We have used Bug Authority for many years for our quarterly pest control. Their pricing is reasonable and service is outstanding. They will come back anytime should you experience any problems (ants was ours). They recently knocked down wasp nests and treated our grass for mosquito, wasp, tick, and flea larvae. The grass treatment is extra, but did not break the bank. Very satisfied with their services and kind staff.

I have been using this company for a few years now at two different locations. Their service is top notch. They are always on time and are extremely responsive if something comes up. I've had the occasional wasps nest spring up or flies in the garage. One call and I'd have someone out to assist within a day. Bug Authority has a more organic/all natural option that smells like essential oils and felt like a great option! Two gentlemen came to spray this morning. One outside around the house exterior and inside the fence and one inside. They were both knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. We had a really bad Brown Recluse problem are our house and I always thought there was nothing you could do about it, but Bug Authority saved us! After the first treatment we noticed a whole bunch of dead spiders, and after a couple more monthly treatments, they are no longer a problem. In fact, we haven’t seen one spider-alive or dead- since then! We love Bug Authority because the technicians are always so polite, courteous, and punctual, and they always text a reminder about your treatment the day before. 10/10 would recommend
