I am extremely pleased with Ace Extermination and the crew that came to put new vapor barrier under our house and spray for fungus. The men were courteous, engaging and very professional. It was as if we had known each of them for a long time. The new vapor barrier looks very good and they assured us the spray treatment would eliminate any unwanted spores. As an added benefit, we were told the spray treatment would eradicate any and all unwanted insects. They even removed all of the rocks and pieces of concrete left by the builder. I feel like they went above and beyond and they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company without reservation.

Ace cleared out my crawlspace and installed a vaper barrier in 2021 and did a great job. Unfortunately, a plumber trashed it last week - left trash everywhere, tore and bunched up the vapor barrier in multiple places. I was upset and called Ace to repair it, as I wanted it back the way it was. Ben Richards came out to take a look and was very professional and kind. While the owner of the plumbing company cleaned a lot of the damage up, there were still some repairs Ben could make to get it back closer to normal. Ben told me the day he'd be back, came back then and fixed it. I really appreciate how understanding Ben was and the work he did to help me be less stressed about the situation! I've had 7 visits total from Ace (estimates, vapor barrier installation, pest control check, etc.) and Ace has always gone above and beyond and been very professional.

We’ve been using Ace for close to a year now. John is THE guy, texts proactively if he’s ahead of schedule or wants to delay for weather purposes. Doesn’t just come out and drop a few gallons in the corner of the yard - he is thorough each and every visit. He even took the time to explain some type of bug I thought was the kissing bug (which carry diseases) - they weren’t - he got rid of them anyway. 10/10

What a refreshing experience. HONEST! Justin came out to inspect for termites because my cleaning lady had spotted a “swarmer” inside. They did a thorough inspection for free and concluded there were no termites. What company would do that? So hats off for the honesty. Also I was told there was some water in a part of the basement and justin said the moisture barrier was decent for now but to have a spot in the foundation sealed. The point is- I wasn’t sold things I didn’t need and it makes me want to give Ace the highest praise and I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services and I will absolutely be a customer anytime I need. Just wanna say Ace Exterminators we’re pretty great when it came to dealing with termites. I had those ground spikes and saw them start popping up so I called everyone, Orkin, Terminix all costing several thousands for what Ace Exterminators did and even more for fraction of the cost! Thank you Nick Barnhart Nick went above and beyond in my opinion. Termites were found in a inspection we had on a potential home. I called the office for clarification on the report. They gave me Nick's number so I was able to talk to the technician that went and did the work. Nick took 30 to 45 minutes to explain the issues, sent me the report, and sent me pictures taken on the property of termite damage. We were also able to have conversation on several separate occasions on possible treatment plans for remediation. Nick saved my wife and I the troubles and frustration with buying a termite infested home. We both really appreciate his willingness to help anyway he could.
