. I said yes, that would be great this time since I'm home. Later in the day when I went to leave through the garage, I was shocked! All the cobwebs and bugs that had been along the stairs going down into the garage were gone! He had not only replaced the bug traps but had actually removed the cob webs and bugs! I was so impressed by the thorough job he did. And he was very polite! Thanks, Shane!

No more spiders and insects! This is the best pest control I have ever seen. I had the little fold up traps all over the house and spiders, ants, etc.. would fill it up and I would have to replace them. I hired ClearDefense and after a couple of visits, my fold up traps are empty! Whatever they are using really works! No more waking up with spiders crawling across my face. No more black ants trying to take over the house. Nothing is crawling around the house.

My husband and I were JUST talking about how our bug problems in the house we just moved into might be out of our hands. We were actually expecting food when Mr. Brandon walked up to our door - I told my husband "Look! We were just talking about pest control!" Mr. Brandon set us up with Mr. Ryan who showed up right on schedule. They treated for ants and anytime we see any, we just call and they come out. The last time (second) they used their newest ant treatment on our house and we couldn't smell it our see it and was pet friendly. So far so good. We also got their mosquito, flea and tick treatment for the outside. Very impressed with everything so far. 6/8/2022 - We have been using Clear Defense since the end of 2021 and we couldn't be happier. We are set up for quarterly sprays and through the summer months we are getting sprayed for mosquitos, fleas and ticks monthly. Today we had Ryan B. and Ryan C. come out to do both the quarterly and the monthly. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that we haven't had any mosquito issues since they started spraying. We had an ant problem a few months back that totally disappeared after the first spraying of this new product they used. Would totally recommend Clear Defense Pest Control.

Clear Defense Pest Control has been our go to for our pest control needs. We regularly have traps placed in the garage area and the exterior sprayed according to their recommendations. On 11/18/21 Brandon M., our technician, came out to perform services. Not only was he prompt, he was very professional, prepared, and enlightening. He had already reviewed our notes and knew to check for traps. It was mildly wet outside and reassured me that he was prepared with a mixture geared for mild drizzle. After the service, he asked to speak to me. This was not a smarmy sales pitch that we can see at time from companies. This was a genuine talk about recommendations. He suggested I move certain items in the garage, like shoes and boxes to inside. He made note that during colder months pests, including mice, tend to move inside to get warm. He showed me the new traps placed, continued with some suggestions, and pointed out the work he had performed. I personally enjoyed this presentation and have always felt the customer comes first with their service. To further, we have never been sold a service that we didn't need and have always felt we were a priority. I will remain a satisfied customer and fully recommend this company and their services to others. There is a reason they have a 5 star review with almost 600 customers.

Firstly, they are timely, respect any special requests (we asked that they let us know when they arrive so not to spook our dogs and they have maintained and respected that which is so nice!), very friendly, and finally, crazy good customer service all around (from the office and scheduling to in-person). We had Austin out most recently and he did a great job. Refreshed our spider traps and sprayed the yard for mosquitoes. From the moment I spoke with Joe, the salesman, I knew this company would be a good choice. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I like that they do inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs. I also like the fact that they come out every 3 months so it’s all year round. (My former company only came twice a year.) Very thorough. Their pest control formula is environmentally safe, safe for animals (I have a dog) and children. No smell either to the spray or products used. This was important to me. My service technician, Dakota, was very kind and a great communicator. He called and also texted me to find out what time would be best for him to do the initial servicing. I've been using ClearDefense as my pest control service for 2 years and have noticed a huge difference in how many bugs I have in my home (usually none.) I live in TN, which has a lot of bugs and wildlife in general, and to not have to worry about having bugs (especially spiders which give me nightmares) in my home is wonderful. It's not the cheapest around, but it's worth it, because the techs are fantastic and you're basically guaranteed to not have any problems with bugs anymore. He actually showed up at our door the day we moved into our new house because he was servicing some other neighbors nearby, which was perfect timing for us. They were at our house two days later treating our property and within 2-3 days all of the bugs are practically gone and mosquitos are few far and between.
