Tyler WhitmoreI am not handy. So, I don't know what a Centricon system looks like. However, I do know that I do not want termites. So, I asked Arrow to give me a quote for termite protection. An Arrow home evaluator, Tyrone Horne, came out and, rather than sell me a system, was quick to let me know that I already had one previously installed by another pest control provider. This saved me the installation cost of putting one in. He was honest, upfront, polite, professional and kind. I thanked him for his high integrity approach. He said that Arrow always approaches everything such that they have the cleanest conscience.
I don't have work for Arrow to do right now, but look forward to the opportunity to work with such an honest, trustworthy company in the future.

Linda SadlerI’ve been having a problem with spiders outside and in my garage. A very nice young man came out and was so thorough, professional and I felt very good about the service I received. Then someone else came out to check on my previous termite problem which they’ve put traps in the ground to repel and stop the termites. He did a complete inspection and discussed things for me to watch for. I also really like their customer service team. I’ve never had a complaint about anything that Arrow Exterminators has done for me.

Courtney BlalockJason Light performed the inspection on my home before I purchased it and I was extremely impressed with how thorough he was. I have continued to use this company since for the past six months and I highly recommend using them. Truly personalized honest work and very diligent with a fast turn around time on appointments. We have been renovating so we have had all sorts of critters try and come out and Arrow has been amazing in helping through the process of ant infestations through kitchen windows, cockroaches coming from walls being renovated despite a clean home, etc. PAY THESE PEOPLE- YOU WONT REGRET IT.
