We had a bat in the house. We were able to get him out of the house, but wanted a service to figure out how he got in and avoid this situation in the future. I called them on Friday afternoon and they actually answered!!! I called two other services well over a week ago, left messages, and still haven’t gotten replies. So, after we talked on Friday, their tech Jay called on Monday morning and was already here before 9:00! He was very cordial, and gave us good explanations of what he saw and what they could do to remedy the situation. We appreciate the quick response and Jay’s professionalism. Update: service was scheduled within 10 days of initial inspection and proposal. Placed “bat doors” around our roofline, sealed gaps and installed a ridge guard. Efficient, expert service. We would use them again! Jay was A++++

Called about a bat in my basement. Mike came out the next day to do an inspection. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about all the concerning areas. He did a very thorough inspection and you could tell he was going the extra mile to make sure everything was reviewed properly. I was very impressed with how professional Mike was and how smooth he made the process.

Outstanding service from Mike Pruden. We have a bat intrusion and at 3 am I found one flying around my bedroom. We had another company address the intrusion and I called to have someone come out to assess the work. We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and care we received from Mike. He went above and beyond to check that the work was done properly and he went out of his way to point out areas that were missed during the first exclusion. Mike has integrity and I highly recommend him for any wildlife intrusion needs. We absolutely will reach out to him with any future issues.

I hired Plunkett to trap a squirrel that was getting into my attic. The technician Micheal P, knowledgeable and professional, answered all my questions. He inspected my roof and found entry points. I have hired other companies before and this is the first time someone actually went up on the roof for inspection .I bought the exclusion proposal which includes trapping and sealing all the entry points. Micheal P , the tech did a great job , I highly recommend them.

Taylor patiently explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He placed sheets of metal with screws and sealed them with calk to keep the squirrels and mice out. Taylor came back again and again to check traps and check in with me. He listened to all my concerns and addressed all of them. I couldn’t be happier with my service.

I recently called Varment Guard on a Saturday morning to take care of a raccoon problem at my house. Matt was responsive, helpful, and prompt and came about 2 hours later to take care of the problem. I appreciate his professionalism and ability to respond to requests promptly and even during off hours. Extremely nice job!
