They were great at letting me out of my contract when requested for a fee. My special requirements of needing monthly service weren’t being met. The manager was very nice and assisted me. The reason I wanted out was because I kept getting cancelled on by technicians and I have special requirements needed for reliable bug services. I can’t give a four or five star review just because of my experience, but it won’t be negative either as they did work to meet my requests after.

I signed up for Ardent in July 2022. I had a problem with ants around the perimeter of my house, centipedes, spiders, and fire ants in my yard. Since July I have had four treatments. There was a new technician for each treatment. I still have ants, centipedes, spiders, and fire ants. I rated a generous three stars because I believe the critters came in with the new sod or mulch around my new house. Plus my builder left my house completely open for at least seven or eight months prior to closing. I have my next treatment scheduled for December. If my issues don't begin to resolve I will reconsider my evaluation and perhaps search for another service.

We have used Ardent consistently now for over a year. They’re Top Notch! Ardent has been polite, professional, always on time or early to the job! They are thorough, always answering questions and /or asking us questions to make sure we are completely satisfied!! At one point we had issues with powder post Beatles, Ardent came out repeatedly until the job was completed. Checking to make sure we saw no more evidence of them!! Every technician that has come out has been of the highest quality both in performing the treatment of our property and asking if there is anything else we need them to do. Anytime we call the office they are immediate at taking care of our needs!! Thank you Ardent!! Definitely a FIVE STAR COMPANY!!!

Can't give 5 stars because pest control companies usually use a brush to knock down all the spider webs connected to the house. For my last service call last week, the gentleman did not perform this service. Otherwise everything was fine.

Never Checked back in with me when they were done to let me know if anything was in the traps in the attic or if the bait in the bait boxes had to be replaced (any activity). Didn’t switch out all of the sticky traps in the garage. I don’t like the email notification instead of a text or phone call. Sometimes I don’t check my email.

Pest control agent Andy did not ask about, inspect, or enter our garage or crawl space. The glue traps in the garage were not replaced. And no spider or bug spray was applied in the garage or the very large crawl space. This service was provided during all previous Ardent visits.

I have been using Ardent for a little over a year and quite honestly, i don’t think if their service is very consistent. There have been a few times that I have had to call them back for ants, I’m not sure what they use to treat the yard, but it must not be very strong because all the ants do is move to another area. I have to spray the perimeter of my house in between visits because bugs are still around. The last time I called them and spoke to 2 people about an insane amount of spiders under a large chair on my patio deck. The soonest they could get someone out to me was 2 days and when he (Gary Yurgaites) got there he knew nothing about the spiders. He came and left so quickly I’m not sure how he treated them and my yard but I’ve already had to go over it again because there are still many bugs, and it’s only been 2 weeks. I’m not giving up on them yet but I’m teetering. As I read other reviews, maybe Matt Miller can change my mind. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am elated with the service given today. Ardent is true to their word on coming out to fix any issue that has happened, if any from prior services. I got serviced twice and we saw a decline in pest; however ants were bad and a few spiders, beetles, and ants have entered the house. With today’s service it has seemed to be in the step in the right direction. I had my service done today by Matt Miller, whom did a immaculate job with explaining every step of what needed to be done to help the issue. Matt Miller came out today promptly and fogged our back yard for mosquitos after we’d called in for a service call. He is very efficient and knowledgeable in his field. We appreciated him going the extra mile for us today so much that we called in and specifically asked for him to service us everytime. We’ve had the mosquito service since the beginning of spring and have continued to have trouble with the pesky insects. We don’t recall ever getting our yard fogged for this problem before.
