I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. From the customer service to the home service, it's all top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. They are thorough and professional. The people who have provided us with service are personable and friendly. On the phone they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the products they use, you can't even tell they were there. My highly sensitive nose was never bothered.

I have always had a great experience with this team! Jacob was a shinning example of the consistently good customer service that is provided. This team is responsive, exceptional with communication, and always polite. I've never had a bad experience. I was skeptical at best when my husband signed us up (just bc we hadn't seen any bugs yet), but it turned out to be great for us - AND there are NO bug holes in my rose bushes.

From the initial sales representative who was going door to door, to the woman who did my initial service, and to the gentleman with whom I spoke on the phone today, I have had very positive experiences. Each person has been informative, courteous, and helpful in helping with my home protection from pests. The salesman was able to tell me what his company could do for my (new) home to help me feel at ease and give me a peace of mind. He was here Saturday, a pest tech was here Monday and she did my initial service. She was polite and did a very thorough initial service, including knocking down a TON of wasp nests that were hiding up under my eaves and house vent above my garage. She even cleaned them up and put them in the trash instead of leaving them behind as others have done in the past. Living in the PNW for the past 11 years, every home in which I have resided, both in OR and in WA, has had ants. I know it’s an ongoing challenge. I phoned today as I came home to find ants in my kitchen. The sales representative on the phone was very friendly and wanted to be sure to resolve the situation. He made sure to get someone out here ASAP. So I’m happy I’ll have someone here tomorrow to help flush out these pesky pests instead of having to wait a few days. We just moved to OR a few weeks ago and I’m happy I have found a great pest control company as good as my previous one in WA. They do cost a bit more for their quarterly service, but I believe it’s going to be worth it!

The door to door sales man seemed knowledgeable and a great guy. Although when we showed him the mole tracks in our yard that we wanted treated as well, he told us they were voles which were included in our contract. When the tech came to do the first treatment the same day she disagreed and said they were actually moles. It has been the most difficult experience to get in touch with anyone about this issue. I finally got a call back only to be told they would have to speak to a supervisor and call me back again. When the rep called back today she let me know that they could include mole treatment in our contract free of charge when it became available, but couldn’t give me a date- whether it’s 6 months or years from now. We needed the treatment immediately. I am thankful that they allowed us out of our contract based on the incorrect information the sales representative provided. Other than this issue the tech was wonderful to work with and great at her job. We will continue to check in whether the mole treatments become available.

Axiom is a great company, since we’ve started using them we haven’t had any issues with ants and if they show up between services they gladly come out as many times as necessary to treat them at no extra cost. Since Axiom’ Nashville service is somewhat new, there are a lot of “premature” high-praise reviews here. I have had plenty of time, and several treatments fo which I can share my experiences. Unethical sales practices: The salesperson (3rd party company- I was later informed ) would promise you the moon, including services that are not necessarily covered by the plan you are signing up for. This salesperson also tossed my name around , as a client testimonial, when I had yet received any service, so as to induce my neighbors and friends to sign up. I cannot endorse a company whose service I have not yet received. The initial service is printed on sales materials as “$399” but the “special” is $199. Has anyone ever paid Axiom $399 for the “initial service” . One of my friends ended up paying $99, and another $0. Where is the consistency/ethics there? I was careful to write down all of the “promises” the salesperson made, and had him sign it and send me an email confirmation. When it was time for my first service, the tech started packing up- saying he was done. No he wasn’t . I had to ask, and insist, on the other “initial” services promised: Treat deck for carpenter bees, set out terminate traps/test boxes, treat garage, and set out a rodent test/trap container. Follow up service: Unfortunately, if you get someone good, you may not have them again for the next visit. I have had three treatments, and when I asked for the last tech (who was really-good (Richard), he had left the company) that happens , I get it. But, the last tech drenched my windows, both front and back, with pesticide, necessitating window washing. The previous techs did not drench my windows Buyer beware: Inspect what you expect. The last tech showed up, said he would spray outside the perimeter, would be about 10 minutes, and I informed him that my garage needed to be retreated , as there are spiders and spider web. He was insulted at this request. I am not confident I will renew. I will give them another chance (still in a contract)

He explained in detail what I needed to look for and how the insect would behave if I did see them. Took his time to do a great job preventing any infestation. Highly recommend AJ and Axion.

Absolutely love Axiom! Before Axiom, we were dealing with a huge ant infestation inside our home and very large spiders. We were using a different pest control company, but we were seeing minimal results. However, once we switched to Axiom, our ant and spider problems inside our home have been almost completely non-existent. They are also wonderful at coming out if we have any issues. Always very professional over the phone and very quick at responding. We will definitely be life-long customers!

I am a new customer with Axiom and I had my first completed last month. In the last few weeks we have noticed spiders in the living areas around the house. I called Axiom first thing the next morning and they responded with urgency in this matter. The representative on the phone placed me on a brief hold and scheduled service the next day! The representative explained that even though this service call was outside of the scheduled interval, I would not be charged for this emergent situation. Not only do they provide excellent service, but they stand by their customers.

Degredrick was the technician that serviced 434 4th Avenue South in Lewisburg Tennessee early this afternoon, February 11th. He was very kind, very responsive to my requests, exhibited a really good manner and spirit to be helpful. I appreciate it his professionalism and his willingness to serve as I asked him to in my concern for these brown recluse spiders in the house and in the garage. I could not give him my higher commendation. He truly represents your company so very well and is a great asset.

We have used this business for years. We went to someone else for a couple of months are went right back to Axion. Better service, more reliable, better follow-up and customer service is always polite and supportive. When we had a mouse problem, they came our, set the traps, and dealt with the traps when they needed to be emptied. We have service quarterly. They call the day before service and ensure we are aware of their arrival. Customer service is ALWAYS positive and friendly. This is refreshing in today's customer service market. We refer them to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you greatly.

She called before she was coming. I only gave the company a 4 star rating due to the last technician who did not ring the doorbell or call both of us on the account. He said that no one was answering the door. I was at work when he called but the rest of my household was at home. This made us have to reschedule.

I called and two days later they sent Aaron to our house for free with special anti spider spray. He was kind and courteous and wore a face mask. To begin with, Ruby, in the office, went over and above to reply to my request to have a technician treat for an outbreak of ants in my kitchen. She scheduled a technician promptly and even helped me solve a problem on my end that was keeping me from getting her messages. I’ve had people treat my house for ants before, but she was the most thorough and knowledgeable of any I’ve had. I’ve used Axiom for years and have found them To be professional and responsive to my needs.

The initial appointment was actually running early!!!! You know, you receive a 4 hour window of the time they might arrive?!? I never like that, but when Brady called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule I was very pleased. He actually started on the outside before my arrival. He went over all of the processes that he had already taken care of and explained what he would be doing on the inside for the initial treatment. So far, so excellent!

I started seeing spiders inside due to wetland area behind me. They fit me into a schedule to come and spray. They arrived and were quick and professional, one outside and one inside. They had sprayed a few months prior when I first hired them and I did not see any for a long time. I am renovating my house so I have a lot of areas bugs can that bugs can enter through.

They come out to your home spray the inside and outside and then come back quarterly to maintain your home so it stays pest-free. Great value for the money and they really give me peace-of-mind! Bobby, the pest technician sprayed for ants outside today. Then, where he had not sprayed .. we then noticed a few coming inside of the house. I made a call and Bobby was back here within the hour to spray outside and inside areas previously not a problem. You could already see the carnage of ants outside where he sprayed earlier. They did their job, but I gave them 4 stars because they arrived before their scheduled time so I wasn’t quite home yet, so they took up a majority of my driveway with their little pick up so I barely had room for my suburban to park. I had to park on the opposite side which I’m not used to so when getting out of my car at 8 months pregnant I missed the concrete and fell, spilling my coffee everywhere. I hope next time they could be more respectful about parking at people’s homes.

We have only had two treatments so far so it may be too soon to tell because I haven’t noticed a difference in the spiders, one just swung down on my arm while writing this review. I know they swept the webs down but they are all back & my motion cameras are still going off due to spiders. So far it doesn’t look like it’s working :( I will say the first treatment was extremely quick & he did not go into the attic like they said, when I called them they quickly sent someone else, but again I have not noticed a decrease in spiders though.

Ive used Axiom Pest Control for about 10 years. We have a suger ant issue at our house inside & out. They do a quarterly treatment which is very effective in keeping the ants out of my home & away from the outdoor spaces around the house. If ever a retreatment is necessary, which sometimes it is when the ants get active, with a phone call Axiom comes back in a timely manor to retreat the area. If you've ever had ants invade your house, especially the kitchen, then you know the urgency. I've used other eco friendly services in the past but the results were disappointing. Axiom is my go to for pest control. Always prompt, courtious, & professional and very effective. Affordable compared to other companies.
